I love my Mazda 2016 grand touring CX-5. It has been a very reliable vehicle. Cruise control operates perfectly. Great Bose sound system. I wish it got better gas mileage. Not impressed with the navigation system! I am not happy at all with the exterior paint or interior carpeting!

Living in Orlando, you know it’s kinda hard not to have a car to get you from place to place, especially when you are trying to juggle work, school, and personal life. As a person who works in the medical field, and having to be around patients on a daily basis, be at church twice a week, and as a nursing student, be able to get to my classes, and Clinical’s in a timely manner, it’s kind of hard not having a car to be able to do the things that I need to do. So I went onto my company’s website and saw that we had an opportunity to purchase a car through offlease Orlando, and I have been praying since February 2024 to get a Mazda CX-5, and when I saw they had two available. I called and spoke with Briana the BDC Rep who was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and showed her eagerness to assist me, she made sure that I received a text and email to remind me of my appt and my sales rep. When I got to the dealership, I met with Orlando who was one of my sales reps, and he was partnered with Jarid who into the office showed, showed me around, explain to me how the process was going to go since this was my first vehicle purchase, and they really made me feel welcomed. As one of the cars was already sold, the one that I really wanted it was actually here still and just waiting for me to call it mine and take it home. I test drove the car and the car ran perfect no issues, I had a Carfax and it really was just perfect for me. The process of purchasing the car was smooth, easy, and didn’t take no time at all. I was able to purchase my dream car, the Mazda CX-5, and be able to drive home with a beautiful car. With graduation being December 2025, this is my first big purchase, and this is going to help me be able to finish my classes before graduation, be able to help me and get to and from work, be able to help patient with my own personal company called “iFirst Care”, be able to drive myself to church, and be able to have fun with my friends and family. Sydney who is one of the Sales Reps and also the “Repo Lady” made sure she checked on me to make sure that I was doing OK as I was waiting in the waiting room for my paperwork to be finished and finalized. Albert who is the Finance Rep make sure that I had all my documents ready and prepared and made the signing process so easy and smooth to the point that I did not break a sweat when I signed my life away Lol! We traded our 2012Optima because of a brake issue the dealership couldn't find. I could've scanned the ABS myself but it was under warranty, so after MANY times to that dealership we switched to another and decided to trade it in and get a 2012 Sorento. The salesman assured us the CARFAX said the car was seviced including all the major components and specifically said,Engine, Transmission and complete driveline,within the 1st month we had oil consumption issues which was diagnosed as a bad engine after being stranded with it,we also had complained about the transmission having issues with it on a few occasions to the dealership now we're getting close to our 10 year warranty period and I'm worried that we'll be stuck with the bill. Our dealership now are awesome they do whatever they can to do right by us. So maybe I'm being paranoid but a couple thousand $$$ isn't something we can afford. We want to keep it if all is good,and might buy a used Kia again in a couple of months it all depends on what happens here.

This is the best car purchasing experience. I can remember everyone is not only friendly, but they are efficient and I feel like they work for me to get me the best deal and the correct car. They actually knew about the car they were selling me most dealerships just want to negotiate money

Just trade in my 2015 GMC Denali with 140000 miles on it and still holding strong at trade in best SUV I ever had upgraded to the new 2021 Denali and boy do I love this SUV from comfort to outside design just an amazing new well designed SUV.

I see that all reviews here seem to be negative but it is now 2023 and hopefully things have changed. I have nothing but good to say about my sales guy Dean Tower, at Columbia Hyundai. I purchased a 2022 Hyundai Tucson and he was very helpfull and informative also helped me set up the system which nowadays can be very confusing. I would recommend him if you need a sales guy.

Having now over 202,000 miles I can say this is a great car to own and drive. Friends never believe the mileage that is on the car because it rides and drives so amazing. The interior quality of materials and fitment are also exceptional and have held up perfectly over the years. These cars do require maintenance but if properly taken care of they will last a long time and be very reliable!

