Bought a Honda Pilot with 300k miles. Still driving it 2 yrs later. Not a single breakdown. Heading to buy another car this week. I see all the negative reviews. They sell used cars. You the buyer should know what to look for.

I bought this suv used in 2018 with 81k. Now has 122k and it is still running great. Everything works looks newer than it is and I get 28.5 mpg. This is our "Towncar" grocery getter that my wife actually likes better than our Porsche Cayenne our BMW Msport 5 series and My Mustang GT convertible. I will keep this baby forever.

I bought a used Mazda Tribute 2004 4wd with 175000 miles for my teen daughter. So far everything is great had it check out its in great shape. There some squeaky sound with the suspension, later will see if we need to replace the shocks. But every thing else is great!.

I bought my 08 ford edge sel used. I did tune up first week of ownership and regular maintenence as scheduled. Always reliable and comfortable. Only complaint is back interior. The light in the trunk was always covered as I always had stuff in trunk and back window did not open separate from trunk door like other suvs. Unfortunately after 7 years and 100000 miles plus from me I became unconscious while driving and destroyed her. She saved me though. Impressive safety in crash. Definitely would buy again

bought the compass limited new in 2008. love the fact it has a lifetime warranty on the engine & transmission (the only year jeep had it). did have front end problems when new, gave the dealer 2 chances to find & fix the loud cracking noise it made. they kept insisting there was no problem, but replaced right front axle. that didn't solve the problem so i did my own research & found that certain chrysler, dodge & jeeps had undersized control arm bolts. dealer fixed problem after i showed them the technical service bulletin advising dealers to replace the bolts. did have a problem in 2020 with the computer not recognizing the key, so car would not start. very vexing, as it took the dealer 3 attempts to fix the problem, which turned out to be a connector. had to have the alternator replaced in 2021. asked mechanic what genius thought it was a good idea to place the alternator under the engine, making it necessary to evacuate a/c & remove a/c lines to replace alternator. had new serpentine belt installed at the same time. 2023 had to have the oil pan gasket replaced. aha! lifetime warranty came into play---no charge. gas mileage is great, approx 20 mpg city/28 highway. car is peppy, seating very comfortable in front with driver side lumbar support & heated seats, if you are short, back seat is good, somewhat tight for taller person. cargo area is adequate. one drawback is the fact that it's a bit noisy if you only have 1 window open, you have to counter it by opening the opposite window. window guards helped with that. great sound system. good looking exterior. the "silver bullet" as i call it still looks good after 16 yrs.

I bought a 08 Honda Accord in 2018, I still drive the car. I bought it with 79k miles and now have 203k on it. Nothing bad has ever happened with it. Except normal wear and tear. One rule about buying used cars, either know what you’re looking for, or have someone else check it out.

Hi guys: This is my 4th report on this vehicle. The car is now 10 years old and has 140,000 miles on it. Our car has the 3.6 Pentastar, 3rd row seating, 8.4 inch Uconnect system, roof racks, premium sound system, DVD player, rear air conditioning, push button start, heated seats and steering wheel, back up camera and is front wheel drive only. Engine, transmission and air conditioner have been excellent. Never a problem. 30 miles to the gallon on the highway. Many suspension components have been replaced and vehicle is starting to rust around the rear wheel well. Uconnect has had issues. All in all a very reliable and very comfortable vehicle. Highly recommend it.

The car wouldn't accept gas Bob told me to take it to their mechanics their mechanics found some stuff that was wrong with it and Bob took care of me as I was his own family. Really really really appreciate the honesty and how they took care of me and my kids.

I have enjoyed my Kia Sportage. It gets good gas mileage on a trip. It is the sportiest car I have ever had. It is a good looking car. I love the wheel covers. I get compliments on the looks of it. I brought it from Alabama to Wyoming without a hitch.

Do your homework and research the vehicle of your choice. I bought the escape used in 2024. So far, no recalls and it was a great buy, and I love it. I have the 2.0 turbo 240 horsepower. I use premium gas, full synthetic oil and change the transmission fluid every 30 thousand miles. I also read that once you get to your destination, let the car idle for 10 seconds so the turbo has time to rid any excess output.

I bought mine used with 27,000 miles on it. It now has 154,000 miles. Only brakes & tires so far. This is my 4th Rogue! Not a real exciting SUV to drive, but reliable & pretty good fuel economy!

The Ford Expedition was the best vehicle I've ever owned so far. I love taking road trips and this SUV was stress free. I was even surprised at the decent gas mileage on these road trips (20 plus). As long as you maintain it, it will take care of you. Thankfully, I did not have to put alot of money into repairs but I did maintain it faithfully. Mine had the 4.6 liter engine and it was sufficient for my needs. That truck lasted me 175k plus before I traded it in to help family secure a vehicle.

I have owned my Buick Rainier since 2015 I have had only one issue and that was being able to turn sharp curves or corners...I got stuck in a drive thru window. Had to go over the curb. We removed the front axle so I am not all wheel drive. I only have a rear wheel drive and I can turn on it on a dime. I love my reindeer. A dime

My first Lexus, 2005 rx 330. 163000 miles. Beautifully comfortable, lots of factory fitted toys, navi, sunroof, power seats, power boot, 6cd, best of all wife likes driving it! Result.

He had the car key and boom I was in it. Explained what I needed to do to take the test drive. I went out for a twenty min drive down 13 and back. He did my paperwork in less then 15 minutes and then you wait for the title in the mail. Appreciate the blessings!

If you want the “boss hog” of a Jeep, this is your monster. Big 5.7 V8. Goes through anything and it tows great. Great car.

