Craig sold us our first Mercedes and we haven't dealt with anyone since that time. Not only is Craig extremely professional, he is knowledgeable about the product he sells. He is just an overall nice guy, who enjoys the public and making sure his customers are satisfied. More people in sales should be like him. We don't want to deal with anyone else! 5 star experience with Rallye BMW and John Botti! John went above and beyond in every possible way. I reached out to him back in April to inquire about pricing/availability on the X1 and X3. My fiancé and I both wanted to switch to BMW when our Audi and Honda leases ended. John promptly answered my initial email within an hour, and subsequent to that first email, I think we have over 200 emails in total. We went through options and pricing, and then John had me custom build the cars we wanted through BMW's website. The deal he came up with was amazing for the 2 cars. Audi could not even come close to matching what he was giving me (and I was driving a fully loaded Audi Q5). We sent the build codes over to John and then he called me and went through each and every feature on both models to make sure we had everything we needed and nothing we didn't want. We talked through it all and decided on the final builds. John then placed the orders for us. He kept in constant communication with when the cars were scheduled to arrive and notified us once the cars were in. The process was completely seamless. We met with finance manager Charlie when I got my X3 last week, and met with Hassan today when picking up my fiancé's X1. Both managers were professional and easy to work with. We were in and out of their offices in 10 minutes. The genius guys showed us how to use and set up all the features, pair our phones, etc. Everyone is wearing a mask at all times. When you enter the dealership you have to fill out a form regarding COVID and sanitize your hands. They offer a box of "clean" pens. Once you use the pen, you put it in the "used" box after. They are definitely taking all precautions and safety measures. I can't recommend BMW enough. I drove a fully loaded Audi Q5 for 3 years and it truly does not even compare to my fully loaded X3. The X3 handles incredibly better on turns, accelerates better, and the interior is far nicer. The CarPlay connects wirelessly and the use of the entire system is seamless. I honestly didn't know how to use half of the functions on my Q5 for 3 years. The X3 is a superior car and I am so happy we made the switch to BMW! Thank you again John Botti- you are truly the best. Customer service was certainly above and beyond anything we could have expected.

Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

I am so so satisified with the patience, professionalism, knowledge Carol Muniz has shown me. She always makes me feel special and she handles my car issues in an expedient manner. Thank you Carol, Thank you

It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

Purchased the car a month ago and it does not disappoint. Has got a kick to it. Brakes are a little choppy but reliable. Inside is comfortable. Enough room and yet compact.

So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

I traded mine in after 19000 miles for one reason, the run flat tires. they are $300 a piece and last 15000 miles. They might be an option, if you don’t mind putting new and expensive tires on every year but they don’t perform in snow after 5000. They don’t perform great when new to be honest, just better in snow with more tread. I loved the car, but living in hilly, snowy Pennsylvania, it just wasn’t practical. Think twice if you drive in snow or rough roads or just don’t feel like getting new expensive tires every year

We had a totally electric Mustang Mach E which we traded for this car since the range and infrastructure both were not ideal. The Toyota RAV4 Prime is the best of both worlds since it is a plug-in hybrid and is the car I should have purchased originally. It gets between 44 - 50 miles on totally electric charge (for around home) and about 500 miles on a fill up of the gas tank (hybrid used on the highway). Pricing was NOT ideal as they added a "Market Adjustment" to the price so it was above MSRP.

Ease in handling, great gas mileage (40 mpg), and the ability to remove items from the back without having to lift up helps keep my back healthy.

I did an extensive research on Japanese SUV’s and I kept coming back to the Mazda CX5. This vehicle is beautiful inside and out and is amazingly smooth and quiet. It also has really good handling and plenty of power even with the 4 cylinder. I think Mazda gives the best bang for the buck of all the Japanese car brands. I highly recommend the Mazda CX5.

