Our vehicle now has 150,000 miles. Its performing great. Pretty good gas mileage and has had minimal service other than routine. It does have a rattle when first starting car. We had that fixed ($800) but now it's back. Dang. The one exterior design problem we face is the latch for the rear hatch. The location is poor. EVERYONE tries to open the hatch just under the window where there is a cut out and has pulled off trim and messed with the back up camera. I've noticed that has been fixed on newer models. It does not seem to do really well in the snow due to the weight distribution. Even with new tires. But its been super dependable and has been our people and dog moving car for 10 years and has really held up well.

I,ve had several Jeeps and Subarus and Chevys and my Compass Latitude 4x4 is as good as any for around the city and my freeway trips. Better than the Subaru for the highway and offroad. I feel safe. posted this as i feel some people are harsh and wrong about Jeeps. Do the required oil and transmission services as requested.

Vehicle is beautiful, but has cracks on the rims and heated seat features do not work or the spotlights Oil change was not done, this is why I wanted to go through a dealer than a private party, for maintenance

I've always loved the look and feel of a Toyota Highlander. But I never thought I could afford one. I found my Highlander at Alton Toyota, Alton, Il. and fell in love. I asked about the price and I couldn't believe it was right in my price range. I test drove it and it was love at first drive. Everyone from the Sales-person, finance and even the Technicians. were friendly, helpful and answered all my questions. They even went above and beyond making sure I got the best loan that fit me. I love my highlander and just got back from Myrtle Beach SC, driving round trip. It is so fun to drive and all the room is unbelievable. This is a smaller dealership, and I wasn't sure what kind of service I was going to get while buying a car when I pulled in. I couldn't have been more pleased and surprised. I worked with the owner himself, who was really knowledgeable and took time with us to go over everything. The car was beautiful and handled great. I watched the owner deal with a number of other customers staff and was highly impressed by his ethics and fairness. Every car in the lot that I saw was really in great shape, really a bunch of great used cars. They work on all the cars they sell and so are expecting to have a relationship with those that buy from them. They also refurbish hybrid batteries and a reasonable price. We drove two and a half hours to get this car as it was clearly the perfect one for us and at a better price than anything else we'd seen. Five stars.

Just purchased as a daily driver for work. Had it two months with 104,000 miles. Looks and drives great. Base model but I’m pleased with its features. I agree not a lot of power but purchase it as a work vehicle to garage my nicer vehicle.

I have been a client with Alan (cars2you.com) for about a year and I am quite pleased with their service. About a year ago the main battery in my Toyota Prius blew and the Toyota dealership wanted to charge me thousands of dollars to fix it. Miraculously I found Alan and his company and for $1,000 he tested my battery cells; he found that only two cells were bad and replaced them. A few months later another battery failed in the same area and so for no charge he replaced that one for me. Months later they replaced my coolant control valve for me and did a great job. My car runs great, in fact it is getting better gas mileage than it did before I took it into the shop! I would like to compare Alan and his mechanic Aaron to the Wright Brothers. (They are intelligent and are always inventing new things - they may be the next Tesla!) Thank you guys for all your help. All the best!

Only issue i have is my turbo blew at 60k miles good thing its under warranty. Other than that this car is nice to drive.

Great quiet comfortable road car. I commute between cities about 500 miles, and appreciate the performance, seat comfort, handling, quiet cabin, and decent mileage (about 32 at 70mph, about 29 at 80mph). Only hitch is the cabin controls being a reach from the drivers seat, and having to look over. Mine has a CD player which is great for books and music on the long drives.

I took my venue to your dealership because the cruise control was not working. Your techs quickly figured out that it was some error codes left over from some work I had done to the car. They cleared codes and replaced a couple of fuses and had me in and out of the shop quickly and at a very reasonable price.

Had been shopping for another brand but when I test drove this car I fell in love. It was quiet, smooth driving and riding. Price was right for me.

I travel for my job with a 10×6 enclosed trailer and have put many miles on this beautiful beast. Its taken my family camping on the beach, picked up family members and luggage at the airport. It has power and speed when needed with lots of comfort! At 115,000 miles(50,000 when I bought in 2019) and proper maintenance, im confident I can double that milage!

Great service, but worried that my Subaru will stand the test of time. So many issues already.

I love my Kona, easy to get in and out of, runs great, great on gas. The only problem is the spoiler is plastic and the paint has faded. I think it is a flaw in the paint job. The paint is out of warranty but Hyundai is going to take a look at it and see if they can help in any way.

I have been using my Kona 2020 for five years (almost), I am delighted except few minor problems I had. The rubber around the front left ( Automotive weather stripping) side which is on the body of the car is torn and the wipers were broken in few months. Overall I am happy with car. The driving on ice, snow etc during winter is so easy and stable.

A lot of pros to this vehicle. The only thing I wished Nissan would make better is, the pickup when ya hit the gas pedal. It is sluggish for a split second, and boggs down some... however, it runs great and after the sluggishness, it goes. Great passing gear and so easy to drive. All the bells & whistles on it alert you of every and anything you can think of. I appreciate those features. Comfort is top tier for me, the seats hug you and easy to adjust. The sound system, Bose, is amazing. Just too many features to speak about. Does great in gas in the city, haven't had it on any road trips yet. The kicks rides well also. Plenty of room and can haul a lot of things in it, as the back seats fold down. Only thing I can say negative about the vehicle is how it's sluggish/boggs down some for a minute when ya press gas to go. Hopefully Nissan fixes that in their new models here in out.

Just bought my 2021 Chevy Trax in January, And nearly 2 months later I still love it. I don’t drive a lot, But I’m looking forward to taking it on a road trip. It has great power and just takes off. I get in and out easier then I did in my 2014 Ford Fusion. Roomy enough for me and love the features. Love the Color which is red. So cute I can’t stop admiring it. With under 35000 miles I hope it last for years to come. At my age this Trax will be my last vehicle.
