I worked with Jason on the purchase of a Lexus. I live in another state, so had concerns about buying a car from a distance. All emails were answered quickly and follow up phone conversations were great. I went to Dallas to pick up the car and was not disappointed. I did have it inspected by a third party prior to my arrival. The entire process once we arrived was quick and efficient. I don't think I have ever purchased a car this quickly. I would definitely use BBC again and not hesitate to recommend to friends.

It's a very comfortable vehicle for our family, and we take road trips that quickly show a vehicles strengths and weaknesses. This is our fourth Suburban, so clearly, we are fans. The capacity, comfort, and utility of this Suburban makes it an excellent choice for our family of 5.

OUT OF STATE BUYER I wasn't searching to buy a car. My fiance and I were having a general conversation about what car I wanted. Next, he sends me the ad of my dream car that really was something I thought would stay a dream. I fell in love. Being out of state I didn't realize how easy this process would go. I checked BBC Motorsports out and did my research. Google map street view, BBB (A+ no complaints), Facebook..Yelp etc.. I searched under every rock trying to locate anything negative. The reviews were so perfect. I initially didn't read them bc I did not want them to influence my due diligence. I came up with nothing! Buyers I wasted my time bc this dealership is 1000% legit. PROs Jasen is the best! Giorge is amazing! They are both PATIENT (I know I tested them and I wasnt the easiest customer) Beat my credit union rate where I've been a customer for 25+yrs by working with their lender Chase Answered every phone call, email and text(yes I communicated through all 3) Reviews are real(they were so perfect so I initially ignored them) Assisted me with a suggestion to use an independent mechanic to inspect the car being that I'm located in FL and I was unable to test drive the car before buying (Auto Critic was a plus) Sent me the carfax. Sent video and pictures. Shipped and delivered my car to Fl. Oh yea the CAR! The buying experience was so perfect and professional that I almost forgot to mention the Great Porsche I purchased. Low miles, clean, and a beauty well maintained and practically new for a great price. (No negotiating needed, the car was priced fair) The universe lined up this situation for me. It started as a dream, to a discussion and Jasen and George turned it into a reality. If you have doubts rest assured and TRUST! I ASSURE you they are the real deal. Seems too perfect to be true but IT IS!! CONs My credit union totally wasted my time. My paranoia all for no reason. Buy with BBC Motorsports! This is how buying a car should be. We bought our expedition in 2022 used with 23k miles. Got the cam phasers replaced right away under warranty. Other than that the only thing needing work was the front axle seal. Replaced under warranty as well. Overall an excellent vehicle. We occasionally get a weird or harsh shift but that happens maybe once a month and doesn’t cause any drivability issues. Lastly, I had to unplug the hands free power liftgate sensor as it had a tendency to close on you while you were loading groceries. Not a big deal to do without imo. The versatility of the interior is top notch if you have multiple kids in car seats. The cargo area is huge on the max. The base stereo could be better but it’s not bad. Comfy on long roadtrips. We have the max tow package and tow our 6500lb boat all summer and it handles it with ease. We average about 16 mpg but we don’t drive it gently. We checked out the suburban before we bought this and I wasn’t a fan of the seat versatility or lack there-of and the very high rear cargo floor.

White is the color to get. One xxxx of a vehicle. I love the Comfort and the V 8 Engine by GM IS SO SMOOTH AND QUIET. The team loves it cause we can all go together.Never had any Vehicle that is COMFORTABLE as my Hummer. My wife grabs it any time she can (“HAPPY WIFE, HAPPY LIFE).

Owned for10 yrs, no oil leaks, no loss of freon, consistent engine performance, no major power train, body, or engine repair. Best suburban, SUV I have owned. 100,000 miles.

This is our third Armada since 2012. First two were not new and we had great performance out of them. We were fortunate that general maintenance and upkeep was all we ever did to them. I will likely stay in this line as long as it is available. Having a ‘23, I will likely not be looking for a long while.

So far a really nice SUV. I just feel like with the price on Escalades, they missed on the interior design. You can really get on the gas when driving but the takeoff is really heavy. It almost feels really slow. Not sure on the idle but not as smooth as I would like. But it looks great! This SUV is a head turner and will standout. Just don't be afraid to spend money if you need to. Luxury SUVs are like women. They need money and love. Give them that and they will be around for a while.

Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

Even while under construction the service team was so efficient. Parts are hard to come by so even in lue of that fact the team was responsive. Diagnosised my car quickly, was very responsive as to the timeline, and any updates. Cost was reasonable. Before I talked them 5 other dealership and an 2 additional auto shops gave me 1-2 month turn around. Clay did it in a week.

Overall our sales experience was a five stars. The reason for the five stars is because of our car salesman Jimmy he was great. Very attentive and outgoing to earn our business. The reason for the four stars is because I hate haggling with finance for all weather floor matts when were buys a 40 K plus car.

It was AMAZING, I just remember the first time i sat in this thing and it was like LEATHER SEATS AND STUFF! It was SOOOOOO comfortable like a LEATHER SEAT! it also smelled like leather 100/10 i'd give this one i'd give it more than 6 stars if i could but i cant unfortunately :( but that leather is bussin fr! :) glad to actually be a part of this community :)

Love this vehicle!! Went from 2013 Chevy Malibu to this 2019 fully loaded Ford Explorer. Love the navigation, hands free phone, auto bright lights and Windsheild washer, remote start, sun roofs, back up camera, luggage racks, hitch andtowing capabilities, 3rd row seating and stowing, the Ford app, the Ford warranty, leather heated seats and steering wheel, and all the safety and other luxury accessories.

Family. That's the feeling you get at every step of the purchase process. From Victor, our salesman who kept us at least two steps ahead to Cesar in Finance who finished the deal, we were treated as family. I have not experienced such a smooth and painless purchase in a very long time. Trophy Nissan and it's staff deserve a standing ovation.

We upgraded our 2015 Quest to a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder. We absolutely love it! The car has a great ride, great features, and does great on gas considering it being a big SUV. We have had the pathfinder for almost a year now and we have never had a single mechanical issue with the car except maintenance. If you want a car that lasts forever I recommend buying one!

I could not be more happy with this vehicle. It is amazingly quiet and comfortable, but still fun to drive. It has tons of space and the interior is impeccable. The technology is top-notch and intuitive. This one is the turbo I6 and is faster than it feels (so smooth and quiet), but lacks the “hold your breath” acceleration of the V8.