Love this vehicle! I am a older person and really enjoy the features that the RAV4 offers to senior citizens. The ease of driving and parking is a dream with the rear camera screen. NO room for accidents with back up parking. Love the feature of fuel monitoring especially at a stop light it will shut down to conserve fuel and the minute you step on the gas it with take over. I'm all about saving gas!! Tail gate is another fabulous feature, as I am very short and love that it lifts and closes with no assistance. This is my 3rd RAV4 I have owned, by far the best 2022.

Had my car serviced at Westbury Toyota earlier this week and it was fabulous. Mike is an awesome guy, he had me in & out in about an hour.

I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

Two Words: Mike Krulewich, If you have such luck as I you received Mike as your service car advisor. He is beyond the epitome of hardworking, his customer service is unmatched, his particular attention to detail is paramount, his professionalism is luxury like the BMW brand. My list would be extensive if I continue to describe all he's done but take my advice get in line and ask for MIKE! He treats me like family!

I love my GLB but two months and ten days, after the purchase, the engine needed a repair which was covered by the warranty. However, we were planning a lengthy trip and was thankful this did not occur while we were a few thousand miles from home. Me and My Mercedes are still trying to figure our communication out. I prefer Waz or Google Maps to their GPS system. Advance notifications of turns and such are better. Other than these issues I love driving her, Gilby.

Today I picked up my new 2022 330i xdrive with the M-Sport package.....nice! I was fortunate to have Nectarios Aristidou...aka..Nick, who is without a doubt, a great car salesman. He helped me order my new car directly from the BMW manufacturer in Germay....without any preasure. The dealership bought my 2019 530i xdrive and applied the equity towards my new lease. Overall, I would recomend going to BMW of Freeport for a new or pre-owned BMW....and don't forget to ask fo Nick.....

Contacted South Shore service department for a last minute service. Gloria, in service dept, was accompanying and got me right in. She was very professional, got the oil changed and had the car washed and ready as promised. I recommend their service department as far as the accommodating service I received.

Once again my Porsche was serviced at South Shore Porsche. Gloria took care of my car as if it was her own and as usual the service technicians completed everything perfectly!

Keith Bobrick was excellent. He walked me through the whole process of buying a new car (in a timely fashion) and never bullied or pushed me. Never made me wait long either. Thanks a lot

I am a senior citizen and I want to feel secure while driving, and the SUV gives me that. I am on the short side so getting in and out was a new experience for me, but I learned how to manage it. Once, I found the seat setting the visibility is exceptionally good. It handles nicely on the road with quick pick-up, and the gas mileage is about average.

i was happy with the service. Everyone was friendly and helpful the first I stopped in. They acted the same way when I came back and leased the car.

My wife and I enjoy our XT4 and we have drive it over 19,000 miles in 11 months. People complaining about issues apparently didn’t test drive one before they purchased other wise they shouldn’t be complaining. Performance 8 Comfort. 8 Quality. 7 Exterior finish 9 Interior 8 Ride. 7 Quietness. 8 Nimbleness. 8 Handling. 7 Rear seat room 6 Over all for the value it’s a very nice car. The sunroof had a rattle - dealer repaired a loose clip - fixed - - dealership replaced its battery it seemed weak - replaced with a more powerful one. We have at times spent 7-8 hours highway driving found it very comfortable and quiet. Headlights light of the road ahead very good. In all a very good car. Sounds like some owners should have driven one more before purchasing one or maybe purchased a larger model. We have owned many much more expensive vehicles and this one is in the top ones we have owned. We are in our 70’s so its smaller size is great for getting around. We haven’t had any issues like their complaining about. We will purchase another one possibly a 2025 model.

Zee the service rep went above and beyond. Professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. I would ask for Zee everytime. Just a pleasure to deal with.

It’s currently summer 2025, I’ve owned my 2020 Wrangler Sahara since spring 2021. I LOVE my jeep and have had ZERO issues with it. This is my 2 nd Wrangler, first one was 2915 New. No issues with it at either. Mine is a 4 cl turbo. I didn’t want that I wanted a 6 cl. My husband convinced me to buy it and I’m glad I did. I have 59,000. Miles currently and I haven’t had to replace anything besides general maintenance.
