I wrote a review for this car after I had recently purchased it. I have have had it for two years now and still believe it is one of my favorite vehicles I have ever purchased. So it has 18,000 miles and I have had no problems. Not a single issue and if I thought I had an issue it was because I didn’t read the manual and didn’t realize how to use set the many options in settings. Lol. The interior is really nice and comfortable, the ride is smooth and there is a SPORT drive setting I can use whenever I need to pass a truck or slow car. That mode really makes a difference but I drive in ECON mode mostly because I like to cruise and save fuel mileage. Nice to have choices.

Like other reviews I love this car! Comfortable, stylish, it’s inherently a Honda so likely reliable. Gas mileage not great but better than MDX of the past which weren’t nearly as fun to drive! Highly recommend this Acura. Haven’t owned one since I had a 2008 TL but I have the same happy feeling whenever I drive it, now in a very different life stage!

I have purchased Focus, and that was almost 2 and half year ago. I paid probably more than what I would pay from owner. but let me tell you. those guys specially Todd keep their promises, they told me they will remove the last payment from my balance 220$ but they actually removed 500$. I guess I was up to date with my payment and they decided to give me my title sooner. I drove this car from Tallahassee to Texas, then to Iowa. then Florida then to Iowa. dude it's 2002 old car and still works fine :) . I would differently recommend having business with them.

it is 2023 and it has 146,000 miles on it with no major repairs. I change oil ever 5K miles and do all scheduled maintenance. My wife loves it. She can carry lots of her stuff and it easily converts to handle passengers.

I have continuously had amazing customer service experience unlike I have ever experienced at Proctor Acura. My value as a customer is shown through their hospitality. I am new to Acura. I previously owned 6 Accords before converting. During my first service experience Tony showed me around the service area so I would know the section locations as well as the lobby area. He provided me with his card so I can call him whenever I needed a question asked. While my car was being serviced it was noted that a nail was in my tire. Tony called me to explain and let me know the cost. I okayed the cost of my tire repair, but he later called me back and said further examination revealed that it was actually a screw and it was not embedded in my tire (it was within the tread), so there would be no need to charge me for a repair that was not needed. That really said a lot about the integrity of Tony and the dealership. Arranging my service with Tony is always easy and whether I need a shuttle ride, or choose to sit in the lobby, or if he provides me with a loaner vehicle it is always hassle free. I also love the coupons they send out monthly. They are good reminders of various services I may need to have and the savings from the coupons have truly come in handy! Having these types of experiences eliminate me dreading to get my car service. If nothing else it only guarantees that Proctor Acura will always have me as a loyal customer. Octavius R. Great bang for the buck. I went with the Advanced package. Lots of convenience features like heated steering wheel, automatic dimming hi beams, adaptive cruise control, etc. Touch screen would be nice but I use Android Auto so most of what I do is voice command. Regardless, the touch pad is pretty easy to learn. Handles great. Sport Mode is fun to drive with SH-AWD and Adaptive Suspension. Looked at Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Lexus and Infinity. Reliability was near the top of my list so that eliminated Infinity and the 3 German cars. Just put $4500 into my wife's BMW for various repairs and wanted to try to avoid doing that with my SUV. Also wanted something to last 200K or more. Liked the Lexus but even the F Sport left me feeling like I wasn't connected to the road. That was what I liked about the Acura, it was fun to drive.

I was nervous about going to the dealership, but Calvin made us comfortable and was very patient and informative!! I would recommend Direct Auto Exchange to anyone shopping for a vehicle.

My current car is a 2019 MDX. I absolutely love it. My previous car was a 2012 MDX. The only reason I don’t have that car is my daughter “totaled it” 2 days after getting her license. BUT my daughter walked away, unhurt, no broken bones, no concussion, not even a bruise. I thought the car would look like a mangled mess, just looked like it went off roading. I had no idea these were TANKS on the road. I will continue to drive these now that I know. The 2019 is very similar to the 2012, but love the apple car play, lane assist, and better gas mileage.

