I unexpectedly wound up leasing a 2022 Buick Encore GX. I have been very happy with all of the features and performance of the vehicle. It is peppy, handles great and is quite comfortable. A small step down in size from a Chevy Equinox and it has worked out extremely well.

The overall experience at Scranton Chevy was awesome. Bill the salesman was very friendly and not your stereotypical salesman he didn?t push a sale or have that shady feel that you would think of when buying a car. The financial officer was also very friendly talked to me as if I was a regular person explained everything in detail and made sure we knew all the options. I have had my 22 High Altitude for about 4 months now and the only issue(s) I find are the following: MPG is not as advertised, it's not that great. It's around 24 average, I am about 50/50 city/highway driving - It's fine. It DOES ride like a Jeep - so it's not as "luxurious" as your higher end cars, but YOU BOUGHT A JEEP - The last snow storm we had in Cleveland was about 10" in 2 hours - No problem, even with 235/45/19 tires - Would be way better with not so wide tires. It's slow. Who cares? Are you driving in the F1? Nah - It's plenty. Interior is baller. Infotainment is great, comfortable. Heated steering wheel is a plus. IDK - I read these reviews and everyone is so picky - It's a nice ride. If you find you like it, give it a shot.

New 2 weeks ago today. This car is not intended for family vacation. I use it as a daily driver a 100 miles round trip. I got the mid-grade trim package heated seats moon roof. it has a small gas tank 13.9 gallon. I question the MPGs as advertised but its ok at 27 mpg all highway. It will fit 4 people but i believe Ford didnt intend for it to be a vacation car but a general purpose of getting back and forth to work car.So far so good only time will tell.

Came in for oil change and recall fixes. Made new appointment for recalls as they take 5 hrs about to perform. Oil change and review of car done without finding problem

Let me add to the engine problems. Overall I really like this vehicle. We have taken many trips and enjoy the feel on the road. Maintenance has not been a major issue until recently. It started using oil on a regular basis. About a quart every two to three weeks. At around 92k miles it is now in the shop waiting to see if Hyundai will honor their warranty. It needs a new engine. It runs ok now, for a sewing machine. Hopefully Hyundai will honor their warranty and I can get another 90k miles out of the vehicle.

I had an excellent experience with Tasca! My mom bought a Ford Escort years ago, and had it always serviced there! She decided that we see George, and have the car checked. While we waited, we checked for used cars. Christine came out and talked to us about cars that would fit our needs. Christine was so personable, kind, and not pushy!!! Christine showed us a car that had great mileage, great price, and affordable! We bought the car!!! What??? We were just having the Escort serviced! Also, my mom is 83, I say that with respect. George could have told my mom, that she needed all sorts of things done too the car! But, all she needed was an oil change! We deal with Tasca because they are honest people! We are a tall family and tried every single vehicle on the market before finding the roomy max and falling in love. Plenty of legroom in all 3 rows for over 6-footers like us, plus plenty of room to haul our Costco loads. Have only owned for less than a week, so can't speak to long- term, but we drove 1400 miles on Route 66 and were all very comfortable. Plenty of cupholders for everyone and phone chargers as well.

I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

I got a great deal on a used 2022 SL in green. Selling price just under 25k because it was a rental turn in at just about 50k miles. Certified and with special warranty, I have another 4 years and 50k miles of full bumper to bumper. I wasn't concerned about the mileage as I work at home so mainly wanted a comfortable SUV to run around town and take on road trips. Everything works for me on this as I am not too savvy with the newer cars with all the touch screens and menus as they seem to fail. The 3.6 L engine has plenty get up and go and gas mileage is fantastic. Can't understand all the negatives on here. Maybe being closer to 55 and liking buttons over touch screens is the key.

The salesman Craig was extremely helpful in my attempts to purchase a 2021 Nissan Rogue platinum. He worked with me to establish a budget that accommodated my needs to the precise amount. However, due to my recent purchase of another vehicle one month prior. This wasn’t the right time for me to trade in my car for the newer vehicle Nucar was offering me. I so appreciate the customer service sales support Craig extended to me and the expertise in knowing my dilemma and guiding me this process. When using cruise control and limit how many car lengths between you and car in front of you, it does serious sudden slow down which could be dangwrous with someone right behind you. Otherwise great car, one of my best ever.

Bought a brand new 2022 Hyundai Tucson SEL Convenience in Sept 2021, owned it for 4 years now. With 45,000 miles, Ive had no major problems other than normal wear and tear, like brake pads, oil and tires. Very reliable, comfortable and affordable. If I were going to nitpick, I would prefer non leather steering wheel and gear shift. I keep them covered so they dont get worn out. Love this SUV!

