This was not the first time for me buying a car. I have to say that things have changed a little since my last experience. A few places I went had advertised different than what the numbers looked like when. I showed up. A big turn off until I got to meet Anita and her team. Over all good car but 4 cyl engine lacks power. A 6 cyl should have been an option. Door locks (actuator) not reliable. Transmission ,breaks , and suspension are great.

Staff was friendly but i left without being able to have my app hooked up to my car and I was looking forward to that feature

I bought this car new in 2008. I have nothing bad to say except the paint start flaking after about 5 years. I should have taken to dealer over paint issue. My car only has 65,000 miles and paint is completely gone. I am in the process of a new paint job. Seems my issue was the clear coat in the paint. I have owned 6 other Toyotas, all bought new. This is only 1 with this issue!

Great car especially when you put the time and energy to make it purr. Change the oil more than recommended. Do NOT follow the BMW recommendations on fluids. This car requires thought. Inflate the tires as high as possible. This partly solves the stiff steering issue. Handles great at 120 mph. Not great steering in parking lot. V8 engine is superior. Learn to live and love the many quirks of a BMW.

2022 and running since 2016.SEL, not bad,missing a few things that probably only Limited has. Wish I knew. I would buy it again (until it breaks first time, and then, not).

My 2007 CR-V has 265,000 miles and remains the best vehicle I’ve ever owned and my 4th CR-V. I have no intention of selling anytime soon, but if I can afford a newer one I will definitely buy it. Why change when you’ve had a gold mine. Vini Messina Tewksbury, MA

We owned our Sequoia for 6 years and have used it mostly as a daily commuter / sports shuffler, but we have also used it to run around town with a trailer to pick up 1-2 tons of rock / sand / dirt / firewood instead of having to pay for deliveries. We've also used it to pull campers over the last 3 years (pop-ups, hybrids, and now a TT). The Sequoia is rock solid and always stands up to whatever task we put up against it.

The good news? I found my car. The bad news? It was in Fontana! I live in Mission Viejo, O.C. What's even worse, the ride I arranged to take me back to pick it up, was taken to hospital with covid. Yikes! Well, I struggled to find an alternative ride yet it seems people just don't like Fontana. THANKFULLY, I had MATHEW as my salesman. He was a dream the moment I walked on the lot. MATHEW was very polite, non intrusive and he answered every question I had. I live on disability which isn't a lot but he helped me make a great deal and I was very happy. WHEW! Now, how to get it home. After 4 days, I still hadn't found a ride back to Fontana to pick up my new (Used) outback. MATHEW saved the day. He said he would deliver the Outback to me...And he did. My gratitude is huge. Every moment I was at Johnny's Motors, it was a stress free experience, which is so rare at most dealerships. I'm grateful to the owner for not insisting on 'wolfish' sales people that pester you at every step. MATHEW was fresh air in a hot room. He answered every one of my questions and seemed knowledgeable about all the cars. Yes, despite the distance, I will go back because I trust Johnny's Motors and I certainly am pleased with his team. Bought my 2003 pathfinder used with 132000 miles on it has 19000 on it after 10 years, still runs like champ, with minimum maintenance and starter replacement , too bad they don't make it any more like they used, older generations made in Japan are more reliable than the new ones that made in the U.S other wise i would buy new ones , but they are not a true 4*4 any more just a station wagon.

I've had three 2015 X1's. Drove the wheels off one, one got stolen and on my third. Love this car! So economical and the gps is off satellite, not cell tower. Get maps ANYWHERE, for life. I only have 72k on it and will be my last vehicle.

Unfortunately, the head gasket on my 2005 BMW X3 was blown, which essentially means the engine is blown. So, after owning a Toyota RAV4 for 14 years and got 312,000 miles out of it, then having to part ways with the above vehicle, I'm going to try Nissan for the first time with the exception of the repairs, tie rods two new tires and now a heater/ AC blower, we'll see how long this wholesale priced vehicle will get me by...

I have owned all 5 gens, currently own an 01(SF), 07(SG), and a 20(SK). My favorite is my SG slowly becoming the SF. Since, they are all prone to similar issues. It is a little easier to own the same style of vehicle.

We bought ours used and it had been in an accident and not fixed up properly. Mechanical issues with front end suspension and drive train components needed repairs more then once. No transmission issues however. CV joints and bearings, loud squeezing from the rear suspension bushings drove us crazy. Good mechanics are so rare here in Philippines.

I bought a 2012 CX-9 AWD Grand touring model in 2016 with 59k miles on the odometer. We now have 178K miles on the odometer and we still love the car. It has been rock solid. In 7 years and now with 178k on the odo, the only maintenance has been an alternator and a radiator. Of course oil changes/brakes/battery as any car would need. The leather heated seats still look new and work great. It's very roomy... with all seats down we can fit a twin mattress in the back. I have towed a popup camper several times a year and it tows it like it's not there (about 2000lbs). The awd goes through snow easily, but I doubt if it is hardly ever engaging and would probably have been fine with FWD only. We plan on driving the CX-9 until it has at least 250k on the odo, which should take about 4 more years. As others have stated, the mpg is a little low for this class of vehicle. We get around 17.5 mpg mostly until we get out on the highway, where we can get 22-23mpg.
