I have owned Mercedes GLS, Lincoln Navigator, Infiniti QX80, and now Escalade ESV. The Escalade has been my favorite. I now have 120,000 miles on it and have only had to replace shocks. Electronics work beautifully, it is unbelievably comfortable, and there is nothing like the looks of an Escalade! My only complaint is the well-known 1st to 2nd gear occasional kick from the transmission. Dealer has looked at it multiple times (flushed & reprogrammed) with not much luck. 2WD most of the time and throw it into Auto 4WD when Ohio winters hit and this thing eats snow and grabs the road like you wouldn’t believe. Have never even switched it to 4High or 4Lo. Well done, Cadillac!

We were looking for a specific 2026 Tahoe. There were 2 similar vehicles at 2 different dealerships in the valley. But they were on the other side of town from us. We contacted both dealerships and they provided us with information. We decided to go to Earnhardt Chevrolet first. We started the process with Dave Wright. He was scheduled for some time off, so he contacted us and let us know that Ezra would be meeting with us when we came to visit and look at a new Tahoe. We went to Earnhardt Chevrolet and met Ezra. The Tahoe was ready for us when we arrived. As I was talking with Ezra, my wife walked around the vehicle and noticed some damage on the passenger door. We discussed it with Ezra, and we decided to hold off. We went to another Chevrolet dealership, and we found out how a customer should NOT be treated. So, the next day, a Sunday, we called Earnhardt Chevrolet back, but Ezra was not working. So, we talked with Jeremy. He was able to make the numbers work and checked on getting the damage repaired. We were contacted on Monday, and the Tahoe was scheduled for repair. On Tuesday, Dave Wright called us and said that the Tahoe was repaired and that he would put it inside the sales bay for us to come and purchase. Since Thursday was the Thanksgiving holiday, and we were working that day, we made arrangements to come back Friday. As Dave said, the Tahoe was waiting inside all nice and shiny! We drove it and decided to go forward with the purchase. Dave walked us through the paperwork and then we met with Tyler in finance. Tyler took us the rest of the way and got all of the paperwork finished up. And then we loaded up and headed home. The 2026 Tahoe is amazing! After all was said and done, we drove around 60 miles each way twice to purchase the Tahoe. The Earnhardt folks were great to deal with!! They functioned as a team and made sure that we were taken care of from start to finish. Our vehicle was all cleaned up and fueled up for us to drive home. It was a very nice touch for them to have the vehicle fueled up! We didn't have to worry about finding a gas station before leaving the area and heading home. We are definitely recommending the Earnhardt Chevrolet folks when we hear of somebody looking for a Chevrolet !!

I just recently purchased a 2024 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy. I’ve had a Lincoln Aviator , Ford Explorer, Expedition, still have it and a Jeep Grand Cherokee , Tahoe . This Hyundai is so much more comfortable , handles great 👍🏻. It’s a beauty !

Love our SEL. Perfect for long road trips with the family, and we've had a few of those. Gear shifter takes a trip or two to get used to, but otherwise, everything else is intuitive. Couldn't be happier with our family mobile.

Communication was great, as well as the follow-up, couldn't get them to budge on the price though.

The vehicle was great EXCEPT for the shifter which was the worst type EVER that GM designed!! I had family that could not figure out how to use it!!

I came to this car from a 2016 Yukon which was a rolling dumpster fire. At 102k miles, I haven’t had a single failure with this car. It tows extremely well, the seat comfort is by far the best I’ve ever owned, I don’t love the exterior styling, but its such a great owner experience that it doesn’t matter. Maintenance is like owning a Camry, cheap and infrequent. AWD system makes driving in all conditions a breeze. Great vehicle.

I bought my 2020 Palisade limited all wheel drive brand new and LOVE IT. I had a 2017 Santa Fe and hated to get rid of it but so glad I did. The Palisade handles and rides great and the interior room is awesome. Even though it is mainly just me and hubby, we love the size!

I purchased a pre-owned Subaru which had a couple issues. Bill Luke's service center took care of everything promptly. Brad and the service center staff were great. Altogether, from first looking for a car with the sales staff through the final service appointment, I have only the highest regard for Bill Luke Santan.

Purchased new in October 2024. Total miles driven 9,276. Just completed a 4,734.2 mile trip through 9 states. Just a pleasure to drive. My wife and I were on the road 16 days, with only 8 driving days, longest day was 674 miles. Average driving speed was about 72+ miles per hour. Seat comfort was amazing, no discomfort, great considering having 4 back surgeries. Very solid on the road with little or no driving fatigue. Performance was great. Of the total miles, about 500 were in town driving and 300 miles was in 4x4 in a snow storm coming across Northern Texas in April. Average MPG was 26.4 with my best 500mile drive at 33mpg. The diesel engine is very quiet requiring me to check the tach sometimes to be sure I had pressed the off button. Very quiet on the road as well. This is my first diesel and I would highly recommend it. Plenty of power, great fuel economy, quiet and very responsive when you need that quick acceleration. amazingly nimble for a big SUV. The adaptive cruise works great. My previous GMC was a 2009, 6.2L V8 Yukon XL. I drove that one 140K miles over 14 years with nothing but routine maintenance, a great vehicle as well. Very happy with this 2024

James and Lin were great. Night and day difference between this dealership and another I had gone too. It was my first time buying a car and I had already had Earnhardt Toyota nearby rope a dope me around for 5 hours with bs. I went in and they were able to get me the car I wanted at the price I could afford. This is stress relieving as I am a college student that works full time. They had me in and out in less than 3hours and they were easy to work with, were very straightforward, and had very little bs to drag you around and keep you there forever. Overall, great experience buying my first car.

