Our sales person, Malcolm was a great guy. Professional, brought us in, went through what we wanted. Got the vehicles. Test drove both. Make a decision, and in about three hours we were done. I positively HATE car shopping, and the hours upon endless hours of hiking through a field of paperwork 6 feet deep, only to be so exhausted even the drive home in the new vehicle can't register. Chatham Parkway Subaru was so different. We got the paperwork done, made the arrangements, and we were on the road, actually enjoying our new Ascent. What a gem of a vehicle it is. Reminds us a lot of our other previously most favorite vehicle that we both really thought great. We've owned a Subaru previously many years ago. Am glad I took the chance after a lot of nudging to go to another dealership. Chatham Parkway GETS IT....transactions should not suck the life blood out of you. We haven't used the service department yet, but I am very optimistic that experience will equal what we've had thus far. This car is far superior to my previous 2021 Toyota RA4. In my distant youth I use to do some racing and handling is highest priority. Suspension, steering, 17" alloy wheels vs 15" steel wheels with hubcaps, full spare tire vs doughnut, 3 row seating vs 2 rows, 400 lbs heavier therefore more stable in windy conditions and roads that are not level, and much more. Only downside is the general Volkswagen issue with poor sound systems. Not only that, the after market is almost non-existent for the Tiguan.

Made an appt for routine maintenance? it took about 90 minutes, which was stated before service?. Happy with the experience and work performed! helpful customer service!

For a luxury vehicle I cannot understand the low quality paint and glass on this car. Also having to manually fold in side mirrors? Why? Paint and windshield badly pitted.

Good on gas and a comfortable ride. Drive it to West Virginia and back home no problem. I like it a lot definitely recommend it for people who travel for work and schoool

Customer service was great! I came in for an oil change for my 22 VW Taos that was purchased here new. It took about an hour, but they inspected EVERYTHING on my vehicle. I received text updates with pictures while I waited. They quoted me a price on some additional services and I declined. I didn?t feel pressured and the service representative was extremely nice. The waiting area is nice and comfortable with coffee, water, and snacks. They topped off my fluids, aired up my tires, and I was on my way. Good experience!

30mpg avg with the longest and widest roof rail base for outdoor gear at a price that made sense. 2nd row middle seat folds down individually for skis and paddles. Remote start on the vw app is great for cooling the interior down on a 100 degree day from a distance. Rear seat door opening and leg room is huge great for elders to enter easily and for parents loading car seats.

Ask for Philip! I was in the market for a very specific model used car which I happened to find online at Critz BMW. Critz is located about 450 miles away from me in another state and to say I bit nervous about buying a car that I could not see in person first was an understatement, but I decided to reach out to Critz BMw anyways and am happy I did. I was contacted the following morning by Philip Ellison. I expressed my concerns about buying a used car over the phone that I could not see in person first. Philip went above and beyond to try and help alleviate my concerns. You can tell that Philip is not only a car person himself but a straight shooter too. Not only did he take the time to send me over a dozen high resolution photos but also sent me several detailed videos in which he was sure to point all the minor imperfections (which were all normal things one would expect on a used car). The price negotiations were painless, without all the unnecessary games that a lot of car dealerships try which I truly appreciated. We were easily able to reach an agreement on price within 30 minutes. I decided to fly to Savannah and drive the car home instead of having the car transported to me as l wanted to see and drive it before paying for it and Philip with kind of enough to personally come pick me and my son at the airport in person. Once we got to the dealership, you could see that the car was detailed to perfection. Not a single water spot or speck of dust anywhere and it was exact as described oy Philip. He even went as far as to stored inside to keep the weather and element from messing up the detail job before I arrived. He could tell I was excited about buying the car which he said got him excited about having the car ready for me. After a quick test drive, we sat down to complete the necessary paperwork with Nikki in the finance department. In my 30+ years of buying and leasing cars, this was probably the quickest and nicest time! have had to spend with a finance manager in all my car buying experiences. Both Philip and Nikki reviewed some of the various protection plans that they had available for me, but I never felt as if they were being pushy or trying to hard sell me. Being over 50+ years old, I can honestly say that this was the most pleasant car buying experiences I have every had and want to personally thank Philip for making it so easy and pleasant. Even though Critz is 450 miles away from me, I will look at buying from them again when the time comes and would highly recommend that if you are looking to buy from Critz in Savannah, GA, that you ask for Philip.

The car is great very fast suv the only problem the wind noise and change the tires the run flat tire for all season noise reduce little bit but besides that so far so good 👍I’m recommend

Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

Took my Palisade in for regular service. In the process, the tech scratched our rim, and AutoNation fixed it immediately...they did the right thing.

This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.

Went to them with negative equity and they were able to help get me in a new car with ease! Would reccomend them for people in similar situations

I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. IMO it’s the best bang for the buck on the market. It is loaded with options and is still very affordable. I love this VW and , of course, I highly recommend it.