This car is far superior to my previous 2021 Toyota RA4. In my distant youth I use to do some racing and handling is highest priority. Suspension, steering, 17" alloy wheels vs 15" steel wheels with hubcaps, full spare tire vs doughnut, 3 row seating vs 2 rows, 400 lbs heavier therefore more stable in windy conditions and roads that are not level, and much more. Only downside is the general Volkswagen issue with poor sound systems. Not only that, the after market is almost non-existent for the Tiguan.

I had to take a car back due to unforeseen circumstances on my side and it was easy as they helped me to find something more affordable and reliable in my price range. I took the current vehicle to my mechanic and not a issue at all. I have been working with Daniel Ross for months to find something and he is amazing and treats folks as he would wish to be treated. I was between a rock and a hard place after my Honda passed away-it drove itself to its demise due to the handbrake not on tight enough. So I had nothing to trade, no leverage. I know Subarus owned many Outbacks and they go forever. The problem is I'm 5' tall and this car is too big for me after the Honda and a Miata I have. I had 2 big dogs and felt the car would be great for a dog owner. Which it is. One dog rode on the back seat (covered) the other had the back to herself. Great for a dog owner. If you need a crate there's plenty of room. This would be a great vehicle for a children or pet family. I only have one 10 yr old dog left and this uses too much gas for me to consider a practical vehicle.

I’ve owned two 2015 X5D’s - daily driven for 7 years for a combined 173,000 miles (sales job), I averaged 29MPG on each tank in mixed driving (38+mpg on hwy using renewable diesel in CA), and it’s been so much more reliable than any gas car I’ve owned… The only car that compares in reliability is two BMW 328 diesels I’ve owned - I’m not going back to gas cars. I may consider Cayenne diesel as the only other alternative daily driver, otherwise I’ll stay with X5 diesels.

this may be a bit lengthy, but i think it’s important to give all of my opinion. i was looking for a 2015 or newer 1/2-ton full size pickup. they had several on their lot. i ended up with a 2019 ram 1500 classic big horn. i went here because they had a large variety of vehicles but specifically because they had the truck i wanted at the price i was looking to pay. i initially made contact with jesus, but finished with myron. they were both friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. a++ to both them and all of the staff i had contact with. i waited a couple weeks to write this review because i wanted time to see if any previously unidentified issues popped up with the vehicle and i can confidently say that it has run very well & i have had NO PROBLEMS with it. the pros: large selection of quality cars very easy to work with accommodating to my needs/requests above & beyond with cooperation and negotiation. no high pressure sales or multitudes of “add-ons” carfax included, plus they had a long history of maintenance records on the vehicle that they attached (prior to signing) the cons: beware of the “55 point inspection”. my mechanic found a few things that should have been caught during the inspection. so either they missed them or they didn’t consider them immediate enough to fix. (totally fair, i have no problem with that.). there was one not-quite-major-but-significant issue identified but we worked that out to my 100% satisfaction. (make sure you get an independent opinion on ANY used car you are looking to buy no matter where you get it. it’s a good practice.) the bottom line, aka tl;dr so would i buy another car from them in the future. yes, i absolutely would buy from them again. if you are looking for a good quality vehicle at a fair price, i recommend you at least go see what they have to offer.

Loved this car for the three years I’ve owned it. Be sure to set aside $1,000 for a maintenance repair around 75,000 miles. Possibly sooner. Carbon build up is extremely common in Tiguans.

What a good experience! Car buying as it should be. I started out this venture by looking at cars online. I filled out the info section and within a few minutes Gable called me. We talked about a few vehicles and I got an idea of what I wanted. The next day my wife and I went to Frontier Motors and met Jake. I was interested in one of 3 Jeeps. After driving all 3 I had my choice. Soon we did all the paperwork and I drove away in my Jeep. They were all good friendly people and made a car buying experience a good time. Not the high pressure or guiding sales techniques. It was real people allowing us to tell them what we wanted and working to put us in the right vehicle. Thank you Jake and Frontier Motors! They are pretty great, really. The car I went to look at didn't work out, but it was still a good experience. I kinda felt bad that I couldn't buy something from them. If you're looking for something, particularly on a budget, it's worth stopping in.