The Yukon checked all of my needs, I have plenty of room for my children and my Great Danes. I enjoy driving the Yukon and how it handles, overall love this vehicle!

I have owned over 10 different midsize SUVs from the Mazda, Blazer, Highlander, land cruiser, and others. I have found that the palisade is by far the best I have ever. Now, if I could just figure out all of the electronics available, I would be very very happy.

I was looking for a car and told Devin what I wanted and he found me a car quickly that was exactly what I was looking for. He made the car buying experience great!

Just be aware that if you buy a white one that Hyundai had a problem with the paint just flaking off. On the roof of my car which is white, I have big strands and strips of paint coming off and the car only has 20,000 miles. They covered it under warranty for 10 years but it's just a hassle.

Negative: somuch cabin noise with all windows closed sounds like window open (75-85 decibels). Can feel and hear every little bump especially on rough road. Noise rear of car found out recall for shock bracket problem ended replacing both shocks and all shock brackets and told this will have to be done again when Hyundai comes out with new recall. Positive: very big and comfortable cooled ventilated seats. Nice instrument panel easy to use and see. Nice ride other than mentioned above. A/C real cool works great in 100 plus degrees outside. Excellent camera parking featured front and rear plus 360 degree view. Excellent sound system. Electric third row up/down feature helpful. Second row captain seats heated, cooled and separate AC controls.

They made me feel at ease during the entire negotiating process and gave me what I believe to be a reasonable price on my 2014 Corvette Stingray. I own a 2021 Yukon Denali with 23K. At nearly $90k, I purchased every option except for the silly entertainment screens fastened to the back of the front seat headrests. (nice for leaving the imprint of your passenger's faces on the screen in an accident - buy a couple of iPads. First of all, kudos to GM engineers. Technology actually exceeds German cars I've owned. Rear view camera is GREAT and adjustable for brightness, distance and width. But, make sure you purchase the washer for the rear lens...Miirror is almost unusable in rain..(blurring with rain and dirt quickly. I'm 6'2" and really ticked-off there isn't a handle on the "A" pillar to grab to pull into the driver's seat. They put a handle at the upper center of the door opening. What is that for? I have to grab the steering wheel (fortunately rigid with the engine off). Another big problem is the loss of both knees in a frontal accident. With the steering wheel all the way back, I can't even come close to stretching my leg out. Really! A couple of bigger issues: I know the front of this vehicle is right off of the truck, but the end result of the gigantic, unsloped hood, is the inability to see anything 12 feet in front of you. And making right turns.....better memorize that curb before you start your right turn because you won't see it again. Just "that look " from your wife as you run over the curb again with your right rear wheel. Lastly, I hope someone from GM reads this.....With all the awesome high-tech items on this car, why are there no "turn" lights? You know, the lights that let you see where you're going, especially right turns. Porsche has LED lights designated for turns that light up the whole area you're turning into. In the Yukon at least I'll see what I ran over with the terrific rear view mirror! My only intermittent mechanical annoyance is when I push the door handle to lock the doors. It's supposed to fold the mirrors in which is a good way to check you locked the vehicle. occasionally , they don't fold and I have to push the button 4 times. Of course, the mechanic needs only to push the button till it works and tell me it's working. Twice. Guess they win. I'll live with it. Now for the rest: Fantastic overall vehicle! With the air suspension it rides better than Mercedes or Lexus. I always get positive remarks from passengers. The steering wheel control for the Active Cruise control is absolutely perfect. I've driven between Arizona and Colorado without taking my hands off the wheel (just moving my thumb). And the engine, I LOVE THE INLINE 3.0 DIESEL! Almost got the 6 liter but took a chance on the diesel that just came out (in 2021). Same exact torque as the V8 and great for passing. The big difference ..... I had to take a photo of my dash to prove to my friends....heading back to Phoenix with 256 miles on the odometer averaging 30.2 mpg going the speed limit! My Porsche Cayenne gets 19.6mpg (not going the speed limit). The 9 cameras help when parking unless your wife is with you. When I come to a stop I'm waiting for my wife to hold up the 1 to 10 signs like the judges in the olympics. And lastly, For a car that will raise 5" in 4 low, why does the car come with 1 ply polyester sidewalls ? I'm not comfortable on gravel or rocky roads for fear of a sidewall puncture. I highly recommend this vehicle. The designers did a great job making this big vehicle look sleek and smaller than it is. I'm a bit unnerved when I see a vehicle like mine come flying into a parking spot for a perfect 4-point landing and the driver is a 110 lb soccer mom. And I just spent 20 minutes with a micrometer adjusting my position so I don't get "that look" again from my wife. Good luck and hope it's reliable.

I found a nice looking vehicle and bought it sight unseen after speaking with John Sims. It turned out to be a great vehicle. The price was as listed and there were no difficulties or upselling attempts.

I am so pleased with this truck and this is the 3rd one that I have purchased from this same dealership. The staff really went far and beyond to find me the exact model that I want.

I bought this 2017 Tahoe w LT trim new. Have 60K on it now and have had no issues with it. We are not towing with it or doing high speed racing so we find the 5.3L Motor is smooth and quiet (and have not had any lifter issues which others have reported). Transmission and suspension also smooth. We keep Michelins on all our vehicles and have found this Tahoe very quiet and comfortable for road trips with 4-6 people and luggage. The LT trim pkg deleted some comfort items I wish I had (like heated steering wheel) but it still is pretty much leather-and-loaded so it was a good value at the time. I have had Suburbans for 35yrs before purchasing this Tahoe and I will probably go back to a Suburban for the extra cargo space when I trade this Tahoe in. But this has been a nice and reliable vehicle for us. No complaints.

This Yukon has all the bells and whistles. It is a joy to drive, the drivers area is like a cockpit with everything at your fingertips.
