I had written a review that was not so kind and after working with Carlos I am posting this new review because when I posted the first Review I received a phone call within minutes of the review I posted it was the owner Carlos to my surprise he responded right away and called me he asked me to explain the situation which I did that right there told me that he cares about his customers and his business I explained everything and Carlos intern explain things to me and I went back the next day and Carlos worked everything out to make sure that I was a happy customer in these days in time it is difficult to find that type of service he showed me that he cared and he wanted me to have the vehicle of my choice and make sure I was happy Carlos took the time to explain everything more than one time! He and his team do care and will work with you to make sure that you’re satisfied. He even let me take the vehicle to my own mechanic which was a good thing. I purchased the truck I wanted and have stayed in touch with Carlos he always calls me back and answers my questions. As I said before it is rare to find someone that goes the extra mile which is just what he did! If you go somewhere to purchase a vehicle I would suggest that you stop here first because he will definitely get the Customer Service that you’re looking for thank you Carlos for your time and thank you to your team for being quick and efficient. Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

We’re very nice got back to me right away but I couldn’t get there they were farther then I thought. .

I bought mine ( 04 overland) w/ 250k miles on it, in great condition. Owner had carfax for both his big diesel pusher and matching Jeep - it was towed the majority of its travels. It’s record of maintenance matched by almost half of motor homes service records. it has never had a single issue other than standard maintenance- I jokingly said ‘I’d drive it till it dies”. And. It looks like I’ll be doing just that- I think about it’s not so good ‘gas Guzzling’. But it’s a second vehicle, fits my grandkids,tows most of our toys and is comfortable and sure beats being stuck with 💰

This vehicle has has taken my wife and me cross-country, as well as several other long distance trips, with a sum total of only one flat tire and no other mechanical, nor electrical issues at all! Any repairs have been moderate and frankly expected given the high number of miles (150,000 so far) on it. I expect to keep it for another year and a half.

Bought one for my son for college. Had 108K, now as 190K. Can't complaint. Safe, reliable and very comfortable. Did have to replace the oil cooler assembly, but that's a given on a 3.6. Other than that, tires, brake pads, the usual. It's been a winner.

Do your homework and research the vehicle of your choice. I bought the escape used in 2024. So far, no recalls and it was a great buy, and I love it. I have the 2.0 turbo 240 horsepower. I use premium gas, full synthetic oil and change the transmission fluid every 30 thousand miles. I also read that once you get to your destination, let the car idle for 10 seconds so the turbo has time to rid any excess output.

I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

Like the look and has plenty of power we have the v6 option The interior is very comfortable with all the bells and whistles you can appreciate. We traded in a Liberty and the ride is so much smoother.

Now have 110,000 miles on vehicle and had to pay out 1800 on some mechanical parts. For the most part my 2014 Jeep Patriot has been pretty good. Great in snow.

Bought this 2009 RX350 in September of 08. I've owned Volvo, Acura, Mercedes and Range Rover (the worst!). Just about to hit 300,000 miles with VERY few problems. Love the car. But as stated earlier in some reviews the dashboard has developed many hair line cracks. That's why I gave it a 4 on interior. But still the very best car I have ever owned and will now only buy Lexus/Toyota vehicles.

Nicely designed inside and out. Much mote cargo space than I thought it would have. It passed the road trip test too.. I have no complaints about it.

This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.

Macon is a small auto lot with decently priced vehicles. They claim to buy their vehicles from owners in PA and NJ because drivers in those states take better care of their vehicles than Delawareans do due to the fact of inspections. They also claim that they service vehicles before they are sold, fluids, brakes, rotors, etc and offer a warranties. They're pretty reasonable and are willing to work with you even if you are in a tough financial situation just so as long as you're reasonable when it comes to negotiations. Employees Mr. Mo and Mr. Ahmed were a pleasure to work with and will due what they can to suit your needs. When it comes to bad or no-credit approval for financing, they will do what they can, but be wary of having high interest rates on financing as that's a price for having no-credit or low credit. The vehicles on their lot are a mix of old and new, but they mostly look well-taken care of. I recommend this place if you're looking to buy an older model of a vehicle and are able to plan your finances smartly. Honest and friendly staff. If you ask, they do their best to give you answers. ?????

Keke in service department is amazing I was furious about a car I purchased it was messing up and she set an appointment and just talked to me about it being a used car that’s why we have warranties. She speaks highly of the owner and staff. She’s the best service person they’ve had

The car is very reliable I have never had any problems out of it it’s very modern and easy to adjust to. The car has plenty of leg room, and back seat space. The truck is a great size. The ac works amazing, the windows are tinted. I love this car only selling it because I’m going the the military!

Overall, it's great! It's a Honda and it is reliable and holds up well over time! It can be parked anywhere! However, the heater is terrible - takes over 20 minutes to warm up the car inside (my 1996 Civic and 2002 CR-V had fantastic heaters, I don't know what Honda's done to ruin their heaters). It is also bad for road noise, it is difficult to hear passengers because of all the road noise on a highway!

I have 212k miles and it still drives great and looks good. Only needed all the regular maintenance. Size is perfect. Love the back up camera and Bluetooth.

Bought new 2014 and have lifetime warranty that only costs me $100.00 to fix it. I have already paid for the warranty and more. Knock on wood. Only 80,000 miles on it and looks great!