My hubby and I just purchased this vehicle a few months ago and were concerned about how old this car was. We were looking for a newer model but our friend owns a dealership and told us that this was the best one on the lot when u compared everything. At 20 yrs old, it didn't have one scratch, the interior was in perfect condition and it only had a 100,000 miles on it so the previous owner only put an average of 5,000 miles per year. We drive it back n forth to work and i do my weekly errands w it. We also own a Toyota Camry, a GMC Sierra 3500, a Toyota Ranger and a Harley Davidson motorcycle but this has been our new go to vehicle and prob will be going forward. U just feel different when ur in an SUV and when its a luxury vehicle like this one, its just top notch. I highly recommend this vehicle and i promise if any problems arise, i will come back on here and do an updated review. Happy holidays ....🎄

Easy to get in and out,nice hatchback with plenty of space.The most comfortable seats you can buy.Great looking interior,with a easy to read dash board.Mine has a DVD player and a cassette player.Stylish family car not a macho truck like 4 Runner .Peppy engine.Gas mileage not what it is suppose to get even after tune up ! I had to put a few thousand dollars in it including a new catalytic converter.

Our family bought this car brand new in late 2005 and it ran for nearly 20 years with no major mechanical issues whatsoever. It has a Honda J35 engine instead of a typical GM 3.5 liter, making it run much smoother than other Saturns. Occasional maintenance and attention was of course necessary along the way but no mechanical issues ever made the car unsafe to drive. HOWEVER, after about 235k miles, the front engine mount had almost entirely rusted away beyond repair and could not hold the engine in place, deeming it unsafe to drive, a shame because the car never had any major mechanical issues and was extremely dependable besides this fact. Otherwise, the car looks great with a nice interior and is fairly comfortable Overall, it is a great car and very reliable, just be sure to check that the engine mount is intact.

A vehicle My family once owned for a bit, back in Champaign, Illinois. It was used for about everything. Shopping, transporting, and going across the country to Florida, where we currently reside in. This is a magnificent car, it should have lasted for a long time to come, but of course, it didn't. It was involved with a criminal Grand Theft Auto, and my grandma from what I remembered, was pulled out and the perp crashed it. It was unfortunate, and I didn't understand what had happened until now. The car wasn't able to be repaired, and only slight repairs had been made. The car was unrepairable, but it still worked. We had sold this vehicle off to another person, I am guessing for other reasons that I am not sure of. I missed this beauty, memories fill me when I think of this family-perfect car. It's like having memories of going to the Grand Canyon and looking down at the scenery. Of course, though, I have never been to the Grand Canyon. I loved this car with my heart, and it stays with me as my childhood self loves it too. Anyways, on details about the car. The car was quite a trip, it performed nicely like it should when it comes to a family vehicle. The interior was leather and quite nice. The exterior was also quite nice, it looked very nice and lovely, quite a delight. Storage is magnificent, and it can store a large bundle of groceries. The backseat space was decent, not perfect though, But that might be because it had been adjusted. The driver seat feels nice and luxurious, with the addition of the steering wheel. Acceleration is decent, it's a luxurious family SUV, not a muscle. I can't remember a lot of things since I was a child when the car wasn't crashed. The A/C was nice, comfortability was also quite nice. If you wanted to have five people in this car, you totally can. Of course, all my reviews are as unbiased as possible. Onto some of the problems. Depending on where you live, and what the climate is, the glass will dislike you and tend to fog or get messy with the window. This could be a safety problem, but just use some chemical formula or product to have a protective screen over it. The seats can have wear and tear if not careful. Another problem is that the buckles or seat belts can be annoying, especially if the person is a big build, but that's a problem with a lot of cars, and that's gonna be common. I will say this with everything, nothing is perfect. Everything should and will have flaws. All we can try to do is to reduce the problems, this applies to just about everything we come across. I am not trying to urge people to buy this, it just doesn't feel right as I wanna get general points across, and it also makes me feel like I did something that isn't really my type of personality. Bought our '06 Tribute used w/ 145k miles. Purchased it just as a "local errands" car to keep miles off our '22 Mustang's odometer and leave my older Ford F250XL w/V10 parked because it loves fuel. Pleasantly surprised. Plenty of room for the two of us + our pit bull and luggage. Have used it for a few trips to Florida and to Helen GA. No issues, decent gas mileage and overall comfortable to drive. Not as easy on the body as some of the larger SUV'S, (Ford Expedition, Lincoln Navigator), but still comfortable and easier on the wallet when it comes to fuel, (and insurance), and insurance costs. Normally, we flip our older used vehicles every 6-8 months but the wife wants to keep this one awhile, she feels comfortable operating it. Went so far as to purchase a Thule cargo box for the roof rack to give us even more space. I think Mazda may have made a mistake discontinuing this model in favor of the smaller CX models.

Spacious, dependable, minimal maintenance required besides routine (oil change, tires, etc.) Excellent for traveling long distances with a family. Enough room to spread out. I tow a 12' utility trailer loaded with a side by side and don't know it's even there except when I stop for gas. Wish they still made the Excursion for I would buy another one.

I loved my 06 buick Rendezvous CXL. I got it used with 130,000 miles on it . For 6.5 years it got me where I needed to go and I used UT as a work vehicle hauling thousands of lbs. I even got a tow hitch and towed first an 18' trailer then a 24' trailer that I used for scrap metal recycling. It pulled both like a champ. I towed loads over 6,000 lbs with no issues. But all good things must come to an end eventually. I did most of my own maintenence, and let's face it, I'm no mechanic. I don't know exactly what I did to my poor car. It starts up , but that's all it does. I'm debating on weather to retire it or fix it. Mechanics are so darn expensive. And I don't know if I can afford to fix it.

My 2014 Equinox LTZ has over 200,000 miles on it. Been the most reliable vehicle I’ve ever owned including a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Will buy Equinox again.