Just bought the car, and I absolutely LOVE IT! I purchased my Cross Sport at the Beaumont, Texas location, and had the fastest and easiest process. Shout out to Nick at VW of Beaumont for being awesome and helping me get in this beautiful car! If you don’t have a Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport, go get one now! So much space and the interior of the car is absolutely stunning and the technology is an extra plus about the car.

I am 77 years old and a Vietnam Era Veteran, I had a 2002 Ford F-150 pickup truck that I used in my business until I retired and still drove it after that until it got to a point where it just wasn't feasible to repair it anymore so I scrapped it, since I am retired I don't really drive that much anymore and I used Lyft services and my wife's car to occasionally get here and there. But my wife works part time and needs the car about 4 days a week. Then I decided I wanted to get myself another vehicle, not necessarily a new one but a recent late model, but then the ordeal of deciding what I wanted to get started. Did I want a small car a big car a truck, and SUV and if an SUV which one? Since I am a veteran I use the VA Health Care Center in Providence and I am provided Lyft services to and from the hospital for checkups and what have you. During my car search time I happened to have an appointment at the VA and when I called Lyft services to schedule a ride they sent over a beautiful Honda Pilot which I rode in and was very impressed with, and as luck would have it, when I was through with my appointment and called for another ride, Lyft sent ANOTHER Honda Pilot to take me home and I was very impressed with that vehicle as well. I searched for Honda Pilot vehicles online and came across a beautiful looking 2020 EX model, it was burgundy, loaded with a lot of features, had very low mileage, and was very reasonably priced. It was for sale at Grieco Honda on Hartford avenue in Johnston. As a lot of people , are I was a little hesitant about going into a car dealership having heard stories about various bad experiences some people have had with some. When I went into Grieco Honda I was introduced to a young man named Chris Matarese who was a very pleasant individual. He brought the vehicle around for us to go for a test drive, was extremely polite, very intelligent and exceptionally knowledgeable about the vehicle, answering all of my questions in an instant. After a brief time of asking my "20 questions" about the vehicle and financing I decided to buy the 2020 Honda Pilot. Since the vehicle had just been taken in trade it had not been inspected by the service department as yet, and Chris had the vehicle taken in immediately to have it inspected, the service manager noted that the driver side sun visor was not functioning properly and hung a little bit low having apparently been sprung over time, and it was decided that Grieco would put a new visor in for me which I thought was a very nice gesture. So to end this story, I've had the vehicle now for a little over 2 months and I cannot be happier with it and also with the excellent and outstanding service and courtesy which was extended to me by Chris Matarese, you will find him exceptionally honest, devoutly professional, and eager to earn your business. Didn’t waste our time. Originally came in for test drive - didn’t get any runaround or pressure, they just let us drive the car. When we had an appointment, they were on time - at most dealers, appointments seem to mean nothing, but not Tasca. Helpful, friendly, professional staff. Comfortable, new showroom. Generally made it very easy to buy the car. Anthony in sales, also finance manager and GM were great.

ISSUE WITH SUNROOF CLOSING, NEW ONE PUT IN SAME PROBLEM. IN COLD WEATHER SEVERAL DOORS WOULD NOT LOCK AT ALL. AT FIRST I THOUGHT THEY WERE FROZEN THE DEALERSHIP IS STILL NOT SURE WHY THIS HAPPENED. I WAS UNABLE TO DRIVE IT WHEN THIS OCCURRED. JUST HAD THE IGNITION REPLACED - CAR WOULD NOT SHUT OFF. I REALLY LOVED THIS CAR THE SUNROOF IS HUGE, MY FIRST NEW CAR, IT IS A LITTLE SMALL IN THE BACK SEAT FOR PASSENGERS BUT NICE, I LOVE HAVING A HATCH AND NO TRUNK TO MOVE THINGS IF I WANT. I HAVE ALWAYS WANTED A JEEP AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE 4 WHEEL DRIVE AND OPEN FEEL OF THIS CAR. IT DOES VERY WELL ON THE HIGHWAY. THE REAL ISSUE I AM HAVING IS WITH CASTLE JEEP/ RAM IN NAPERVILLE,ILLINOIS COVRING THESE ISSUES WITH MY 100,000 MI WARRANTY.

I love the Bolt in general. I just bought my 4th one. It is by far the best value in EV's with the best range. The Premier is a really cool trim...I just bought the 2022 EUV Premier again the other night...it has birds eye view camera...panoramic roof...blind spot detector..lane assist...nav....the thermal battery management system keeps that battery healthy. Range is consistent around 250 miles based on driving habits. The Bolt in any trim/body style is by far the best value in the EV market.