My only Osijek so far is I bought it so I’d have room to put my grandchildren’s car seat in back. Very little leg room for them

I am very pleased with my Rogue. It is a 2019 that I purchased with 13K. I think the styling is very good and the interior is roomy. I'm 6' and my brother is 6-2 and we both have plenty of headroom in the front or the back. The turning radius is very good. Only downside (which I don't care about) is the acceleration is only mediocre. Overall, highly recommended.

I found the perfect Porsche Cayenne at this dealership. Even though I had to fly to Cincinnati to pay for it and drive it back to Arkansas it was worth it. My sales person, Isaiah, was a pleasure to work with and the car is just wonderful!

I initially leased my Grand Cherokee Limited but ended up buying it outright at lease end. It has been an awesome vehicle for the 6 years I've had it. I have only had two minor things that have needed work, one was AC needed more coolant and leaking rear strut which must be a fairly common issue as my mom's Durango has had the same problem. Super comfortable ride and plenty of room. My only beef is the halogen factory lights are horrendous but swapping the bulbs out for LED made a big difference for under $200. I normally don't keep a vehicle for longer than 2 years, but after 6 I love this vehicle just as much today as did the day I ordered it!

This is a follow up review, I did have to change the head gaskets out on my 2010 forester. I've seen this is common, once again, the work is able to be done by a DIY mechanic. Since 2020 Ive had to change the ignition coil, spark plug wires, head gaskets in February of 2024, and also the crankshaft position sensor. The car had 165,000 miles when the head gaskets needed changed. So far it has 173,000 miles and still runs well. Also changed were the clutch and throwout beairng, and another timing belt change. It still runs very well, the exhaust is getting rusty and have had to fix that, overall its been a good car. I've owned it for 12 years and the ability to work on it yourself is what I really like about it, it isn't fast, but its quite utilitarian and my dog loves it as well. So if you don't mind working on your own stuff its one of the easiest cars to work on with the way the engine is oriented in the longitudinal position. I've always changed the oil every 4-5000 miles since I've had it, the heads and valves were completely clean. I'd say if one keeps up the servicing on these they are good vehicles to own. Not looking forward to when it blows, they don't make plain cars like this now adays.

I bought a 2015 OS ES 4wd brand new. Once we had our second child in 2022 we outgrew it. My mom now drives it… it has 180k on it and we literally have NEVER had to do anything more than routine maintenance. We live in MN and this thing rips through the snow. The 4wd is far superior in the snow compared to awd. I bought a 2017 outlander to replace my 2015 Outlander Sport. It also has the 2.4L engine which is why I wanted it. It’s not as fancy on the interior as some vehicles but Anyone that actually drives one of these will tell you how reliable they are. We have a family and live in a suburb so the most important features for us are reliability, safety, fuel economy, and affordability which Mitsubishi hits all the marks!

Our family of 5 has traveled across US, Canada, & many many daily city miles, in our Tiguan (almost 200k) with solid performance. General maintenance, & a loose nut on window regulator. Acceleration slowed but spray clean of mass air flow (MAF) sensor solved issue. Seats are comfy enough but maybe less engineered for 1,000-mile trips. 2018 infotech was quirky, but good enough. Folding 3rd row, full sun & added hitch for bikes etc. make this smallish SUV super convenient for city as well as long trips.

If you haven’t heard of this place you are missing out. I had the best experience with Alec here. He doesn't talk to you like a car salesman, he talks to you like a caring human being. He spent all the time I needed walking though the inventory, and having a number of test drives! I got a new car today and they approved me at the very best rate too! Def recommend this spot, they are legit.

Bought my 2015 Subaru 2.0XT Touring brand spanking new off the Subaru dealership's lot. Have owned it all this time about 9 years straight. Take care of your car with regular oil changes, servicing at recommended intervals, and your car will take care of you. Performed the required recalls during service periods. Not 1 single regret on owning this car, ever. It rides smooth and true. Had a clicking issue in the ball joints 2 years ago which Subaru fixed free of charge. Other than that, this car has been my dream machine.