I've always absolutely loved this car for ALL of its awesomeness, but I decided to write this review today because my Tiguan saved my life. I've owned it for 5 years and enjoyed all of it - for its reliability, performance, comfor, style - you name it. But today, thanks to this car and its safety (airbags performance in particular), I am still alive, so I wanted to write this review because this car truly deserves it. Thank you to all the people who've made this car.

Bought a truck this week. Was originally dealing with Jeana but that was short lived due to her sh*tty attitude. She was extremely rude, kept interrupting me, and walked away from the desk twice in less than 5 minutes. A sales manager came over to get on the same page as me and I told him then that I would not be doing business with Jeana but still wanted the truck. Jeana needs to find a new job to weasel her way into because sales and customer service is not for her. Absolute worst attitude I’ve ever seen from a salesperson, especially one whose job literally relies on making sales. She needs to be terminated. Jeana definitely earned her rating of 0/10. Fire that useless, rude b****! I was moved to Alana’s desk where she handled all of my questions and concerns with the utmost respect and positive attitude. Alana and her partner Mike truly went above and beyond to ensure this deal went through. From my in person visit, to my texts after purchase, to making sure they retrieved my items in my trade in vehicle that were locked in the glovebox. Alana and Mike are a top tier team and made the experience night and day better. Cannot speak highly enough of both of them. 10/10 for that power team. One bad egg (JEANA!!) nearly caused me to walk out. If you’re considering visiting this dealership, I strongly suggest you ask for Alana or Mike. At the very least, make sure you ask for anyone but Jeana.

I have owned products for over 40 years, and this is the best vehicle that I had purchased! It rides smooth, excellent gas mileage, and a lot of room.

Going into my one year anniversary with my 2023 CR-V Hybrid Touring and is still performing like is brand new. It's very quiet and it's giving me like 40 miles per gallon. I had a 2021 hybrid RAV4 and I am glad I traded in for my CR-V Hybrid. I really recommend the new CR-V Hybrid.

I absolutely love this car. I traded my 2023 Subaru Outback Touring XT for this 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring. I absolutely love the way it drives. I have had hybrids before from Toyota and they drive like you know they are a hybrid with noisy obnoxious engines. This car is smooth and has great road manners. It isn't a sports car by any means, but I love the way it drives. It is not your typical fuel sipping hybrid SUV. I would highly recommend this vehicle.

I am so THANKFUL for Carli here at JC Lewis service. In 2021, we bought a brand new CX5 and drove our way from IL to Savannah. There, I left the new car and my daughter. Being 700+ miles away, I get very anxious about her dealing with "dealerships" and possibly being taken advantage of. Recently the car just "stopped" and had an emergency brake issue. We had the car towed to JC Lewis where Carli and the service team went to work. I cannot tell you how WONDERFUL, PATIENT, UNDERSTANDING, INFORMATIVE, KIND, all the feel-good words that Carli was and made me feel SO MUCH BETTER about my daughter having to deal with this. They had the car for about 3 weeks, provided a courtesy car and made sure to go over everything, made the repairs and then some. There were other issues that arose while they had it and I anxiously waited for a bill that could be in the thousands, but Carli was diligent in making sure anything that was covered under warranty, was. I cannot tell you how much I APPRECIATE her and her constant communication over the past 3 weeks. She didn't have to go that extra mile to put me at ease, as my daughter IS 26 :) but she did, and I am SO relieved. Seeing as this is the only Mazda dealership near my daughter in Savannah, she'll continue to bring her car there for all services. I did a lot of "homework" before we bought our Mazda's and if you're on the fence, Mazda (CX5) is the way to go & JC Lewis Mazda is the place for all your service needs. Thanks again Carli! This vehicle was very fun to drive, it is comfortable and sporty, and the handling was excellent. Barely any issues, just overall a great driving experience.

Other than an error code that was fixed about a month after purchase. The CX-50 has been a pleasure to drive. Very responsive and once you get used to the safety feature built into the cruise control that is fine as well. It will slow down automatically when approaching a slower moving vehicle. If you change to passing lane it will then speed up until set speed or you approach another vehicle. Gas mileage is 24 city and it seems like 28 to 30 highway. Not actually calculated that but miles oer tank increases. Love the car but for me back seats seem to sit too straight. Not sure if they can recline or not.

I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

We looked at Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, and Mazda and selected the Mazda CX-5. Honda and Toyota have priced themselves out of the middle-class budget, and Nissan’s Achilles Heel is their very brittle CVT transmission. Mazda is by far the best-looking, has AWD as standard equipment (a $1,200 to $1,500 option on other brands), easy-to-read gauges and dash, nice sound system, soft-touch dash and doors usually found only on “premium” brands, the best price, and the most beautiful factory color on the road: Soul Red. Our family has owned vehicles from all 5 companies, and have been totally happy with our problem-free CX-3. Anyone looking to buy a compact crossover should consider the CX-5.