As a proud owner of a 2014 Acura RDX, I can confidently say that I have not experienced any malfunctions with my SUV. It has been a reliable and dependable vehicle that has served me well over the years. The comfort level of the interior is something that I particularly enjoy. The seats are comfortable, and the ride is smooth. Even on long drives, I never feel fatigued or uncomfortable. Despite its age, the 2014 Acura RDX is still a competent performer on the highway. I have driven it over 100,000 miles, and it still performs admirably, achieving 30-31 mpg on the highway. The fact that I haven't experienced any malfunctions only adds to my confidence in its reliability. In terms of aesthetics, the exterior and interior of the RDX are okay compared to other SUVs in its class. But, it's not the primary reason I bought this vehicle. My focus was on a reliable and comfortable vehicle, and the RDX has certainly delivered in those areas. Overall, if you're looking for a dependable, comfortable, and practical SUV, I can wholeheartedly recommend the 2014 Acura RDX.

The vehicle was great EXCEPT for the shifter which was the worst type EVER that GM designed!! I had family that could not figure out how to use it!!

Did not buy, but a very friendly staff. Not pushy!

So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

My daughter attends FSU and we live over 200 miles away. Her Honda Fit was towed from an improper parking lot, and rear brake cable was damaged. Tow company denied damage, but Proctor Honda was able to repair the cable and I paid by card remotely to save me a trip to Tallahassee with my daughter simply dropping car off and picking it up. The next semester I got new tires on her car, again paying remotely. My daughter is now confident and secure in having her 2015 Honda Fit serviced at the dealership that she handles everything on her own. Highly recommend the service department

We have owned our 2022 CX-5 Turbo for 10 moths and it is a great vehicle. Our previous SUV was an Acura RDX Advance. It too was great but this Mazda is of a higher quality and $10-$15,000 less when purchased new. Every once in a while the doors don’t lock when I walk away (I have it set up to do so) and that is the only issue I have had in 10 months and 10,000 miles. I highly recommend any Mazda product. We also own a ‘21 Miata RF, have owned several Miatas along with a Mazda6 Signature and a CX-9 Grand Touring. All have been great vehicles.

First let me say I have been instrumental in finding and buying four new vehicles since August 2020, for myself and family members. I have dealt with a LOT of dealerships and salespeople, and honestly car shopping is probably my least favorite thing in the world to do. After getting the run around locally from both Toyota and Honda dealerships, exorbitant fees, addons, price changes at the last minute, or just general bad experiences, a friend told me about Cars.com and I found exactly what I wanted at Proctor, but it was reserved. I reached out anyway, and JR was responsive, and quick to find exactly what I wanted. He emailed me an accurate price quote within just a few minutes of our call. JR kept be apprised of the estimated date of arrival, and let me know quickly when the car arrived. We made an appointment for a pickup time the next day (I live a few hours away), and from walking into the dealership at the appointment time, to being back on the road driving home, it was well under an hour and that was with JR spending a good amount of time going over the features of the multimedia system with me, as well as features of the overall car (was my first SUV, first hybrid, first Honda, etc) JR could not have been more pleasant to deal with, he was responsive when I had questions before and after the sale, and now, when I am AGAIN looking for a new car (four months later), despite deciding not to go with Honda this time, he has been fantastic again. I’ve purchased many vehicles in my lifetime, this absolutely goes down as my best buying experience and I would not hesitate to recommend both Proctor and JR to anyone for their car buying needs. The interior is gorgeous and I love all of the fun “toys”! I drove everything from the BMW X5 to the Lincoln Aviator and this was my favorite car to drive. It’s amazing!

This is my second CX-5. This first was a 2016 I bought in 2019 and loved tremendously and then it was totaled when I was rear-ended by someone texting and driving during Covid. I drove a sort of hand-me-down Jeep for a while during the weird Covid period when everything was uncertain but knew I wanted another CX-5 as soon as I felt financially comfortable. The car is extremely comfortable, handles well and has a beautiful streamlined and simply classic look. My partner who is a die-hard Mercedes snob even loves it!

