I bought this vehicle in December of 2023, and I have been pleased with the performance and the room inside the car. The boot (trunk) has lots of space. The silver paint with the black wheels looks really sharp. The best appeal for me to purchase this vehicle is that it's reported to rarely need to be in the shop for repairs. It's always been my experience that if you take care of your vehicle then it will perform well.

Love the look and features, hate the 4 cylinder. Has no power. Very comfortable, smooth ride, handles nice, easy to park. Just don't try to pass unless you have plenty of room.

Salesman Andy did a good job making my wife and I feel comfortable. When he was unable to lower the price of a new Honda CR-V to the point that we felt comfortable purchasing it, Andy got his Supervisor involved in order to make the deal work for us. John in the business office did a great job explaining the financing process.

No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

I enjoyed this process more than buying a car in the past. No hold over or gimmicks , straight talk and a great salesman that knew his product.

Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

I was exceptionally pleased with the service I received recently. The customer service area was very comfortable. Denise bent over backward to make me comfortable and appreciated. I have bought cars here from Allen Jones since the early 80s. There is a reason I return.

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

The service on my Mercedes-Benz was completed in a timely manner. I was very pleased. The attitude of the staff was one I personally considered exceptional. They were very accommodating and pleasant to me. I was informed in advanced on the expected cost of the work to be completed, and I received a follow-up call from them to assure I was completely satisfied with their work.

I really love it. I'm very impress how quiet, comfortable and responsive this car is. Great interior and exterior design. Top of the line sound system.

I worked with Steve Johnston and purchased a Mercedes sight un seen. He was more than helpful getting me all the info and helping get the car set up for shipping. They are honest fair and awesome to deal with. I have never me them but it went very smoothly in a less than ordinary transaction.

This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

I have had my Mercedes serviced here at Albany Motorcars every 10,000 miles since I have had it. They always cheerfully pick it up and leave me a loaner. The staff is always very helpful even when I have had warranty work done, I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with their overall service.

Very smooth ride. Lots of cool safety features. Good power. Good value for my money as I bought this as a CPO. Mercedes Benz financing made it easy to own.

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

Good on gas and a comfortable ride. Drive it to West Virginia and back home no problem. I like it a lot definitely recommend it for people who travel for work and schoool

traded my 2021 for a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport limited edition last month. I'm very happy with it. Mitsubishi has made some improvements. bigger screen, leather steering wheel and shifter. I like that I have heated seats and telescoping steering wheel now! and it's 4 wheel drive. helps when I go fishing. 😂 great gas mileage! just needs a little more power under the hood. but for the price and reliability it's very worth it. plus an amazing warranty!
