I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

I bought a used 2020 Ford escape hybrid titanium with 33,000 miles. I came from a 2015 X3 and I am surprised how well this car handles and feels firmly planted. I love the electric driving at slow speeds and you can hear the gas engine come on and it’s louder than my BMW, but I am still pleasantly surprised by the low level of road noise at highway speeds. Mine is Persian green, which is rare, and absolutely beautiful after I waxed it. The exterior is pretty good, considering its price range, and the interior is subpar with the hard plastic on the doors, but overall, the controls are very intuitive, easily reachable, and after I learned how to use all the options, my favorite feature is the adaptive cruise control with stop and go and lane centering. The car basically just drives itself, even in the city at low speeds. I just have to make the turns and stop at red lights and stop signs if there is no car in front of me. I also love the short stopping distances with the brakes, which feel great and confidence-inspiring, and the steering actually feels better than in my BMW, which was too light at highway speeds. Another feature that sold me was how much legroom there is in the backseat, especially the fact that you can recline the backseat a little bit and also push it a few inches back to create more legroom. There is definitely more legroom in the front and back than in my BMW, even though my BMW was a few inches longer than this car. I love the look of the RAV4 hybrid XLE and it has more cargo room, but if you check the user reviews, you’ll see that the Escape hybrid actually beats it in mpg and in my area, I would’ve paid $8k - $9k more for a similar used RAV4 so I felt like the Escape hybrid was a better value overall. I rarely buy extended warranties with cars, but I did with this one since it was such a good deal at only $4000 but it gave me seven years of extended coverage and up to 80,000 more miles, whichever comes first. Considering how tariffs will affect car part pricing and car repair bills, I thought this was a an exceptional value, just like the car itself. I’ve only had it for three weeks, but I am really enjoying driving the car and seeing how little gas it sips.

I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

It is a great car, my uncle drove it in the west hamptons in New York to the beach. Very fun when the roof is not there.

I have been looking at new Jeeps for awhile was needing a new vehicle was driving a 2005 dodge grand caravan sxt drove it everywhere kid's learned how to drive in it. But I'm a jeep guy have a 1979Jeepcj7 since brand new drive it daily. Seen the jeep cherokee trailhawk at my local dealership talked to them about it took it for a test drive and fell in love with it. Had to take it home. Very comfortable all the buttons are in the right places. Display screen is very simple to navigate easy-to-use app's phone linked right up no need to look at it. Mics are in right places above head everyone I call or calls me has no problem hearing me. Has alot of safety features to get use to but not hard. I have had other cherokee in the past but love this one. If you are interested in a Jeep check out the Cherokee line like I said I'am a Jeep guy test drive and you will see what I mean.

Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

This is a very good car dont listen to all these other comments they just dont know how to drive this is a great car brand i recomend for any age group

Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.

Ben in the service department at Mt. Holly is the ABSOLUTE BEST. He has taken care of my car for a few weeks and is always in close contact. Hopefully he is able to train new employees on customer service because his is stellar!

I would like to take the time to recognize the sales manager "Danny" who turned a very unpleasant sales situation from one sales rep. to going above and beyond to make sure I was treated with respect and like a valued customer when the final purchase was all said and done. Not only did he apologize & remedy what was wrong, he followed up with new policy & procedures so that this doesn't happen again in the future. He made and kept his promises of having my new car sparkling with a big red bow when I came to pick it up after the previous sales rep, dropped the ball on the whole customer experience. He remained in contact to make sure all things associated with getting my car ready were implemented, which was truly appreciated. Generally the styling is nice, you really can see where the older Escape was used as the basis for this vehicle. The interior is nice and comfortable. Ford missed the mark on storage. The dead space behind the screen, as one example. You can buy a bin that will fit very nicely in that spot. Mileage has been good. Road noise can be a little much as times, and the ride can get a little jittery at speed. There is an odd shudder between 35 and 40mph, that the service tech said is from "cylinder deactivation". Ford and other manufacturers have had this technology for a long time. Seems hard to believe that Ford would screw it up. Was told that it happens in Eco or Normal mode. In Sport mode it's less noticeable, and doesn't really effect the mileage that much. Tried it, didn't see much of a difference. Other issue is legroom in the back seat. I'm 6'4" (and it's surprisingly easy for me to get in and out), but I need to have the seat back a bit. Leaves very little room for a back seat passenger. Overall, pretty good vehicle. Hopefully in the next gen, they'll correct some of these issues.

We now have 40K miles on ours. We have had small issues such as a coolant leak and a blown speaker but all were covered at no cost under warranty. Performance is great. There are a few software bugs that have been getting resolved with updates.

Great vehicle! Smooth ride, great mileage, love the display screen and all the built in features. Love the built in wireless carplay, wireless, charging and USB-C ports in both front and back seats!

Have owned Jeeps for 35 years. This is the most comfortable ever. Altitude 4x2 L, V6, avg. 19-24 MPG. Tow up to 8,000. 6 passenger with 2 fold downs in back. Paid 34k with 18k miles

This is my 2nd Jeep Grand Cherokee (previous one was a 2016), and I absolutely love it. Gives a very smooth ride. The vehicle feels very sturdy and solid, which to me is another plus. Disappointed that it didn't come with a cargo cover though!
