At a different Volvo dealership, my car was sitting waiting for service from the 13th. Prestige Volvo kept giving me extended wait times despite me calling to get a rough lead time before getting my car towed there. On the 29th I ran out of patience. Smythe and a few other Volvo dealerships have told me that they can see it on the same day or next if I get it towed there. I've had a good experience at Smythe with my old 99 S80, so I chose them. My car was seen the same day. The difference in service was night and day. I received a digital sign off on the work to be done, along with a video of things to look out for. I couldn't believe it. Meanwhile, I would probably still be waiting around for my car to be seen at the other dealership. I don't know what their issue was, and it no longer matters. I won't be back there ever. Thanks to everyone at Smythe!

I am extremely happy with the maintenance service and the sales department especially Mr Stacy Hopson. I have bring leasing my cars ever since 2016 and I have been very satisfied satisfied with the entire dealership.

Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

Can't say enough about Kyle and the overall experience at Smythe. We had just come off a horrific experience at another dealer (two bad experiences, actually). We were so turned off. But we found this beautiful Audi at Smythe and decided to give it another go. My wife stopped in and met Kyle. He was terrific from the start. All she did was want to see it before the two of us went back. There was no pressure, no "sales-pitch" or anything. Just a nice guy who listened to my wife and her auto buying needs. We went back that night, test drove the car, talked with Kyle (again, "talked", no pressure). He took the time to answer to every question we had and explained everything in detail. It was more of a conversation than a sales transaction. We explained what we were looking for, in terms of deal (money down, monthly payment, etc.). Kyle introduced us to Abood, helped us explain exactly what we were looking for and we were told "No problem. We hear you and will do our best. If it doesn't turn out to be the deal you are looking for, no worries, but we'll call you in the morning." Next day, my wife got the call and the deal we talked about the night before was they deal made happen. No sweat, no stress, no anxiety. We walked in later that afternoon. Car was prepped, big red bow on it, papers ready to sign, and my wife as out of there in under an hour. THANK YOU Kyle, Abood, William (our delivery specialist) and everyone at Smythe. THIS PLACE is our new and only place to go for a car and we will tell everyone!

I have been at other dealers on the West Coast and Midwest , but I can honestly say that Smyth has been the very best. I saw a car that I was interested in and called the dealership, Smythe Volvo in Summmit. I spoke to a salesmen, Jesus Garcia. I drove to the dealership to see and test drive the care. Jesus was very accommodating. His warm and kind nature made it easy and comfortable in deciding on the car. When we got back to the office I gave an offer and it was excepted. I just purchased a 2010 with 255K miles. It still looks and rides very good. It had a small intake manifold gasket leak, that I was able to repair. I paid $4000 for the vehicle and it is far superior to anything I have seen in the $8-10K range lately. Going to be using it to drive 100 miles a day, to and from work on a mountain road.

I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. I 10/10 recommend.

Drove this '22 Rav4 throughout the US SW for over 3000 miles in 2 weeks without any problems and averaged 30+ mpg. Went through CO, UT, NV, CA, AZ, NM. Pleasant to drive and certainly comfortable enough. I have no complaints at the moment, and it doesn't have the CVT!

This is my first Volvo and although it took a while to get familiar with the controls, I love it! The side and rearview mirrors, warning sounds and lights have taken care of blind spots that are usual in a larger SUV, and have prevented accidents. The ride is still so smooth after 3 years, I can easily read a book on long trips. The front and rear seat adjustments allow everyone to be comfortable. We are glad for the bumper to bumper 5 year coverage we bought at purchase, and they immediately fixed any minor problems we've had over the last 3 years.

Great car, quiet ride mostly for an SUV, glad I bought it, tested Honda CRV, Mazda CX-5, Hyundai Tucson, Kia Sorrento, Chevrolet Equinox, Terrain, and many others, at that time I could not make a comparison with Toyota since there were none to be tested, the Tiguan stood above the others

Efficient and professional! Mark was knowledgeable and helped us process the paperwork for our Honda Pilot in a short amount of time. We travelled from a long distance to see the vehicle and we weren’t disappointed.

The nissan rogue select is a reliable vehicle, but the airbag light came on and want go off, the vehicle rides rough and loud due to the tires roar, even when new, the engine whines when going up hill, but I love the cargo space, and gas milage.

