Some early reviewers did not like the power, but it has been fine for me. I am not racing anyone. I like the “magic seat” capability. That has been useful many times. Driven literally across the country — California to Florida — with little fatigue. 60,000 miles and no maintenance issues.

I had been hunting a specific model for a long time, waiting out pandemic-era prices and high interest rates. Honda started posting some fantastic deals and I compared across dealerships, finding that Pohanka of Fredericksburg offered promotional 48 month financing while other topped out at 36 months. Even though we are an hour away, we made the trip. I reached out online and came in. We had the pleasure of working with Nicholas Cash. Great name, even better service. I did a lot of research on sales techniques and while Nicholas definitely asked “what kind of budget” I wanted, he was totally fine when I told him I was looking for overall value (and dodged his questions as I learned to do!). Nicholas was extremely knowledgeable about the trims and also models—presenting a few things that would be less expensive with similar size/features. He was also flexible to show us the different trims—it was low pressure and helped assure there would be no surprises or disappointments. Working with Nick was easy, negotiating the final deal with the manager took limited rounds of back and forth. Working with the finance manager, Sabrina, was very easy and again, no pressure with the final round of “would you like these add ons.” She was very clear and helped get us out quickly while thoroughly explaining everything. When it was time to “move” Nick provided complimentary canvas bags, offered his assistance, and had the new vehicle parked next to the trade in to make it easy to load back up. My only complaint is that it did take a long time from in to out—there are definitely process efficiencies that could be introduced. If I could do it again, I’d bring snacks. To be fair, Nicholas did offer to grab us something while we were waiting to sign the final paperwork (we had already agreed so there wasn’t really incentive to go out of his way, haha). Finally, I do want to highlight that I got a great deal on a newly released vehicle—as confirmed by internet strangers, who we know are more honest than we would like them to be! I strongly recommend Nicholas and would definitely make the trip out to Pohanka again.

Excellent performer. Plenty of zip and power. I’ve recorded 39.6 mpg in warm weather last year. Down and back to Florida was recorded at 38.8. Very spacious, excellent cargo capacity. I’m 6’9” and am comfortable behind the wheel.

I had a great experience at Car City. I received my tax return money and I have been waiting to buy a car with it. I received it the other day and first went to a big dealership. They were not very friendly, that’s all I will say. So I left and went to Car City because of all the great reviews and their selection of cars. I was greeted at the door by Doc and he really gave me the red carpet treatment. Sounds funny to write, but that’s how I felt. Car City did not care about my credit. They were willing to help me no matter what my situation was. Doc found me a Charger that they just got in and was not even online yet. I have 2 kids and lots of nieces and nephews so my suv is the best thing for hauling around kiddos. Plenty of leg room and storage. Great design. I cannot wait to upgrade in the future!

Kim is great and does her best to make things happen. But there are others that make buying a car a bad experience and ray ? Is one I will never get a car from someone with that kind of attitude. But the car dealership is great and the cars are really nice. I was hoping on getting a challenger from them but I couldn't deal with certain people so I am looking elsewhere. It's the very last body on frame bullet proof SUV. It's built like a tank is great for all types of driving situations and here in Illinois where the roads are almost as terrible as it's governor it needs to be ready to drive over potholes the size of Pritzkers rear end and handle it. I've had no problems and plan on holding onto it especially now that Toyota has taken a turn for the worse with garbage 4 cylinder turbos.

Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

Additional Important Steps They Advised: 🔴 No Returns Policy – Once you sign, the car is yours. They emphasized doing all research beforehand, getting an inspection, and making sure I was 100% confident before committing. 🔴 Salvage Title Considerations – Many of their vehicles have salvage titles, which means: Insurance rates will likely be higher, and some insurance companies won’t cover salvage vehicles at all—so check before buying. Resale and trade-in value will be lower, and some dealerships won’t take salvage vehicles. Many banks won’t finance salvage titles, so you may need to pay in cash or use a lender that specializes in these purchases. 🔴 Check the Vehicle’s Value with Other Dealers – One of the best tips the manager gave me was to take the VIN numbers of the cars I was interested in and check with other dealerships to see what they would pay for it. I originally wanted Q5, however for a busy city like DC I had to come compact.. actually sub-compact :) I like Q3 in a newer body (2019+) as it’s not only designed great but also has interior and safety features! This fall I’ve got used to a fully loaded grey metallic Q3 2019 S Line Premium Plus. Superb! Lots of safety features, big console, and display, panoramic roof, aggressive look, small city size, and space full trunk. I’m 6.2’. As tall I’m I sit comfortably and have a space for another 6ft behind me. Comfort. Style. Technology. Safety. All you need to know about the new Q3. The only one you have to consider - is the gas mileage. It gives me on average 21. However someday you can even put regular and it still runs. Going for the premium plus now and with a full tank to drive up to 350 miles. I would not change anything. It is a drive and is steady even during rain. So, you got what you paid. Used with 35K miles great choice for me as I have no kinds at the moment. Go for Q5 if you have to drive family members or need more trunk space (family or 4. Airport rides) Get it!

I LOVE THIS TRUCK! I bought it from a friend at a great price and fall more in love with it every day. I have been concerned with safety and this truck quelled my fears as I was sideswiped at 70mph and not one scratch or dent ,just tire marks all over the other guys car. Performance wise, It's a bit slow in acceleration and a gas pig,but I don't drive alot,so it's worth it. I am still discovering new things on it every time I drive.Its the nicest car I have ever had and a real eye turner.I would definately reccomend!

The Durango drive ability is very good, power is very adequate. But the cam shafts developed a ridge which caused a loud ticking noise. They had to be replaced. This was an expensive undertaking. In a low mileage vehicles. Dodge should pay me for my expenses.

Well bought it used 126.000 thousand miles ran like a dream. Now with 153+ the check engine light comes on, traction control,fcw comes on and yes I have had a professional shop do my work now I'm just about ready to burn it. It is the v8 citadel has plenty of power. Oh yeah some time gets hard to start so now back to the shop
