I've owed the rogue SV for some 9 months and I'm very pleased with the ride, performance and reliability . Prior to me purchased this car I rented a bunch of competitors to narrow down my choice. The Rogue has alot of features that really come in handy. It's a very thought out vehicle. On long highway trips it holds the road very steadily at 90 MPH and my gas consumption was in the low 40's. For the money to me it's the best value out there

i have a 2017 wrangler unlimited sport with a 6 speed ..at 18 000 miles they had to drop the tranny ..now at 49 000 they will need to do it again and its pissing me off. Plastic parts in a tranny is stupid . And a reverse gear too pointy and too thin ..Seriously ? You know its an issue and still no recall?

We are in our 70's and wanted a car that had blind spot protection with great window visability, a good sized GPS map, keyless entry, and good fuel economy. Also, it has good space in trunk with fold down rear seats. At 51,000 miles we have had no issues.

This is my first CX-5. I love it. Previously I drove a mazda tribute which was a 6 cylinder. I was reluctant to purchase a smaller vehicle with a smaller engine, but I’ve been pleased. My only negative comment is regarding the leg room in the back seat. It’s not great but workable for most average size adults.

I have had the car for almost three months. I used it when my son’s family and others visited so I often used every seat. I have a Limited Trim with a tow hitch. I got the car for visiting family and also to be able to tow a small to medium sized camper. I have owned many Mercedes, BMW’s, Mini’s and other brands and this is the most luxurious. It is as good or better than the German cars on equipment and comfort, just not as fast. Ventilated seats, three rows of power and heated seats and all the tech you can want, which I love. My favorite is the amazing lane keep assist which practically drives the car by itself and the 360 camera for parking and not hitting things. Try to price a Mercedes or BMW 3-row with the same features and you will be at least $85-90k if not more. You could buy his and hers Palisades for the same money, the Calligraphy even has the massage seats. The car is quiet, smooth and absolutely gorgeous interior. I can afford most any car I want and I personally love the value proposition of this car and the low maintenance costs. The car plays a musical tune every time you close the door like a welcome. All my camping gear fits into the back with room to spare (and third row down). The only quirk is the rain sensing wipers do not seem too sensitive. I don’t mind no wireless Car Play as a plugged in phone stays charged. Once I tow with it I will write another review but if you want this feature know it comes with a hitch, ball, prewired with the wire kit for trailer brakes and a tow mode! That’s pretty cool. Full sized spare, too. If you want luxury, space, lots of seats and good towing capacity run and get one. You don’t need to shop the competition unless it’s the Telluride. I got a great year end deal on mine, too. Hyundai is improving its vehicles every single year. I have had three now (Kona, Tucson and Palisade) and they have all been great. Oh, I have gotten up to 26mpg on the highway but most the time my mileage is exactly like the ratings. As low as teens in the city doing errands. Not bad for a two ton car.

I've owned this car for at least a year now. And the ride comfort is better than they say. It is on the road I'm impressed with the off-road. Ability of this vehicle. Love the looks and the style. Just be aware that if you buy a white one that Hyundai had a problem with the paint just flaking off. On the roof of my car which is white, I have big strands and strips of paint coming off and the car only has 20,000 miles. They covered it under warranty for 10 years but it's just a hassle.

I bought a used car from them. When I was driving it home, something popped in the engine. Car started running bad. When got home I called them and they sent a wrecker to pick it up. They keep it till its was fixed. I wish I could give them 150% for being the best dealership I've ever been too. Thank you

Love my 4Runner but the only thing wrong with it is the KDSS problems that no one knows how to fix. Light comes on in the winter and starts leaking. Dealer replaced it once and they paid the $4, 000.00 because it was the first time that they had seen this. Now it almost winter and the lights coming back on.

Let me tell you about Economy Honda. Josh and Dustin made this the easiest and most stress free experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I came in with negative equity and even though they couldn't fix it all for me, they did an amazing job taking away some of my financial burden and worry. They provided me with great warranty coverage, gap insurance and a service contract and still kept me where I knew I had to be with my payment. The reason I came to this dealership was the Sales Manager Aj Rice. We called in to speak to an associate about a new Tacoma for my family. We ended up getting transferred to Aj I believe on accident. Which was the best thing to happen to us. He introduced himself as the new car sales manager and said it would be a problem he would be beyond happy to help us. We told him what we were looking for and he informed us he had the perfect truck. I told Him we lived in Johnson city and that it would be a long drive for us to make it to Chattanooga. He informed us that he would make this the easiest and most transparent process of purchasing a car we have ever experienced. Man was he right! He took our information down and said to bear with him for a few mins. Next thing I know within 20mins he had taken pics of the car and a complete walk around of the truck and demonstrated the key features on a video. He then called us shortly after to follow up and make sure my husband and I received the pictures and videos. We were so elated with the how he handled the entire situation we decide to make the 3hr plus commute just because of the process A.J. the manager did for us. But it doesn’t stop there. We schedule to come in a Saturday and have a time. He then told us to ask for himself or a sales associate he was going to put us with to finish the paper work. We arrived and as I expected they were busy and that sales person he wanted us to finish up the paper work with. So A.J. went above and beyond again and greeted us and told him to give him a few mins bc that sales person was busy. He came back up mins later and said to follow him and brought us into his office. He informed us he knew we had made a long drive to come see us and did not want us to wait. And he proceed to do all of our paper work himself so we could get done quick. He even had our truck cleaned up and filled with gas waiting for us! I just have to say I have bought tons of cars and have never had a manager of a dealership go above and beyond for us before every. I will from now on always recommend anyone in the tri cities to make the drive to Capital Toyota for the experience to see the manager A.J. or anyone else outside of the area or in the local aera to see him at Capital.

