Bought one for my son for college. Had 108K, now as 190K. Can't complaint. Safe, reliable and very comfortable. Did have to replace the oil cooler assembly, but that's a given on a 3.6. Other than that, tires, brake pads, the usual. It's been a winner.

2011 and 179,000 miles still running strong. Main repairs, some under warranty Expect your power steering pump to leak. Fixed 2x. 2nd time had to pay to replace new p. steering pump and rack assembly. $1200. Water pump leaked, needed replacing at 80k. $500 Valve cover gaskets leak. Engine runs strong, up to 21mpg highway. Transmission is smooth. Replaced all struts and shocks myself at 120k. ,$400 for all fr Amazon. Replaced all rotors and pads 2x in 179,000. Did myself at home. Rotors are $50 each doe AC Delco Silver ( Made in China) Pads are $60 for all 4 ceramic pads. YouTube has tons of videos on how to do brakes. Tuned up myself with Iridium plugs. Need a special spark plug wrench. Plugs are deep inside engine. Replaced all 6 spark coils myself for $80. Total tune-up with air & pcv filter less than $200. Interior still looks great. Most comfortable seats I've had. Exterior tricoat white pearl paint still glistening. Cooper tires last 75k on this car. Goodyear Fortrera stock tires noisy after 20k. Blowout at 30k. Auto VSC auto stabilze worked perfect. Keep car straight after blowout at 75moh.

I am the original owner of a 2005 Equinox and still find it to be a dependable automobile. Gasoline, oil and tires are all that's ever needed. It is garaged so the exterior as well as the interior is in excellent condition. It has 68,000 original miles on it due to having a second auto as well. I have no plans of selling it especially since I chose it over 3 others offered on a Dayton, Ohio radio contest.

Mind blowing! Fabulous. They take care of you better than family! Warranty was a great perk because we have had to use it and trust me. It covered more than we paid for it. Great car mines a 2012 and has around 149k miles and is running great barley any issues and it is also the v6 model which is good

We love this car. I've had Lincolns including the Navigator, high end Chrysler vans, "luxury" Fords like the Eddie Bauer Expedition and Mercury Mountaineers and this is by far my favorite vehicle. The Enclave projects luxury and backs it up. We have the Premium edition. The ride is excellent and far outclasses other SUVs we've owned which rode more like trucks. Plenty of room and a 5 star safety rating make it ideal for toting around the Grandkids. We went AWD for Michigan winters and plowed right through deep snow. A little more power and a little better gas milage would be nice but it's worth the trade off. 18 mph city is better than the Buick Regal Turbo we replaced and this car rides better too. I'll take the 23 mpg on the highway. As a 70s rock and roller and 45 year radio industry veteran, I love the Bose sound system. Especially when no one else is in the car! This is by far my favorite overall vehicle in 47 years of ownership. And yes the Kids and Grandkids give it 2 thumbs up!

My under warranty Escape was stalled in Hudson, WI and we received quality care for our care and compassionate treatment. Dylan, Nate, and the technician were fantastic to work with and we are grateful that if our car had to fail, it did so half a mile from Hudson Ford.

I bought a 2013 Limited with eco-boost a year ago and I love it. It has relatively low miles for the age and has more bells and whistles than any vehicle I've ever owned. I do find the AWD doesn't preform as well as other AWD vehicles I've had. Even with the same kind of all weather tires, I find it slides quite easily on winter roads when taking turns. The length of the vehicle could also be part of the issue. Regardless, I love her! The specs on it were an eye popping $58k when it was new, I'm glad to get it for much less and still enjoy the heated and a/c seats, backup camera, auto parking, and my favorite, the built in mini fridge and freezer between the middle row captions chairs! Ha ha ha what an awesome vehicle. Mid range gas milage has been ok. I've had to replace a couple parts that I suppose were just worn out from age, like the radiator hose. The panoramic roof gives it much needed light so it isn't a big dark box.

Not your average dealership. Had a great experience. Wouldn’t buy anywhere else after this! To those in the market this is a place to consider!

I bought my Equinox new off the lot in 2015 to be my winter driving car. I’ve had it for 10 years, and have driven it 60 miles round-trip in some of the worst winter weather in the lower 48 states. The Equinox held the road well on ice, in slush, and in deep snow on days that I was on the road before the snow plows. It has always been reliable and has never left me stranded. I’ve had no major issues in over 107,000 miles. I appreciate the cargo space which is much better than the newer models. I regularly recommend Equinoxes to my friends and family.

I took a gamble, it had extensive rust damage. I’m into my 3rd year, this gem had 89k at purchase. Now at 135000 and I have to say that this has been simply the best SUV I’ve ever owned. There has been no major issues at all! The performance, the look, the compliments are unbelievable! The newer ones are business models but the 2011 is the brand!

I bought my 2012 Equinox used, with 30,000 miles. I was able to get 201,000 before trading. Lots of little mechanical issues and replacing parts after 150,000. AC stopped blowing out of vents... that is a $900 fix. But engine overall was good and she never needed a transmission!

I submitted an inquiry through the CarGurus app and almost instantly got a text message with a video of Donna holding a sign with my name and introducing herself and letting me she was available to answer any questions. Very shortly after Brandon sent me a text letting me know he was available for any questions I might have. Unprompted, he personally created a walk around video of the vehicle I was interested in along with a link to a fact sheet about the car itself. That alone was incredible to me. Then I asked about a vehicle inspection report and Carfax report. He texted me copies of them almost immediately as well as the original window sticker. We set up a day and time for me to come in to look at it and test drive. On my way there I got a text from Brandon letting me know he had the vehicle all ready for me when I got there. When I arrived he was sitting right inside the door waiting for me. Talk about service! When it came time to talk numbers there was absolutely no hassle! They had even dropped the price before I got there unbeknownst to me but offered at the lower price without me even knowing they lowered it! They didn’t try to add all kinds of extra fees or anything. They gave me all the information I asked for and were very transparent with all the numbers. And while I walked in there already preapproved for financing with a very competitive APR, they were able to beat it! The vehicle I bought from them was a used Chevy. And I am probably furthest away from being a “Ford” guy. But honestly, I think the next time I’m looking for a new vehicle it will probably be a Ford from this dealership! I have a 2013 ford escape se awd and just eclipse 213,000 miles !! Escape is still running strong! Had to do normal maintenance and enjoyed owning this car
