My husband and I recently purchased our sixth car from Capital Auto Sales. I know that the term, "used car salesman", has typically been an insult. Joseph and his crew are the exception to this rule. We have always had an amazing experience with them. Yesterday, when my husband and I were in there, Darius helped us out. He got us an incredible deal on an incredible car that matched every qualification we wanted. If you go in there and they don't have what you want, they are eager and happy to look for what you want at the auctions that they go to. My husband and I like to pay cash for our cars when we get our tax returns in the spring. However, Joseph and his staff are wonderful at financing and finding you a monthly payments that works for your budget. If you are looking for a used car, they should definitely be your first stop. Their honesty and integrity impresses me every time I'm there. We have been getting cars from them for at least a decade and plan to continue for at least another one.

very honest and transparent . we had a vehicle pre-purchase inspection. the car checked out great except two tires were pretty choppy. Lucas quickly got approval from manager to replace the front brakes and rotors as part of the purchase agreement. great car deal and experience all around.

I bought this vehicle used over a year ago with 99 k miles on it. Other than routine maintenance; oil changes, brakes and filters it has performed well. Very comfortable ride, roomy and comfortable interior, features and options are numerous with lane departure side and frontal spacing warnings, back up camera, sun roof and roof rack, blue tooth and more. I don't understand the negative reviews as I am pleased with this vehicle.

I bought this car with 70,000,when it was one year old. It has been very reliable, I still use it and I am at 250,000 miles right now. I did have to do a transmission repair at about 150,000, and I do have a small oil pan leak right now at 250,000. Both of these fixes are not unusual for the number of miles they have. I use it for my every day commute of about 50 miles/ day, and have traveled all over the US with it and used it as a ride share vehicle for a period. So I will say I am very happy with the overall purchase and reliability of the vehicle. It has been great for my family of 5.

Only problem was the invoice said that the air filter wasn?t checked then on the back side of Check list said it was. But it wasn?t checked. Transparency needs to be cleared up. I believe this should be part of the multi point check list

I have been driving Lincolns since 1976 and this Buick Enclave is equal or better. But the cost is about 50% less and has more room than my Navigator.

I own a 2007 suburban with the 5.3 and flex fuel option. It currently sits at over 300,000 miles (all country roads by me) and it doesn't miss a beat i would not hesitate to drive it anywhere rite now over the last couple years all ive had to replace was the alternator (300,000 plus miles) and tires . I run nothing but E85 in it very comfortable ride when this one does finally say uncle i will buy another hands down

I recently purchased a vehicle from Champion Chevrolet in Howell Michigan. If I had just two words to say about my experience there it would be Logan Richardson. I was fortunate to have had him as my first contact for the vehicle I was looking to purchase. There is not one negative thing I could say about him. A better way of saying that would be everything about dealing with him was 100% positive! He is friendly, knowledgeable, and patient and became my advocate during the negotiation process. Bought a 2009 6 cylinder Ford Escape LTD. Bought it used with about 68,000 miles in 2013. Loved the look and handling. Extremely reliable vehicle. Did regular maintenance, oil changes, tuneups, tire rotations, replaced tires twice, high speed wheel balances done with alignment, etc. Recently had an oil pan gasket replaced. Never any major repairs, except replaced the water pump x2. Once in 2018 at 150,000 miles again in 2024 at 208,348 miles. It always ran great. It was a southern car until 4 years ago. So, did not have a rust issue. Unfortunately, a Buck came out of nowhere last week after dark and totalled my beautiful Escape. I wasn't hurt. But, the frame was damaged and it was not worth repairing with 213,000 miles on it. I am sure it would have made it to 300,000. Trying to find another. But, live in the North now and rust is a major issue. Heartbroken! I wish Ford would go back to making this style of Escape and with the 2009 reliability. I am hoping to find a 2008 thru 2012. But, need the AWD version. The FWD wasn't great traction in the rare snow we had down South. But, still managed to get me home when a freak snowstorm hit...and everyone was following my car, lol.

I drive a lot my car is a 2014 and it has currently 277,400 miles and still ticking. I’ve had very few maintenance issues overall the basic wear and tear as expected! I didn’t expect it would last as long as it has but I am being pleasantly surprised. It is great on gas compared to most SUVs and overall a comfortable car !

I purchased my 2010 Highlander in March 2011 with 5K miles. I now have 177,377 miles and never had a major repair required. Just replaced spark plugs for second time and should be good for another 75-80K miles. Thinking of trading in-not sure what to do. Oh btw: I’ve never missed a scheduled oil change in 13 years or ownership. Anyone have an opinion??????

Justin hart was very patient and pleasant to work with. He stayed 2 hours past closing time just so i could get the car same day. Even after being offered to finish he persisted to stay if it was what I wanted. The overall process of it was very smooth and simple minus the insurance part; not salesmans fault. He was prepared 100% for any questions asked and paper work part.

Reviewed in 2025. I bought this 2010 in 2013 and mileage is now almost 250k with only a few wear and tear issues AFTER 200k miles! (starter, master cylinder and TPMS sensors, all lasted much longer than they are predicted to last). I read several issues about acceleration, but this is a limited therefor it has a V6 and I never have issues with acceleration (0-60 in a little over 7 seconds). The backup camera is in the mirror which is small but I like that hidden feature... I also like the proximity sensor beeping. This SUV has been great for commuting or long trips, always reliable and fun to drive.

I bought my Equinox new off the lot in 2015 to be my winter driving car. I’ve had it for 10 years, and have driven it 60 miles round-trip in some of the worst winter weather in the lower 48 states. The Equinox held the road well on ice, in slush, and in deep snow on days that I was on the road before the snow plows. It has always been reliable and has never left me stranded. I’ve had no major issues in over 107,000 miles. I appreciate the cargo space which is much better than the newer models. I regularly recommend Equinoxes to my friends and family.

The best automobile I've ever owned. It's 2024 now and I've really have only had it in the shop for routine maintenance and a recall in transmission. My AC is causing me some issues lately that no one seems to be able to diagnose. I live in S.E Texas and it gets very hot down here so I may have to trade it for a newer one. Love my Buick Enclave.

I bought the car with 150k miles and it was rotting in a neighbors driveway. The dealer told me it would cost $1900 to fix. I went home and YouTubed all of the repairs myself and got the parts for $120. Easy to work on and reasonable to repair. Now almost 200k miles and I drive it everywhere. Great car and it still has the picnic table.