Great car, quiet ride mostly for an SUV, glad I bought it, tested Honda CRV, Mazda CX-5, Hyundai Tucson, Kia Sorrento, Chevrolet Equinox, Terrain, and many others, at that time I could not make a comparison with Toyota since there were none to be tested, the Tiguan stood above the others

I was very disappointed to discover that after paying the exorbitant markup of almost $10,000.00, that there is no power button in the car or on the key fob to open the rear hatch. I was also shocked that the front passenger seat does not have power controls, you have to reach under the seat to manually pull it forward or back. While I understand the safety feature to not accidentally lock a child in the car, I was unable to lock my car while trying to sleep in the back while camping. I'm hoping this won't be an issue in the future, but I had to have an alignment after only 12,000 miles and since I'm the only driver, I can assure you that I've never hit a pot hole or anything else that should have caused this. I do find the car comfortable to ride in and I like the safety features that alert you when trying to change lanes or if an object is behind you.

I Have owned five Rx350’s. I live in a rural town in South Carolina and drive a lot. I have a 15 that has 207000 trouble free miles. I’ve only done normal maintenance. I bought a 14 about a year ago that was one owner with 54000. It now has 76000 on it. The 15 was built in Canada and the 14 was build in Japan. We Love the Rx350 although We don’t like the body style on the 16 up.

I purchased a 2024 Honda Accord around August 2023, and within two months, the car locked up on me. I had to get it towed back to the dealership for inspection, and needless to say, I was not happy at all. This vehicle had just 13 miles on it when I drove it off the lot. The dealership looked it over and informed me that they needed to order a part to fix it. I was frustrated because I didn't want the same car I had just purchased, especially since it shouldn't have broken down so soon. I asked for a new vehicle, which was my main concern. My sales consultant, James Mathews, sat down with me to discuss the situation. He spoke with his supervisor and returned to let me know that everything would be taken care of. I must mention that he is a very respectful and helpful person. Honda of Cleveland took great care of me, and I ultimately received a new vehicle. On top of that, my payments and interest rates were lowered. I want to extend my gratitude to James Mathews and the supervisor at Honda of Cleveland for making my experience positive and for addressing my concerns effectively.

I purchased a new 2024 Hyundai Palisade Caligraphy in December 2023 and as of now (April 2024) have almost 4,000 miles on the car. Overall mpg is 20.0 (driving 90% of the time just local streets @ 30 to 40 mph). I've noticed when I drive it on the expressway for 15 or 20 miles I get considerably better mileage. Knock on wood, but so far I've not found one defect in the car. I think you do get a lot of car for the money. Lots of room with a comfortable ride. Good headlights. HVAC seems to work well. I'm suprised how well the ventilated seats work. Decent acceleration. Good electronics. Reasonably quiet and smooth ride. Good visibility out of the vehicle with a good driver seat position. Good rear seat leg room (captain chairs). Digital Key works well with my iPhone 13 and Apple Watch Series 7. Only miss is no power-folding mirrors. Can't yet comment on the complimentary Hyundai service as the car is not yet ready for it's first service appointment.

Great looking, fun to drive 4x4, super reliable, leather interior but strong enough for 2 dogs and 2 kids. Goes anywhere. Roof rack easy to use. HAs all the electronic helper (BSM, cross traffic alert, lane keeping, adaptive cruise). The downside is the gas milage. 16.5 to 18 mpg depending on time of year & type of gas (summer vs winter gas). No service issues in 45,000 miles but they did some fuel pump recall when I was in for an oil change

Got a '22 Touring XT. I knew the base engine was pathetic so I wanted the turbo. Gladly sacrifice some MPG for way more power. They shouldn't even offer the base engine on this car. Anyway, after 44k miles it's running like a champ. Absolutely no issues with the electronics (a few minor glitches here and there but nothing to take to the dealer for), CVT is fine, engine is fine, the AWD is second to none! Plowed right through a 15" blizzard through Kansas City like it was nothing. My biggest gripe are the squeaks and rattles. Highly annoying. My '17 Chevy Colorado with 64k miles is tighter and quieter. Cargo space is top notch, I have a bad back so getting in and out of a taller vehicle is much easier. But there is just too much tech and driver assistance, Subaru needs to tone it down a little. I still prefer to actually DRIVE my car, not have the car drive me. Overall I'm still happy with it.
