Asked for a price for a “new “ vehicle and trade for mine. Trade price was significantly lower than other dealers and they were selling a loaner vehicle and did not come off the sticker. I decided not to negotiate and just made an excuse to not buy. Did not need the hassle of negotiating. I expected a better total offer.

The service advisor will explain clearly what needs to be repaired, plus the advisor will send an email of the estimate of cost/ a sketch of what?s being repaired to the customer

Kayla Davis did her usual excellent job with information and communication, and Troy was very helpful getting me checked in when Kayla had to step away from her desk. I don’t get any unpleasant surprises at Honda of Columbia. The costs are fair and stated upfront and I’m treated well. And my Honda CRV is a great car!

I purchased the titanium awd edge which came with 20 inch wheels and the ride was a bit rough. I had a 2016 with 18 inch wheels and it was very smooth. I found a set of 18 inch original ford wheels, purchased new tires and now it rides like a dream. It´s quiet, handles well, the interior is a bit dated, but has all the tech and safety I need. I compared the X3 and Q5, but the Edge had a lower price and was loaded. Not a single problem since I bought it, just regular service and one recall that was fixed while I waited at the dealer. I highly recommend it.

I've owed the rogue SV for some 9 months and I'm very pleased with the ride, performance and reliability . Prior to me purchased this car I rented a bunch of competitors to narrow down my choice. The Rogue has alot of features that really come in handy. It's a very thought out vehicle. On long highway trips it holds the road very steadily at 90 MPH and my gas consumption was in the low 40's. For the money to me it's the best value out there

Good on gas and a comfortable ride. Drive it to West Virginia and back home no problem. I like it a lot definitely recommend it for people who travel for work and schoool

Just got a new 2026 Tahoe from Hendrick Chevy and had the greatest experience, which is so refreshing in the car buying industry. We are a super busy family with very little time to visit multiple dealerships and go through all of the sales tactics. We called up to Hendrick to ask if they had any current deals on the new Tahoes that could get in our price range. The first guy we were transferred to was a bit too salesy & just told us to come in and he?d take care of us (N name I can?t remember). We hung up and planned to drive right passed Hendricks, but my husband decided to call back and see if we could get a different associate & im so glad he did. We were transferred to Molly Dickinson who was absolutely fabulous from the start- she immediately got with Jeremy G to check on deals. He ran numbers & confirmed he could get in our price range & he even discovered an amazing GM supplier discount we qualified for through my job. We came in the very next day to meet with Molly & see the car. She was so incredibly knowledgeable of all of the Tahoe features, very pleasant & willing to go all the way for customers. I felt like Molly had my best interest in mind through the whole process, which was so nice & something I?ve not experienced when buying cars in the past. We came back the next day ready to sign papers & worked with Luis Moreno- another absolute gem at Hendrick! Incredibly knowledgeable & genuine guy. I?ve never felt like I could trust so many great people in the car buying process! We dealt with a few other associates who were equally as pleasant, but I really have to shoutout Molly and Luis for all they did. Molly is 100% responsible for us walking out with a 2026 Tahoe from Hendrick because of her willingness to go the extra mile and find the info we needed from that first call. I bought a 2004 lifted Tahoe from them and I loved it never had any issues with it. And now I just recently went back and bought a 2008 lifted tundra, everyone up there is a great group of people they are so friendly and are only there to make other people happy with what they want, I would highly recommend anyone buy from them. Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

I bought a brandnew 2023 Ford Bronco Black Diamond 2.7L with Sasquatch packaje in November 2024, there are no complains up to now, it runs better than I expected and is very comfortable inside. Acceleration is also better than expected in spite of 35 inches factory tires, I love it.

We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance.
