While we spent more than we wanted to on a new vehicle, we are very pleased with our new Forester. Performance is excellent and the ability to put a walker or wheelchair into the back is easy. I can also put two dog strollers in which is a big plus for me. Auto fold down rear seats are a bonus. Handling is a breeze and our dealership excels others. No complaints...

So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

2018 2.0T AWD with 172k miles on it and it is going STRONG. Bought it used with 31k miles. Zero major issues but I've maintained it religiously, oil and transmission oil changed regularly. Spark plugs and coils had to be switched out at 130k miles but that's expected. Transmission is running strong and still sounds as great as the day I bought it.

Have had my car serviced there three times and all three times have been a great experience for me. From the service advisors to the work all well done. Highly tecommend

I have taken to long to give Keller's a great review. My wife and I bought her a car last June. No problems! I asked Jeff to find me one like it; he did and texted me. I placed a deposit the next day. We have two cars from them and I told him my next is for me. The one I just bought I'll give to my daughter. He texted two days ago about another that I told him I wanted. They do not pressure, have great customer relationships and highly competitive prices. If I don't buy this third now, I will within a year!

Our son is in the army and needed a vehicle in a very difficult market place. He walked away with a vehicle within hours of stepping on the lot it was very reasonably priced and they were very accommodating assisting him with a few issues immediately thereafter that both parties were unaware of at the time of sale. You can tell it’s a reputable seller that has been around for a while and will continue to be around for a long time thanks to them for all their help.

I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

Our sales person, Malcolm was a great guy. Professional, brought us in, went through what we wanted. Got the vehicles. Test drove both. Make a decision, and in about three hours we were done. I positively HATE car shopping, and the hours upon endless hours of hiking through a field of paperwork 6 feet deep, only to be so exhausted even the drive home in the new vehicle can't register. Chatham Parkway Subaru was so different. We got the paperwork done, made the arrangements, and we were on the road, actually enjoying our new Ascent. What a gem of a vehicle it is. Reminds us a lot of our other previously most favorite vehicle that we both really thought great. We've owned a Subaru previously many years ago. Am glad I took the chance after a lot of nudging to go to another dealership. Chatham Parkway GETS IT....transactions should not suck the life blood out of you. We haven't used the service department yet, but I am very optimistic that experience will equal what we've had thus far. We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. This is my 2nd SRX Performance, unfortunately my first, a 2014, was totaled on a back road here in Southern Lancaster County PA. That car rolled and flipped during the crash that I WALKED AWAY FROM!! Thanks go to all the airbags in the Cadilac!! That wreck convinced my to buy the 2015 I presently own. I currently have over 204,000 miles on my car that I have driven all over the country as a traveling electrician and the dependability of this vehicle has been unmatched from any other vehicle I have owned. That being said, the only thing that has let me down is the CUE screen. Seems as if the screen internally separating was a known issue that GM/Cadillac left us hanging on. It's a very expensive repair from Cadillac but can be fixed if you have the time and mechanical ability fairly inexpensively. I'm sure I have the capability to purchase a new aftermarket screen and repair it, just don't have the time nor the desire at this point to go through all the hassle. Again, Cadillac should have already fixed this problem but unfortunately they ignored it. I'm actually looking for another low mileage SRX to have on standby for when or if my current car fails me.

Id payed 17,500 for it in 2017 Rav4 and when I traded it in I got 18,000 for it when I brought a new 2025 rav4,Keeps its value..... I had 2 2017 rav4 and got the same deal 18,000 for it. So I payed 32,000 for 2 rav4 2025...... 34,000 price minus the 18,000 trade in made it 16,000 each one. Like I like got 2 for the price of one.

I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.

2016 Platinum. Nice SUV, comfortable, very powerful, decent fuel economy, fair build quality, but there are some things to be aware of; the AWD models have a PTU (power transfer unit) which sends power to the rear wheels. It is positioned very close to the exhaust, and the heat generated by the turbochargers literally cooks the gear oil in the PTU, causing it to fail. The unit only holds about a quart of oil, and is NOT serviced or checked, even when you have the vehicle serviced at the dealer. We had trouble with the front camera, and the recirculation actuator on the climate control. If you are considering a used Explorer, I highly recommend buying the best warranty you can! The only complaint I have is the road noise. On new pavement, it's quiet, but on all other roads it's VERY loud inside!

Honest and forthcoming advice from Jeff at Keller Auto Dealers. Although I couldn’t purchase a vehicle from him due to my own lack of funds , I would highly recommend him for his personal integrity. Hopefully when my situation improves I can go back and buy an auto.

I've had mine for three years and absolutely love my car!!! I'm to the point in life where I really don't drive much, and can certainly use the money. But, I won't sell if the price isn't comparable to the worth.

This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. I 10/10 recommend.

This review is for a 2.0 turbo AWD Equinox Premier that I bought new six years ago and put 95,000 miles on. Sadly, this 252 HP engine was discontinued shortly after I bought it. Only maintenance in its life were infrequent car washes, twelve oil changes, twelve tire rotations, four new tires at 66,000 miles, rear brakes at 72,000 miles, air and cabin filters replaced twice. I’m still on my original battery and original front brakes. It should be noted that I only use 5W-30 Mobil 1 oil and I change the oil myself religiously as the car tells me to, and rotate tires the same week. For disposal, I pour the oil back into the same container that it was purchased in, so I can say without a doubt that the car has never burned (or leaked) a single shot glass of oil in its entire life. I have never reset the odometer since the car left the factory, so I can say that it has averaged 26.2 miles per gallon over its life, terrific given the power that it has, though I will say that almost all of its miles are highway. That also explains why my mileage on my tires and brakes are so good. And I should add a comment on the auto stop/start that so many in here don’t seem to like. I love it.
