We purchased our 2014 Grand Cherokee Overland new and after 11 years and almost 150,000 miles it easily the BEST vehicle we have ever owned. It is comfortable, delivers reasonable mileage, is quiet, well built, incredibly durable and looks as good today as the day we took delivery.

We drove up from the Olympia area to look at a 2020 Jeep Gladiator they had in their inventory. The dealership, while being a little off the beaten path was a pleasant surprise. Though low staffed because of the State Stay at Home Order. We were allowed to view the vehicle, test drive, and buy the truck with no pressure. They gave us a good trade in price for our trade in and we worked through the paperwork in a couple of hours. The truck came with a clean CarFax. I appreciate Logan for the excellent service. This is my third Subaru Forrester. I like the newer safety features and ease of handling. The size is perfect for me, not too small or too big! I would recommend if you’re looking for a midsize vehicle.

Long range AWD FSD ( great on long trips) I got white seats and am so glad. Really brightens the interior and they have been easy to care for. Battery lost range faster than my older Model 3 but it’s still around 295 after ~70k mi. Great in the snow but a bit more ground clearance would help. Cracked windshield was repaired by Tesla and cost about $1000 less than Safelight. No other issues except for CEO

Just trade in my 2015 GMC Denali with 140000 miles on it and still holding strong at trade in best SUV I ever had upgraded to the new 2021 Denali and boy do I love this SUV from comfort to outside design just an amazing new well designed SUV.

Bought my 2015 Subaru 2.0XT Touring brand spanking new off the Subaru dealership's lot. Have owned it all this time about 9 years straight. Take care of your car with regular oil changes, servicing at recommended intervals, and your car will take care of you. Performed the required recalls during service periods. Not 1 single regret on owning this car, ever. It rides smooth and true. Had a clicking issue in the ball joints 2 years ago which Subaru fixed free of charge. Other than that, this car has been my dream machine.

I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

I would b never consider purchasing from any other dealer in the area or venture out of state to make another purchase. Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

Our family of 5 has traveled across US, Canada, & many many daily city miles, in our Tiguan (almost 200k) with solid performance. General maintenance, & a loose nut on window regulator. Acceleration slowed but spray clean of mass air flow (MAF) sensor solved issue. Seats are comfy enough but maybe less engineered for 1,000-mile trips. 2018 infotech was quirky, but good enough. Folding 3rd row, full sun & added hitch for bikes etc. make this smallish SUV super convenient for city as well as long trips.

30mpg avg with the longest and widest roof rail base for outdoor gear at a price that made sense. 2nd row middle seat folds down individually for skis and paddles. Remote start on the vw app is great for cooling the interior down on a 100 degree day from a distance. Rear seat door opening and leg room is huge great for elders to enter easily and for parents loading car seats.

This car was shipped from door to door transport to my driveway to Elkton ,MD. The paint job is like new. Engine looks like it came off the show room floor. I owned Beetles in the past and know what to look for. It took me six months to find what I was looking for. 67000 miles on the car. I had to replace both headlights on the car very common for the year I done it before. Bottom line is H D'S Auto really went out of there way for me. I trusted them with no warranty on the car. 2500 miles to my house. They sold me a car that went right threw Maryland Inspection. 20 year wedding anniversary present to my wife. I'm 6 ft 2 in person could use more leg room for driver, otherwise perfect vehicle fpr me. they need to keep making this a quality vehicle , don't cut corners .

I purchased my MDX 2008 Tech new and have enjoyed it from first day to present! I currently have 200,000 miles and it still runs like new and really looks outstanding! Sometime after January 2023, will pass it to my Grandson to take with him to Virginia Tech, starting his Freshman Class September 2023! I’m sure that it will hold up nicely during his 4 years there! Definitely the best used car company around - highly recommended! I came here since they happened to have a specific car I was interested in and was amazed at the excellent service and low pressure sales. Zeke was wonderful to work with; he handled everything independently and it was great to not get the run around with multiple managers and sales people. He got me a fair price for my trade in and when the car I bought had a few mechanical issues (100k+ mi so not unexpected) he went above and beyond to figure out the issues and get me safely on the road. Next time I'm back in the market for a car I will definitely be contacting Auto Quest.

I think for the most part, I like my car. I have had a couple issues, one of them is probably not the cars fault, (but seeing other people have the same issue, it makes me wonder) I now have 50k miles on it and in that time I have only had to replace the battery and tires, to be expected on a 6 year old car. (and windshield) The windshield is the questionable item. It seemed to crack out of nowhere and I thought I must have gotten a small rock chip while driving down the highway and just didn't see it until it started to crack. So I replaced it at a cost of almost $1000. However, I am on an Outback form and it seems to be a common complaint with outback owners of this year, having the windshield crack out of nowhere. Could it be the frame design? Maybe, but it does seem suspicious that others have had the same issue. One other problem I have had is if I let my car sit unused for like 5 days, the battery goes completely dead. There seems to be a parasitic drain somewhere on the car. It doesn't happen if I drive it every day, but if it sits for about 5 days unused, the battery goes completely dead. I have read it has something to do with the DCS system in the car, but you have to pay the dealer a diagnostic fee to verify. I drive it enough I have not gotten it checked, but next time I am at the dealer I am going to ask them about it.

I bought my q5 brand new. So far so good, no issues and I've got 45000 kms on it. Unfortunately it had to go in for a few recalls but it's cleared and mine passes. I'm still iffy about those recalls, the piston rod worries me the most. Aside from my worries, very attractive vehicle. I got the beige interior and it looks more special that way. The performance is more than enough for an suv that size. I had to get new tires this year, so I was surprised at how fast this SUV chews away at tires. You do have to rotate the tires every year or they just wear out differently. I'm happy I got it in 2022 because the 2025 being $20 grand more is pushing it for the spec I have. So far its been nothing but oil changes. I don't have any issues yet and I don't expect any. Oh and this vehicle in the snow is superb!!! You'll never get stuck that's for sure. As for breaking, if you have good tires it's good.
