I've owned dozens and dozens of car and this one has impressed me the most. Tons of power from the V6, typical Toyota reliability, very ergonomic, and very capable. I've hauled weight in this thing that would rival any truck and pulled a trailer that was double it's load rating. I love the Volvo, its very spacious with the extra third row seating. It would be good for a family, or even travelers. I just figured out that the seats lie down which is pretty cool.

I bought this car new in 2008. I have nothing bad to say except the paint start flaking after about 5 years. I should have taken to dealer over paint issue. My car only has 65,000 miles and paint is completely gone. I am in the process of a new paint job. Seems my issue was the clear coat in the paint. I have owned 6 other Toyotas, all bought new. This is only 1 with this issue!

I own one for over a year now and love it. Winter or summer it is fun quick and nimble. It is 2023 and it has held up well no rust drives like new. Easy to maintain and simple mods to boost the power. I was going to trade in for the newer Honda accord with the 2.0 turbo but I can't justify it with almost same torque and Hp numbers but the RDX has SH AWD. So it is a keeper I decided.

Been a very reliable car all these years. Works well in snow using the AWD and snow switch on dash. Very comfortable seats and fun to drive. Step on the gas and get pushed back in your seat with power.

I bought a 2011 Equinox w/2Lt, with the 3.0L VVT. 264 HP engine and 18" wheels. This vehicle was T-boned on the passenger side door with air bag deployed and thus declared totalled by an insurance company from a previous owner. This vehicle was rebuilt and salvage title issued with approximately 38,000 miles on the odometer. This vehicle turned out to be a very good experience so far as I have had some repaint done and I replaced my wheel hubs, brake rotors, calipers and brake pads with high performance parts. With this power plant configuration, I can pull my droptail trailer loaded with 2 cruiser motorcycles to Sturgis with absolutely no problems whatsoever. I change oil every 6 months with under 3,000 miles on the oil. The engine does not use oil. I am a conservative driver and use extra caution while trailering. I added a Curt class IV hitch with no trailer brakes. Trailer payload on the scale is 1900-2200lbs depending on what bikes I decide to take. However, I would not have considered ANY Equinox with the xxx I4 Ecotec Engine. Those engines were built with a batch of bad timing chains from Mexico and GM ended up replacing a boat load of those engine. I am a mechanical engineer.

Nicely designed inside and out. Much mote cargo space than I thought it would have. It passed the road trip test too.. I have no complaints about it.

Y is my 2008 hyundia Santa Fe underbody frame all rusted out and outer car body has no rust.the cars a danger to drive right now.

Car drives just great! Quick off the start, great passing oompth on the freeway. I just put the transmission into the sport mode and hang on! Fun to drive, great gas mileage, excellent warranty. And, the best dealership (Mini of Montgomery County ) I have ever dealt with.

Bought 2012 in 2021. I have put 18,000 miles on it. Had to do brakes, CV joint, and the thermostat. Otherwise, it runs very good.

I have a 2013 RDX with the technology package and I now have 92,000 miles on it and it still the best car around I install performance brakes and rotors all around and 245 60 18 tires

My family got the XE model of this car new, and it was passed down to me when I started High School as my first car, which my sister and I drove until just this past month when we sold it at about 200k Miles. This thing was trooper and the most reliable car we've owned by far. We barely had to do any work on it other than the regular maintenance (the singular problem we had was the fan belt breaking and that was an easy fix on our own), it handled well, it got through snow, mud and rain just fine, and it was overall just a solid car. They genuinely do not make them like this anymore and if you can find one in near new condition, I definitely recommend it for anyone that needs something reliable to just drive around and not have to worry.

It’s very reliable and it lowkey will gas any knucklehead on the street who wants to get creamed in a race. Best car on the streets, so beautiful I named my kid after it.

My hubby and I just purchased this vehicle a few months ago and were concerned about how old this car was. We were looking for a newer model but our friend owns a dealership and told us that this was the best one on the lot when u compared everything. At 20 yrs old, it didn't have one scratch, the interior was in perfect condition and it only had a 100,000 miles on it so the previous owner only put an average of 5,000 miles per year. We drive it back n forth to work and i do my weekly errands w it. We also own a Toyota Camry, a GMC Sierra 3500, a Toyota Ranger and a Harley Davidson motorcycle but this has been our new go to vehicle and prob will be going forward. U just feel different when ur in an SUV and when its a luxury vehicle like this one, its just top notch. I`ve owned several explorers through the years and put countless trouble free miles on them. The v8 equiped versions are my favorite makes merging into traffic a breeze. I found this one with only 77k miles on it and couldn`t pass it up.
