Bought a Lexus ES 350 40k miles, four years ago. Great buying experience. No hassle. Got me in and out with financing. The paint job, front bumper went south on me about 6 weeks in. Not carmax's fault. Lexus had a problem with paint on that year make and model. Purchased a warranty. Best decision made in a long time. Very reliable car, extremely reliable warranty. During the last six years, the warranty has paid for about 7k in repairs.

It's a great car, except for the fact it sometimes does NOT have enough power. whenever I accelerate from 0, it may take up to a second or two to actually accelerate. in roads going upwards, not even full throttle will make it accelerate enough.

I had to use this dealership for the first time for some warranty work on my Explorer. The Service Dept. was outstanding. Top notch service and everyone from the phone person that scheduled my appointment, to the lady courtesy driver, were super friendly and very professional. I have a 2021 SEL. No problems thus far with 18,000 miles. The seats are the most comfy of any vehicle I’ve had. It has the fake leather ones. It’s all I need. I average 29 mpg but mostly drive in town.

Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

My husband and I recently visited Ferguson Subaru and purchased a 2025 Subaru Touring. We love it, this is probably our 6th Subaru. The outbacks drive so well . I inherited the 2019 Subaru Crosstrek Limited from my wife. She ended up getting another Forester. Needless to say, I never picked this car for myself. However, the Subaru Brand and this Crosstrek has won me over. The AWD system works perfectly in the snowy Northern New York climate. With dedicated winter tires, I have complete confidence in my ability to keep it through the worst Lake Effect snow. The ground clearance allows me to drive easily on unloved roads with ease. I don't use X-Mode often, but it does help for going uphill on snowy roads or times when the snow is pretty deep. I've never been stuck or stranded with this car. The power train is adequate enough for highway and secondary roads. There are times when merging or attempting to pass, where I wished it had more power. (Drove a loaner 2020 Limited with the 2.5L, that is the perfect power train for the Crosstrek) I have never had any issues with the CVT transmission, but it does take some getting used to. The interior is fine. The gauges, screens and buttons are laid out well. I can find everything with ease and non of the buttons are in odd places. The factory speakers are lacking, but this model doesn't not have the upgraded stero option. Andriod auto works well. Seats are comfortable but do not have much lumbar support. Bolstered well and the headrest has a big range of adjustments. At 70k, I noticed the first crack in the synthetic leather bolster. The Limited trim is equipped with LED headlamps and they are truly fantastic. I rarely find myself using the hi-beams. The turning headlamps are very helpful with visibility when turning. Excellent all around. Eyesight and adaptive cruise works well and I have never had any issues. Only minor hiccups when snow, rain, fog or very bright oncoming light will trip Eyesight off. After a minute, it turns itself on. Overall this car is everything I needed and I never knew it. Reliable, fuell efficient, capable in snow and light off-road situations. It had enough utility space for anything I have ever hauled. Truly impressed with this little car. I plan on keeping it for the long haul. You won't be disappointed.

Friendly customer service for a dealership, they definitely have that Southern Charm to them. They also have a great selection of vehicles with good pricing, and they arre constantly updating their inventory and you do not feel pressured by them to buy a car from them. The buying process through them is typical of any dealership, but again their friendly atmosphere beats other dealerships within the city limits as well as their pricing when compared to other Chevrolet shops. They also offered me two free oil changes and tire rotations as well as $500 gift card as I went during a holiday weekend, so I would recommend others to ask them for any special promotions or checkout their website. Definitely recommending them to my friends and family.

I have owned 3 Chevy equinox and I like the way it looks and handles. It is a great family vehicle and very comfortable and safe. All 3 of my Equinox were the Premier class well worth the extra money and more features.

This SUV is solid in almost every way, but if I had to have any complaints I would say: *The design isn't really original, or even "Blazerish". Do I really care? No, but it's just kind of the reality that it doesn't look a lot different than the Equinox, Traverse, and many other vehicles by other manufacturers. Anyway just saying that they could have tried a little harder to have a signature defining figure to separate from everyone else. *The other complaint is that it doesn't have a CD player. Like who decided to save $100, and not put one in? Some Gen Z kid? Again, I see that a lot of cars are this way, but it's just being forced on us by this young crop of kids...At the very minimum take a survey to see who would elect to have one put in, or elect to have one not put in...people are just going with it

I've owned a 2003 Chevy Suburban 1500 LS for 20 years, 198,595 miles and it's still going strong...I've consistently changed the oil and have never had any issues. Of the 8 cars I've owned, including a 2012 Mercedes GL450, a 2006 Volvo 740, the Chevy is the most reliable, comfortable and least expensive car I've owned.

