The Mercedes Benz GLE 350 is by far the best luxury SUV we have ever owned. I truly can't praise it enough. I honestly didn't need to take it out on the road to be convinced, I was still in the parking lot and knew I wasn't leaving without this vehicle. The interior ambient lighting and the personal welcome message when I get in is 2 of my favorite features of this vehicle. Also love that we can program the seat adjustments too, no more having to adjust the seat back to where I need after my husband drives it, just hit a button and my seat is back on the position I need. And I have never drove anything that drives this smooth!!

Purchased the PHEV a little over 1 year ago and put 12K+ miles on it so far, and I like it a lot. Its stylish, quiet and great on gas. I consistently get over 70+ MPG around town and 35+MPG on longer trips. However, I *strongly recommend* the L2 charger as it cuts charging time down to 2.5 hour with 29 miles range. Without it, the L1 charger takes forever. I went with a 30W auto splitter on my dryer plug for under $140 on Amazon. Its amazing! However, even if you switch to gas, the Hybrid system averages 26 MPG with standard driving. My only complaint so far is the connection to Google/Apple play sometimes drops for seemingly no reason 1-2 times a week and the reactive driving can be touchy. Overall, very reliable and fun to drive. I highly recommend.

My carcwas accidentally sprayed with driveway sealcoat material. The day it happened I stopped into your detail center. The gentleman in the office assured me that Modern Auto Detailing center would do their best to clean up the mess. It was 3 weeks later when I was finally able yo get it done. The team at the detail center went above and beyond to clean my car. They were professional and polite. They explained and showed me the areas of the car they weren't able to clean . They went above and beyond to fix someone else's mess. Thank you so very much

i recently had a 2023 for explorer it was a good truck never a problem but not a comfortable as the jeep grand Cherokee l front seating is amazing no issues at all i did my research and made sure i bought one with the German transmission its a good idea to check that only thing i can say on the down side seam to be a little under powered but i can live with it decent milage 20 around town.

I went in for routine maintenance and a minor repair. Service department folks from the desk to the mechanic on the job were, as always, courteous and pleasant. While waiting for work to be done I wandered out to look at vehicles. Had a nice chat with Mr. Poulin and my trusty salesman Aristedes. We talked about a potential trade and once Aristedes and I found the truck I wanted, he immediately went to work for me. Deals are always made with the customer's interest in mind. Our last 3 vehicles, and most likely the next 3, will come from Poulin.

I love my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek! It's great in all weather conditions, which is one of the main reasons I bought it. I live in the Buffalo area and I needed a good car for the snowy winters. It's roomy enough to hold plenty of luggage and even my dog's large crate but easy to maneuver and park. I love all the safety features and special features such as the large media display.

I drove from PENACOOK concord line down to Ira Toyota in Manchester nh. Upon arriving I was greeted by a friendly gentleman, he asked me if I preferred to work with a specific advisor. I replied yes Mike Rivera. After waiting for what seemed like a couple seconds Mr,!rivera approached me and greeted me with a smile and a good morning. He conducted his routine and let me know it will be an hour and half until My car was finished. I told him thank you and let him know I?m in no rush. He said I can wait up in the showroom so off I went very appreciatively. After getting weather update form my wife a snow storm would start in around an hour I let Mr. Rivera know. He then texted me and said he?ll do his best to have me home before storm. Approximately after waiting 15!minutes Mr. Rivera approached me and said he?ll have me on the road in 15!minutes. He held true to his word. I was all set. I paid my bill and headed home. But before leaving I told all desk associates to have a nice Christmas and they all replied you as well. The customer service I received was next level. The best experience I?ve ever had at Ira or any other dealership! The management at Ira in Manchester nh should be proud and elated that the associates are well prepared knowledgeable and best of all people friendly I plan to upgrade my Corolla next year and absolutely plan to do it with Ira where I bought my Corolla. I've had my 2020 rav4 le for several months & bought it used with 1 owner. Absolutely love it. Only complaint is 2 tiny copper clips fell out of drivers side mirror & now whenever I go to the carwash, the mirror buckles all the way fwd, then all the way backwards. It's a common problem. Other than that, beautiful car inside/out.

I love my Chevy Trax I bought it in 2023 its a 2024 it drives good get awesome gas mileage drove from Oregon to Oklahoma and back and one more time to Oklahoma no brake dows yes its lower to the crowd but for me its perfect to get in and out It has a lot of room in back seat and back of car for shopping It only hat one problem the Moniterscreen whent out but the Recall fixt it

I bought this used with 26,000 miles in the spring of 2024. I love the styling, interior, and value. My only complaint is that the angle of the infotainment display can make it difficult to see due to reflections, especially in bright sunlight. I love the AWD option, it adds to stability - even in dry conditions. The remote start is handy in cold weather since I now live in an apartment and no longer have a garage. Performance with the optional engine is more than adequate.

I just purchased a 2024 Yukon Denali XL. This is my 3rd Yukon. So needless to say I am sold on this style of vehicle. The style and comfort are impeccable. Had a 2009, 2019 and now a 2024 XL. Never had any problems.

Generally the styling is nice, you really can see where the older Escape was used as the basis for this vehicle. The interior is nice and comfortable. Ford missed the mark on storage. The dead space behind the screen, as one example. You can buy a bin that will fit very nicely in that spot. Mileage has been good. Road noise can be a little much as times, and the ride can get a little jittery at speed. There is an odd shudder between 35 and 40mph, that the service tech said is from "cylinder deactivation". Ford and other manufacturers have had this technology for a long time. Seems hard to believe that Ford would screw it up. Was told that it happens in Eco or Normal mode. In Sport mode it's less noticeable, and doesn't really effect the mileage that much. Tried it, didn't see much of a difference. Other issue is legroom in the back seat. I'm 6'4" (and it's surprisingly easy for me to get in and out), but I need to have the seat back a bit. Leaves very little room for a back seat passenger. Overall, pretty good vehicle. Hopefully in the next gen, they'll correct some of these issues.

I love everyone with whom I've dealt with at Banks, particularly my salesperson, Kevin. Even procuring an extended warranty from the manager was painless and non-threatening! They were a joy from whom to purchase. Kevin has stayed in contact , as promised, to keep me informed about important follow-ups. Most recently, I returned to Banks to have a more thorough detailing done on my 2022 Buick Encore Gx and have a second key fob made that had been owed me at the time of purchase. The whole team did a knock out job on my car, offered me a loaner car to ease the burden of wait time and kept me informed of timing. This Buick was what I was searching for exactly-year, price and trim and although Banks is an out of state trip for me, I would do it all again and would recommend Banks to family and friends.

Great overall small SUV. Good styling, and a more truck feel than most small SUV's. Nice road feel. And good color selection. Definitely recommend this one.

The Sahara high altitude with the sky one touch roof is awesome. The one touch opens or closed in 15 seconds. This is a game changer as we do not hesitate to open the roof in all different weather conditions. Reason is if bad weather or hot weather gets us we can have the roof closed in little time. The ride is very smooth. Noise is low at highway speeds. Overall, we really all the accessories and sound system. Definitely, recommend.