We just purchased a 2007 BMW 525i from Premier after looking at several around North Florida within the past several months. The salesman, JR, was the opposite of what we've come to expect from a typical used car lot. He was cheery and willing to spend the extra time showing us all the standard features. We walked out the door at just under $18k and he threw in a 3 month warranty for piece of mind. Thanks again Premier.

Its so comfortable, fast, sport, low mileage, so clean . It is 2013 with 67k mileage, honestly so clean look like new car .new tire and full service

Bought a 2024 Tacoma. They did what they said they would do and gave me everything I paid for. Tried to upsell me stuff and accepted me telling them no I don’t want it. Good experience and hopefully won’t need a new vehicle for many years.

I bought a Toyota CHR 2021 model 4 years ago. It was a demo with less than 1500 km's. It is reliable, comfortable and sleek. The only thing I dont like with the vehicle are handles at the back, but overall good performance and it is a good buy.

Crystal Hamlin did a great job assisting us with getting a new motor installed. She had great communication throughout this entire process.

What a nice vehicle this 2021 Hyundai Tucson Limited Edition. Comes with All wheel drive, dual climate control, dual power seats with power lumbar , dual heated seats, heated steering wheel, Sirius radio, power rear lift gate, driving lane monitor, lane change warning system, sport driving mode, infinity 8 speaker sound system, slightly larger engine than the entry level Tucson, brilliant tri-color paint, roof cross bars and sharp looking chrome door handles. Comfortable, not too big, not too small. Acceleration is a little sluggish and gas mileage about 23.Found this slightly used gem with 25,000 miles for a great price

Purchased the car a month ago and it does not disappoint. Has got a kick to it. Brakes are a little choppy but reliable. Inside is comfortable. Enough room and yet compact.

I just bought his car in June. Unfortunately for me someone hit my right front fender and it was in the body shop for 3 weeks. I love the comfort and how intuitive the interior is. Things are just in the right place. For me the 2020 is the perfect size. I had a DodgeJourney that just didn’t fit int my carport. I can pull this int the parking spot and have plenty of room. I do believe this is the favorite car I have ever bought and it looks sweet.

I bought a 2024 Toyota Highland in May(ish) of 2024. The 2nd day I had it the check engine light came on due to a brake malfunction (I can't remember the exact code, but something similar). I took it in to get looked at, but the light had gone out by the time my appointment and they looked it over and couldn't recreate the problem, so off I went. About a week later it came back on, so I immediately took it to the shop. They gave me a rental while they had my car. They figured it was the catalytic converter so they replaced it. Got my car back and about a week later the light came back on. Took it back in and they gave me another rental - Thought it was the software update. About another week later it came back on, they gave me another rental -this time a little over a week and discovered the catalytic converter they originally replaced was bad. So far, so good. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it's fixed. But, the service department has been great to work with through this experience.

Let me add to the engine problems. Overall I really like this vehicle. We have taken many trips and enjoy the feel on the road. Maintenance has not been a major issue until recently. It started using oil on a regular basis. About a quart every two to three weeks. At around 92k miles it is now in the shop waiting to see if Hyundai will honor their warranty. It needs a new engine. It runs ok now, for a sewing machine. Hopefully Hyundai will honor their warranty and I can get another 90k miles out of the vehicle.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Vehicle bought is a dream and we are enjoying it very much. The only negative is that the dealership tries to upsell you on a lot of expensive extras that provide little benefit beyond the Toyota warranty. They do this when a vehicle is serviced too. Unnecessary stuff not necessary per Toyota

Overall a great vehicle. I recommend sitting in the front passenger seat before buying. If you are 5'8" or more you will hit your head getting in and out as seat is high and can not be adjusted on the XLE model.

I want to thank TYLER in the collision center. I came in today afraid something might have to be painted. Instead….he was kind enough to fix the problem with a lot of “elbow grease” and quality time in solving my problem. Not only did he help me, he did it with an attitude that you don’t find much of any more. He was kind, considerate, and a pleasure to be around. Please make sure TYLER knows that although this kind of service is rare anymore, he was certainly appreciated by me and should be recognized!!

Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

The car is great very fast suv the only problem the wind noise and change the tires the run flat tire for all season noise reduce little bit but besides that so far so good 👍I’m recommend
