I have had the car for almost three months. I used it when my son’s family and others visited so I often used every seat. I have a Limited Trim with a tow hitch. I got the car for visiting family and also to be able to tow a small to medium sized camper. I have owned many Mercedes, BMW’s, Mini’s and other brands and this is the most luxurious. It is as good or better than the German cars on equipment and comfort, just not as fast. Ventilated seats, three rows of power and heated seats and all the tech you can want, which I love. My favorite is the amazing lane keep assist which practically drives the car by itself and the 360 camera for parking and not hitting things. Try to price a Mercedes or BMW 3-row with the same features and you will be at least $85-90k if not more. You could buy his and hers Palisades for the same money, the Calligraphy even has the massage seats. The car is quiet, smooth and absolutely gorgeous interior. I can afford most any car I want and I personally love the value proposition of this car and the low maintenance costs. The car plays a musical tune every time you close the door like a welcome. All my camping gear fits into the back with room to spare (and third row down). The only quirk is the rain sensing wipers do not seem too sensitive. I don’t mind no wireless Car Play as a plugged in phone stays charged. Once I tow with it I will write another review but if you want this feature know it comes with a hitch, ball, prewired with the wire kit for trailer brakes and a tow mode! That’s pretty cool. Full sized spare, too. If you want luxury, space, lots of seats and good towing capacity run and get one. You don’t need to shop the competition unless it’s the Telluride. I got a great year end deal on mine, too. Hyundai is improving its vehicles every single year. I have had three now (Kona, Tucson and Palisade) and they have all been great. Oh, I have gotten up to 26mpg on the highway but most the time my mileage is exactly like the ratings. As low as teens in the city doing errands. Not bad for a two ton car.

Good buying experience. Only complaint is how long it took to receive a vehicle after ordering it. Took 11 weeks from when I ordered it to take delivery.

Service department is excellent! We purchased a vehicle from a Ford dealership in Bloomington. Upon driving off the lot, we felt brakes felt funny. We immediately turned around. The dealership said they could not look at it for two weeks. Problem was we were driving it out to CA to my son, active duty military. Dealership was aware. So, I called Forest Lake Ford, this was on a Friday. Explained the situation. Upon hearing my son was active duty, we were leaving the next day, they told us to bring it in. They fit us in! Even gave me a flower! THEY took the time, THEY cared! I now take my personal Ford Edge to them! Top notch!!

Just be aware that if you buy a white one that Hyundai had a problem with the paint just flaking off. On the roof of my car which is white, I have big strands and strips of paint coming off and the car only has 20,000 miles. They covered it under warranty for 10 years but it's just a hassle.

Lee (sales rep) & Ben (sales manager) were both amazing to work with. I was very uneasy about the whole car buying process & they worked with me to help me find just what I needed, nothing more. They were not pushy and didn’t try to oversell me. They went out of their way to ensure the car I bought was all fixed up (few minor things noticed while test driving). I want to be clear, the issue I had that resulted in a new engine was in no way covered up by the dealership - it just happened to be the reality of the situation. We have owned our 22’ Palisade for 2 years now and have had some issues but nothing to major. The biggest thing was when it was at the dealership for a cracked radiator. After reading online it was more common than I thought and was happening to other Palisade owners. The only other complaint that I really have is an SUV at this price should have power folding mirrors and have less road noise. Would I buy another one? I’m not sure how to answer that I think it would have been a better investment to go with a Toyota 4Runner.

A couple of reasons I gave it a four rating is that the paint seems to peel at the least nick and one of the recalls gave me pause about the R&D of Infiniti.

These guys were absolutely great and very easy to work with. There wasn’t any pressure and no pushy salesmen. We came over to buy a car from another dealership and things didn’t work out and we didn’t want to leave empty handed. These guys had us in a new car within an hour and a half !

The only problems I’ve had were computer issues and battery problems. Hyundai took care of my concerns and replaced my battery and updated my computer. I have 30,000 miles on my car and I LOVE IT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HYUNDAI PALISADES to anyone looking for a luxury and a dependable car.

I did not purches from Walser as the vehicle I went there to see was sold shortly before I arrived. The sales person and I reviewed inventory at multiple Walser dealerships. I was looking for very specific vehicles and they did not have any more in stock.

My wife and I have very much enjoyed the ride and comfort of our new (to us) 2022 Hyundai Palisade. The features are wonderful. I wish I could permanently disable the auto engine shutoff when stopped at a stop light, because I feel it adds more wear and tear on the engine. I do love the V6 engine when on the interstate. I wished it had a little better fuel economy. Overall, it is a wonderful vehicle with a lot of leg room for an adult in any of the 3 rows.

Love this car!! Couldn’t recommend it enough. We were going back between the Palisade & Telluride, test drove both and the Palisade was far superior and drove much smoother. Love the 3rd row automatic seats and that the PRND are buttons, not a switch or knob — gives it a much more elegant feel for the money. Comfortable/spacious enough for 7 (we have the captains chairs). I’d buy this again for sure!!!

Just trade in my 2015 GMC Denali with 140000 miles on it and still holding strong at trade in best SUV I ever had upgraded to the new 2021 Denali and boy do I love this SUV from comfort to outside design just an amazing new well designed SUV.

Bought it used in May 2022. It's a 2016 Buick Enclave awd Tucson Edition (displayed as leather). It's a nice car, was around $28,000 from carmax with 70k miles. It's first problem occurred in June 2025 when the ac stopped working, it got fixed. Only major problem was at 105k miles when the transmission had trouble. Reason why was because the dealer said it had the 4,500 lb tow package, but it was missing a crucial part needed to tow. Transmission was fixed, and car still runs fine to this day at 108k miles. 3.6L V6 288 horsepower.

After getting the car home, I had a small issue with it and Nick( sales manager) went above and beyond to help me. I appreciate both of them. I would definitely shop there again!

We were going for their 2019 Yukon Denali to replace a 2008 Tahoe LTZ. We are very pleased with the vehicle. The upgrades are wonderful. Love the cooling seats, the wifi, the HUD and even days after our purchase they have reached out to check on how we were and mailed us a small gift that meant so much. I have owned Mercedes GLS, Lincoln Navigator, Infiniti QX80, and now Escalade ESV. The Escalade has been my favorite. I now have 120,000 miles on it and have only had to replace shocks. Electronics work beautifully, it is unbelievably comfortable, and there is nothing like the looks of an Escalade! My only complaint is the well-known 1st to 2nd gear occasional kick from the transmission. Dealer has looked at it multiple times (flushed & reprogrammed) with not much luck. 2WD most of the time and throw it into Auto 4WD when Ohio winters hit and this thing eats snow and grabs the road like you wouldn’t believe. Have never even switched it to 4High or 4Lo. Well done, Cadillac!

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

Today I picked my car up from the Lexus dealerships for routine major maintenance service. Nothing serious; routine fluid change...transmission fluid, transfer case, engine coolant, rear differential. And tire rotation. I have driven this car since April 2020. This is my third dealership visit; the past two were for oil changes. After this third major inspection, the 2011 Lexus LS 460L continues to check out as okay. All is well. Thank you Dan and Kim. Wow, what can I say. It was meant for me to connect with Kent K. at Bedrock Motors. I had been in search of a 2013 Nissan Murano CrossCabriolet convertible. I literally only made one call, and rushed over after work to test drive. After doing a quick exam under the hood, and checking the ground for leaks. I love love love this my Range Rover Supercharged. I will never get a different SUV ever again. I have owned Cadillacs, BMWs and a Mercedes and this Range Rover beats them all. The comfort level is superior, the performance is excellent and it is SO pretty.
