Gus' and ALL of his staff are very friendly and straightforward, being a female the car buying process and repair process can be quite intimidating however GEA takes the intimidation out of the WHOLE process. They were very accomodating to my unique situation and gave me a great deal on my used car purchase. When I brought in another vehicle for service unlike the larger service shops they didn't try to "sell" me anything like blinker fluid, or right hand tires.

This is my 2nd VW. My 1st was a 02 passat I bought in 2013. It was the most reliable car I ever owned. It has 230000 miles and still runs great! This Atlas takes things to a whole different level. The look, performance and features are world-class! The only knock I would have is the mpg is average at best. Only 20mpg on average. But overall it is a great vehicle for the price. The SEL trim is fully loaded. Whatever feature you could imagine, it has it. I hope to enjoy this vehicle for years to come.

Gus and his crew are awesome. Even though my car is used, they have stood behind me after the sale with minor occurrences. These guys are the best "used car" sales people I have had the pleasure of doing business.

We bought this with 21k on it. It's a really stylish looking ride. We understood the rear cargo issues folks are having when we bought the vehicle. It works fine for us. The car came with a tow hitch and we have a carrier for that area to hall extra luggage. The fuel economy doesn't compare to the ratings given by the manufacturer, but for the size and power of the car it's quite good. We average 18 to 19 all the way around.. The car rides great for it's size and is very comfortable and the seats are very spacious. So far we are very pleased with this car. One note. Every person in the reviews talks of wind noise at 55MPH. It surely is a problem Toyota needs to look into. We like the car so much that we are willing to overlook this one issue. BUT it is a real issue. This is where the luxury of the car disappears.

The Durango drive ability is very good, power is very adequate. But the cam shafts developed a ridge which caused a loud ticking noise. They had to be replaced. This was an expensive undertaking. In a low mileage vehicles. Dodge should pay me for my expenses.

Due to a total loss collision, I was needing to replace my car quickly. The parameters needed in the car were very narrow and specific and my desired price point was under $13,000. This vehicle has one drawback that I am aware of. The back up camera is very poor. The images are not crystal clear. It is like looking at a television screen from the 50s. I had a Blazer 2019 and my screen was great. I cannot understand why my 2023 vehicle has a poor screen. I have contacted General Motors and have gotten nowhere with them. I find this poor visual screen to be a safety issue. Had I known the back up camera and screen were so poor, I would’ve never bought the car as much as I like everything else about it. The visual on the screen is even worse at night.

Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

Car was perfect and price was under budget for what I was looking for love the feel of the ride and the seats are very comfortable for a woman, my husband is a big guy and he does not fit too good.
