Excellent service! It took less time than was expected. I received a complimentary car wash eventhough I just had my car in for a recall of an airbag. I do however need to return since they did not have the parts for the brake system recall.

I bought my Lincoln MKX 2013 as a certified pre-owned with 14000 miles.Had never any problem, except for the airconditioner went out. It has 64,000 miles to it. Knock on wood that it stays that way. Thank you.

From the moment I phoned the pre-owned vehicle department and spoke with Gary I was impressed with his professionalism. We had been to several dealerships and had a few bad experiences. We scheduled the appointment to look at the vehicle we were interested, and the moment we pulled up the vehicle was waiting for us to test drive. We were met by Ryan who was delightful and went with us on the test drive. Ryan explained all the gadgets and certainly was knowledgeable. After the test drive we were so impressed we spoke with Gary the sales manager about our next steps. Gary was not at all pushy and left us with much to consider. We knew then that they were who we wanted to work with moving forward in making a decision on a major purchase. The following day we met with Jordan who assisted with the paperwork. Overall had been an excellent vehicle. Owned since 2010. Had to replace the drivetrain 3 yrs ago and now I believe the transmission is a problem. 142000 miles on it and might have to let it go but will probably get a newer one.

I am the original owner of my 2004 Toyota Highlander purchased with 8 miles on it ( my test drive miles =))... it currently has 419,100 miles. Original engine, transmission etc... Some upkeep throughout the years... but She's still pushing and running smoothly. What's the saying " til the wheels fall off" which shouldn't be anytime soon because I just purchased new tires last year. =))). Best vehicle ever, very reliable, sturdy, and fun to drive....we have been through a lot.

My dream car since a teenager was a grand Cherokee and when I finally got one in 2021, I’ve loved it the same ever since. They are bold in appearance and look like a strong vehicle. It has always run beautifully and I have had no issues thus far since 2021 and now it’s 2024. Very comfortable interior and attractive to the eye. Love love love my car.

Good gas mileage, nice to drive, comfortable, a lot of options with Premimun package enjoy. Issue with CVS transmission if doesn't change after 75000 miles. Remember with all CVS, especially in the Nissan vehicle.

This was the best used car shopping experience. The whole process was so easy and painless. That is not my usual experience as a female. Pat was wonderful and respectful. He showed me the car and had to jump it since the battery was dead. I notice the seal in the headlights was broke so moisture was inside the headlights. I said if I liked the car I’d need the headlights replaced. The car drove great. Pat agreed to replace the headlights and, without me even asking said, “obviously the battery is shot so I’ll replace that as well”. I asked if he thought it needed new tires, which I said I would pay for, and he said the tires were Michelin, a good brand with probably 10,000 miles left, so it should wait. I appreciate he didn’t try to sell me a set of tires I didn’t need. When I picked up the car, it had brand new headlights and a brand new battery. He didn’t pull parts from the junk yard or repurpose a battery from one of the other cars. He also spray painted the arms of the windshield wipers black (they were rusted metal) to make it look good. It was washed and waxed and looked great! He had the paperwork ready to go when I arrived to pick up so it was easy to complete the sale. That was 2 weeks ago and the car has been sound with no problems. Thanks Pat! I will never buy from anywhere else!

We love our new Pathfinder. We bought it in FL on March 7, 2019 for our move to NC because we wanted 4wd and newer. It's been a HUGE blessing so far. SO GOOD! :)

I bought this car in June 2009 and still have it. I have everything on it except the rear DVD. One concern is the low profile of the tires for the 20" wheels. This makes it more susceptible to pothole damage and occasional alignment adjustments. Still, it's a great car. I also like the running boards because they prevent door dings.
