Love this car. Smooth ride, easy to understand the technology, good gas mileage. I traded in a Lexus NX as it was too hard to understand. This car has all the same features but much easier to drive and use.

We just traded our 2020 for a 2024 Murano. We particularly like the exterior looks, design and chrome. Interior is stylish, comfortable and functional. Our 2020 did not require anything other than oil changes and tire rotation. Murano is the only model we have bought twice. Crown Nissan is a fantastic dealership. Our Sales Consultant was Cathy Voogd, best buying experience ever.

It is a very nice vehicle… a few exceptions… no heated steering wheel, no remote start no foot controlled rear lift gate and a few other amenities that comes with many other comparable vehicles. The trim levels do not make a lot of sense like aspec is considerably more expensive but only a few amenities and the advanced is almost 20k more for a few options that are stock with Lexus and other high end suv…

I absolutely loved my service from Zeigler of Orland Park. I drove 2hours away from the the location and received excellent service. Grant and Colleen were exceptional and had all my paper work ready for me to sign. When I test drove the car Colleen made sure I had a full tank of gas before leaving. I got a couple problems, the radio disconnect sometimes and gave me mad every time I drive and the very disconnect the transmission and start kicking someone in the wall and the door make noise when I open up. I kind of disappointed because that was a new car.

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

I have had this '19 GT for a little over a year and 10,000 miles or so, including two long trips. It is comfortable, performs reasonably well, and has a lot of helpful features, although not "the latest." I like the look of it (Black/Chrome trim), and my impression is that they made it as close to a Minivan as possible in an SUV. It has wide-opening rear doors, storage under the seats and cargo area, and three rows of seats. My actual fuel economy is about 22 on trips and 19 around town. I am entirely satisfied with the vehicle and have had no problems at all. As for the 3.6 I am very encouraged that they use this thing in everything from the Challenger to the RAM 1500, plus the Gladiator (only motor offered). They must have confidence in it.

If you’re not looking to be served champagne and want a simplified buying experience this is the place to go! The no haggle pricing takes some of the anxiety out of the car buying experience, and if you cross check the vehicle on cars.com it will directly tell you if you’re getting a good deal or great deal or fair deal. We purchased a Porsche Cayenne from them and Dan and Brian were awesome! Thank you!!

The interior is like a space ship! The interior leather is just the color I was looking for. It is so smooth riding and quiet!

The moment I walked through the door, I knew this was the dealership for me. First things first, no pressure! I was braced to be swarmed as soon as I walked. But no, just a wide selection of vehicles, chill sales people and most importantly no pressure to buy. I told them the car I wanted to test drive. Hector was amazing. He was honest in his review of the car I bought and made sure I was the first to see the car after it came back for detailing. When I left with my new car I noticed the front driver's side light was out, Hector had me bring it in th3 next Saturday and personally made sure it got done. This is our third Armada since 2012. First two were not new and we had great performance out of them. We were fortunate that general maintenance and upkeep was all we ever did to them. I will likely stay in this line as long as it is available. Having a ‘23, I will likely not be looking for a long while.

I bought a 2016 Yukon XL and after just a few weeks, a vehicle ran a stop sign and totaled the vehicle. However, the vehicle was so sturdy that even though it was a huge crash, I was not injured more than bruises. I replaced it with a 2018 Yukon XL because I know it is reliable and safe.

But be ready for small headaches, ie electrical issues, AS WELL AS AC Issues. Also, not many dealers so you are stuck with one or 2 maintenance centers, at least in MA

Turn signals do not have a loud sound. They are very low My 2016 Outback has nice loud turn signals. You cannot turn your radio off. The only way not to hear it is to put the sound real low. Two major complaints I have