I am very pleased with my Rogue. It is a 2019 that I purchased with 13K. I think the styling is very good and the interior is roomy. I'm 6' and my brother is 6-2 and we both have plenty of headroom in the front or the back. The turning radius is very good. Only downside (which I don't care about) is the acceleration is only mediocre. Overall, highly recommended.

CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.

This is not a fancy lot, but has quality used vehicles at fair prices. We're glad we drove to Sapulpa to buy.

I bought my Subaru in 2023 because it only had 60,000 miles on the OD. It's the minimal 2.5X model, but I couldn't pass up the car at such a low price. After driving it for over a year, I put only 6000 miles on it. I took it to the Subaru dealer for NY state inspection, and had the brakes replaced, and paid for the 60000 mi Subaru recommended service. I love this car, especially since I can connect my iPod to the blue tooth and play my music library. It is a bit noisy on the highway, but it's not the luxury model, so that's expected. The Subaru dealer said everything on the car was real solid. So far it has been very dependable, and easy to drive in the snow. It has no leaks, no dents, no squeaks, no problems. I've owned and driven 8 Subaru's over the past 40 years, and I'm hoping to keep my 2013 model and drive it for at least another 10 years.

Vehicle is beautiful, but has cracks on the rims and heated seat features do not work or the spotlights Oil change was not done, this is why I wanted to go through a dealer than a private party, for maintenance

I think for the most part, I like my car. I have had a couple issues, one of them is probably not the cars fault, (but seeing other people have the same issue, it makes me wonder) I now have 50k miles on it and in that time I have only had to replace the battery and tires, to be expected on a 6 year old car. (and windshield) The windshield is the questionable item. It seemed to crack out of nowhere and I thought I must have gotten a small rock chip while driving down the highway and just didn't see it until it started to crack. So I replaced it at a cost of almost $1000. However, I am on an Outback form and it seems to be a common complaint with outback owners of this year, having the windshield crack out of nowhere. Could it be the frame design? Maybe, but it does seem suspicious that others have had the same issue. One other problem I have had is if I let my car sit unused for like 5 days, the battery goes completely dead. There seems to be a parasitic drain somewhere on the car. It doesn't happen if I drive it every day, but if it sits for about 5 days unused, the battery goes completely dead. I have read it has something to do with the DCS system in the car, but you have to pay the dealer a diagnostic fee to verify. I drive it enough I have not gotten it checked, but next time I am at the dealer I am going to ask them about it.

I wanted to learn more about the Trax model. I liked my Equinox but it was just a bigger vehicle than I needed. The sales team of Christian and Shelby were very helpful and informative. It quickly became apparent that the Trax was exactly what I needed and liked. Yes, I purchased a Trax that day.

I have had my Altas for over 4 years and I keep on falling in love with it each and very day. Extremely comfortable space and overall a perfect size SUV for a family of 5. We have had and continue to have amazing long road trips with this beauty and we will carry the memories we continue to make in our heart for the rest of our lives.

Seth Edwards was very helpful and knowledgeable about the 2009 Toyota RAV4 that I purchased. The buying process was smooth and easy. Everyone at the dealership were nice and professional.

Only gripe is no adjustable visors and side mirrors. I am short and the visors do not adjust in length. The side mirrors swing in and out but not up and down so there is interference for me. I have the seat adjusted to the max and use a cushion but still have a problem.

In my many years of car driving and ownership, I have rarely had a better vehicle than my 2019 Jeep Compass Latitude. It has been reliable, comfortable, fun to drive and, for its' size and type, very good on gas. In April, I will have been driving "Lattie"for 5 years. My upkeep has been minimal. She is pretty and still looks new. This vehicle is such a pleasure to drive. Handling and response are excellent. Controls are super easy to manage and absolutely love the heated seat and steering wheel. On a long trip, it is very comfortable (yes, I have ridden in the back seat, too) and fuel economy was just great...fully loaded with air-conditioner on and travelling at highway speeds gave me 30+ mpg. Really can't complain. My Neon didn't do any better. This is a great vehicle. Oh, and I had leased it new, and purchased it when the lease was up..that's how good this car is!

I live in Oregon, nearly 2000 miles away. I found a car that I wanted to buy and Nathan my sales guy did everything possible to make my car buying experience fantastic. Buying a car sight unseen is scary, Nathan took a walk around video of the car showing me all the flaws (used car). The transaction went flawless and Nathan promised I would not be disappointed. Nathan and Ryan even help coordinate with the trucking Company for picking up the car. Once the car arrived, it was actually better than what I expected. I wish I was local to shake their hands. I must say when I first purchased the vehicle it handled very smoothly now when I took it to get the smoke smell out it drive like the new parts were taken out so I have to take it back to the dealership and get another car and have it inspected. Which I love Carvana I’m going to get my car from them because I had a larger suv and it’s been great on gas and insurance as well.
