I have continuously had amazing customer service experience unlike I have ever experienced at Proctor Acura. My value as a customer is shown through their hospitality. I am new to Acura. I previously owned 6 Accords before converting. During my first service experience Tony showed me around the service area so I would know the section locations as well as the lobby area. He provided me with his card so I can call him whenever I needed a question asked. While my car was being serviced it was noted that a nail was in my tire. Tony called me to explain and let me know the cost. I okayed the cost of my tire repair, but he later called me back and said further examination revealed that it was actually a screw and it was not embedded in my tire (it was within the tread), so there would be no need to charge me for a repair that was not needed. That really said a lot about the integrity of Tony and the dealership. Arranging my service with Tony is always easy and whether I need a shuttle ride, or choose to sit in the lobby, or if he provides me with a loaner vehicle it is always hassle free. I also love the coupons they send out monthly. They are good reminders of various services I may need to have and the savings from the coupons have truly come in handy! Having these types of experiences eliminate me dreading to get my car service. If nothing else it only guarantees that Proctor Acura will always have me as a loyal customer. Octavius R. First let me say I have been instrumental in finding and buying four new vehicles since August 2020, for myself and family members. I have dealt with a LOT of dealerships and salespeople, and honestly car shopping is probably my least favorite thing in the world to do. After getting the run around locally from both Toyota and Honda dealerships, exorbitant fees, addons, price changes at the last minute, or just general bad experiences, a friend told me about Cars.com and I found exactly what I wanted at Proctor, but it was reserved. I reached out anyway, and JR was responsive, and quick to find exactly what I wanted. He emailed me an accurate price quote within just a few minutes of our call. JR kept be apprised of the estimated date of arrival, and let me know quickly when the car arrived. We made an appointment for a pickup time the next day (I live a few hours away), and from walking into the dealership at the appointment time, to being back on the road driving home, it was well under an hour and that was with JR spending a good amount of time going over the features of the multimedia system with me, as well as features of the overall car (was my first SUV, first hybrid, first Honda, etc) JR could not have been more pleasant to deal with, he was responsive when I had questions before and after the sale, and now, when I am AGAIN looking for a new car (four months later), despite deciding not to go with Honda this time, he has been fantastic again. I’ve purchased many vehicles in my lifetime, this absolutely goes down as my best buying experience and I would not hesitate to recommend both Proctor and JR to anyone for their car buying needs. Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

We were on a budget and these guys were able to put me in the car of my dreams. Everyone was super nice and very helpful. I will definitely be back in the future if I need another car. 2018 Rav4 was totaled by someone who ran a stop sign. Miss this car every day. Every single airbag went off and me and the other passenger were safe and able to walk away alive. Thankful for this car.

Let me add to the engine problems. Overall I really like this vehicle. We have taken many trips and enjoy the feel on the road. Maintenance has not been a major issue until recently. It started using oil on a regular basis. About a quart every two to three weeks. At around 92k miles it is now in the shop waiting to see if Hyundai will honor their warranty. It needs a new engine. It runs ok now, for a sewing machine. Hopefully Hyundai will honor their warranty and I can get another 90k miles out of the vehicle.

Contacted them, They allowed us to put a deposit down till we could drive to purchase the Buick. This is a luxury suv with plenty of room. I'm still learning the features. It is a smooth ride with a great interior. Great for towing a popup camper.

7 Ford Edges and the 2024 is rock solid yet quiet and great performance. Everyone wants to use the Edge when we go anywhere. The controls are easy to use for non distracted driving. Long road trips are un eventful and tires last forever. Loading space in the rear is flat easy and lots of space. Good visibility and safe.

The only problems I’ve had were computer issues and battery problems. Hyundai took care of my concerns and replaced my battery and updated my computer. I have 30,000 miles on my car and I LOVE IT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HYUNDAI PALISADES to anyone looking for a luxury and a dependable car.

I bought a 2024 Toyota Highland in May(ish) of 2024. The 2nd day I had it the check engine light came on due to a brake malfunction (I can't remember the exact code, but something similar). I took it in to get looked at, but the light had gone out by the time my appointment and they looked it over and couldn't recreate the problem, so off I went. About a week later it came back on, so I immediately took it to the shop. They gave me a rental while they had my car. They figured it was the catalytic converter so they replaced it. Got my car back and about a week later the light came back on. Took it back in and they gave me another rental - Thought it was the software update. About another week later it came back on, they gave me another rental -this time a little over a week and discovered the catalytic converter they originally replaced was bad. So far, so good. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it's fixed. But, the service department has been great to work with through this experience.

This is our fourth 4Runner since 1996. 4Runners are a supper reliable SUV. Each of our 4Runners had over 250,000 miles with no issues. I would recommend a Toyota 4Runner as primary vehicle. They are stylish, reliable, economical to own and operate.

Went in for an alignment on a Saturday with now appointment and was seen very quickly. Tre Preston was the advisor and was extremely helpful and courteous. I get all my car's maintenance done at Werner Hyundai because they do an excellent job and everyone is very helpful.

I've owned about 20 new vehicles and sold cars for 22 years, did a ton on research and ended up with the Caligraphy, it gives you so many features I wanted for a reasonable price. The engine is great and has plenty of power, great stereo, great highway cruiser as well. I have 32k miles, Hyundai has covered all my maintenance, and no warranty claims so far. Great Value! I have normally owned Toyota and Honda but wanted some features they either didn't have or I would have had to go to Lexus or Acura and pay way more for what I wanted.

I have driven my 2025 Buick Enclave Sport Touring almost 9k miles and I am beyond happy with the car. The car is very smooth, comfortable, beautiful and economical. I do both city and freeway driving and so far, my MPG average is over 29 miles, getting about 580+ miles to a tank of gas! My 2025 Enclave drives so much better than the SUV I used to drive that had a V-6 engine and gets over 10 miles more per gallon of gas, on average. I have more than enough room when transporting family members and/or my (3) dogs. Everyone enjoys being a passenger in my Enclave.

This might be a long review but I had went by some major dealerships and the prices were crazy with interest rates thru the roof! After my divorce was credit was a mess, so I purchased a vehicle in south Florida to build it up but unfortunately that vehicle burnt to the ground which is why I was on the hunt for a clean reliable vehicle! I wasn’t being choosy, I had been to several that day when I seen Champion and pulled in! Giovanni met me immediately and he listened as I explained my situation! He ask me to come into the office and he made a believer out of me! I told him there was no way I could get into the vehicle he said I could get into but he assured me I would drive out in it! I drove that vehicle home that day! If you want a clean car fax vehicle at great prices and with a great interest rate, go see him and tell them Janet sent you! I drove off in a Toyota Corolla with low mileage with payments that didn’t hurt me! Low downs! He will be a friend for life! The office staff are great and they are friendly and professional! Not shady at all! They can help any credit situation!!!! They helped me!

I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

2023 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL BLACK EDITION. I bought mines brand new on Nov 2022. So far it had a recall for firmware update. As of now. Almost 15 k miles and no issues. I love all the features and was told ot doesn't have the issues its predecessor had. Mitsubishi invested millions in the 2023 models so hopefully I can get 200k or more miles out of it.