This car has blown me away. It has all the bells and whistles I wanted and drive like butter! The color is perfect and the rims are bomb! The interior is clean, and very well taken care of.

Going on 23months with the Corsair. First the bad. Have had the backup camera replaced twice(common issue from what I hear). Slightly overpriced when you add options. Sunglass holder broke(button snapped off) so won’t stay closed. I’m expecting it to be fixed free next oil change. Also. This SUV needs TLC to look its best and to maintain interior. I’m a detail car nut. So I keep everything like new as best I can. However? The interior of this vehicle, because of all the piano black gloss, MUST be cleaned and I would suggest, ceramic protected, to look it’s best. That includes the outside. I ceramic myself and is easy to do with many choice products online. If you have little kids or teenagers though? The interior is gonna get trashed, scuffed or something broken. When kept clean and shiny, inside and out, this little SUV is stunning to look at and sit in. The stock stereo is not the best however. Not bad, but not great. If you really love your music. Pay for the upgrade. The difference is huge. Luckily I test drove both before realizing I wanted the better stereo. But? If you just like your music at normal levels and don’t want a thumping subwoofer. The base system is fine. The good. Pure American style, old school, luxury/comfort. Unique and Art-Deco inspired interior. Very quiet vehicle at all speeds and more then enough power for fast driving when needed. This vehicle may be the smallest Lincoln, but it has gusto. Gas mileage is perfectly exceptable for the class and I average about 29-30mpg on highway, which is where I do most of my driving. I like understated luxury. All the German interior bling is way to much for my taste and Lincoln fits my lifestyle/personality better. No mechanical issues as of yet and the engine and transmission seem to get good reviews for longevity. I generally keep my vehicles for 100,000 to 150,000 miles or 8-9 years. I did purchase through Lincoln the extended Warranty, which covers most issues up to 100.000 miles. My Volvo, Lexus, never had any major issues. My Volvo XC 60 gave me 175k miles without major problems. Sold it for 3k and my 2016 Lexus NX has 125k and still runs like new with just brakes, tires, oil and spark plug changes. Am I excpecting that kind of reliability with a Ford product? We shall see. All in all? My first American car in decades and as of now very happy with choice., 4-5 years of ownership is going to be the telling point however, so hoping for NO headaches.

I have purchased or leased three (3) vehicles from Dana. In an industry that is often maligned or misrepresented I had the distinct pleasure od interacting with Mr. John Daly. I use the word "profession" simply because with representatives like Mr. Daly, the perception and status of the vehicle sales business is raised to the level or a true profession. As an attorney, I interact with people on every level on a daily basis. In the often confusing and even stressful word of vehicle purchase, Mr. Daly exhibited the calm professional knowledge, courtesy and demeanor that made MY purchase a pleasure! I have a 2024 Tuscan XRT .I bought slightly used and now has 17k miles . It has been a fantastic car. Initially wanted the SEL convenience hybrid for the gas mileage but couldn’t justify spending an extra $4-6k to save a few hundred dollars on gas a year. My non- hybrid has gotten amazing gas mileage. Averaging 28-29 mpg mostly stop and go, some highway. Way better than the estimates of 23-28mpg. The EPA estimates are way off ! The Tuscan drives so smooth and so quiet. The 8 speed transmission is amazing! It shifts quickly and so smoothly . The cabin is extremely quiet. I think there is more insulation/ sound proofing than the hybrid versions that try to cut down on weight. You don’t hear any road noise in theTuscan !The suspension is smooth and adsorbs every bump . The most surprising positive is the handling. There is absolutely no body roll and handles like it is on rails! I have owned a lot of vehicles and this handles better than anything in this price range. Handles better than any Subaru, better than the BMWs I have had. Feels like I am driving an Audi A4 which is pretty impressive. The seats are extremely comfortable, the stock radio sounds great, lots of legroom and the passenger and cargo room is amazing. Back seats hold full size adults and the seats recline! The cons. Not very many. The 0-60 could be better. However, it shifts so quick and smoothly you don’t notice any issues with speed/ power. A few reviews say 0-60 in like 9 +seconds . I don’t think this is accurate. My guess is high 7s -low 8 seconds but haven’t tested it. It doesn’t have sports car speed but it sure handles like one. For long drives and a daily driver, I would take the comfort / quietness and handling of Tuscan over a muscle car.
