I can’t say enough good things about this car!I bought it in 2020 with 45k miles and it was used for two and a half years to get me to school in another town 45-70 miles away, and it kept me safe and performed as good as I could ever ask for. The safety features are the cherry on top and saved me multiple times when merging into other lanes. It has all the bells and whistles- under glow lights, led lights in the front row, Bluetooth connection, and so much more. The car is spacious and has allowed me to drive with multiple people In the car comfortably. The back trunk contains so much space even with the third row seats up. The only issue I have ever had with this vehicle is around 100k miles, the gear shift locked. However, this never affected me and this is something that never needs to be fixed if it doesn’t drive you crazy, and the solution of depressing the gear lock to unlock it while you drive is a simple fix. Overall, this car has been very reliable even at over 110k miles and gives a luxury feel in an affordable vehicle. My favorite car. STOP THE KIA SLANDER!!

I purchased my 2014 RX350 with 14,000 miles on it 5 years ago and have put 73,000 miles on it, mostly all highway and long distance cross states travel. I have kept regular maintenance ie oil changes, tires and alignments and now due some spark plugs. I have never owned a better, more reliable vehicle. 10 out of 10 would do it again.

The 2012 Gran Cherokee Overland has been my car for over 12 years. I’ve enjoyed every minute of driving it. Have made several road trips with it and never a complaint. I purchased a special ordered Jeep Wrangler RubiconX with the 3.6 engine from our local Dealership! When I first drove this this vehicle I knew it may be rough riding, but after having this for for over 6 months it now is our main vehicle for getting around town. I get 17.1-18.3mpg. It's a 4dr and we enjoy it every day for shopping and other chores. We had it on the main highway and do between 65 and 70mph. It handles great and the ride is actually pretty good. Has great passing power as it has 4:56 gearing! We just recently took our vehicle to Keene Dodge/Jeep to have the tires rotated and were very impressed with the service and the entire staff as they treated us very special.

I really appreciate the service that you get at Alex Karras. They listen to me when I think that there is an issue and work to make it right. Not only did they wash my car this week, the vacuumed the floor mat. It was a win/win.

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

Got a '22 Touring XT. I knew the base engine was pathetic so I wanted the turbo. Gladly sacrifice some MPG for way more power. They shouldn't even offer the base engine on this car. Anyway, after 44k miles it's running like a champ. Absolutely no issues with the electronics (a few minor glitches here and there but nothing to take to the dealer for), CVT is fine, engine is fine, the AWD is second to none! Plowed right through a 15" blizzard through Kansas City like it was nothing. My biggest gripe are the squeaks and rattles. Highly annoying. My '17 Chevy Colorado with 64k miles is tighter and quieter. Cargo space is top notch, I have a bad back so getting in and out of a taller vehicle is much easier. But there is just too much tech and driver assistance, Subaru needs to tone it down a little. I still prefer to actually DRIVE my car, not have the car drive me. Overall I'm still happy with it.

My boyfriend bought his car from Carmax and it was a great experience. So when I needed a new car I looked at Carmax as well. They had everything I wanted but I thought I would get a better deal at a dealership... Boy was I wrong. Went to three different dealerships almost went through with a deal but they couldn't get me a good interest rate. It was so painful and awful I had decided to give up and just sink money into my current car and try again next year. I had an appointment at carmax the following Sunday and Dwyane called me to verify the time. I told him what happened the previous day and said I would be keeping my car because I needed a good rate and didn't want to be making crazy payments. He said, I hear you and totally understand, I'm happy to help you whenever you're ready. Just so you know when you are ready I have a good rate for you so I know we can find you something to make you happy. I was surprised because the other dealership said we couldn't get close to what I needed. Well folks, I'm in a new car, my payments aren't crazy and I have peace of mind. Bought my used 2 door at about a year old, with 17,000 miles. Had a couple issues initially: passenger seat got stuck, and airbag light was on. But once I had those fixed, the car has been completely reliable. And I found out that the 2 problems were related. So really it was only 1 problem. The stuck seat has impacted the air bag sensor or something. Loads of fun driving this thing through the snow. 1 foot, 2 feet. Fluffy, or packed by the snow plow. It didn’t matter. Shift it into 4wd and point it where you want it to go. It just went over all of it, and without any drama. Nice and slow. No need for momentum. It just went right through the snow . Can’t wait to take it off road with some friends. As for everyday driving, I love it. You just have to know what you’re getting into. It’s not designed to be a comfortable or sporty car. It’s loud, rather uncomfortable on the bumps, the 2 liter engine sounds like a dish washer, etc. But, those are also all the quirks I love about it. It’s not pretending to be something it’s not. I would’ve gotten the manual roll down windows if I had the choice. It’s just the opposite of my other car, a Macan turbo. It’s just a good old fashioned, honest vehicle. The engine and transmission combo make for a pretty quick team. I’d say 0-60 in about 6 seconds. That’s pretty xxxx quick for a 4000 pound truck designed to go off road. Rarely do I push it that fast of course. I like to drive nice and slow in this car. This is my car to go slow and smell all the roses. I love it. I’m averaging just under 20 mpg driving mostly in NYC. Not bad. Best mpg I’ve had from all my suvs. The hardtop only takes 10 minutes to take off. But it’s still a pain in the xxx. It’s definitely a 2 person job. And then there the issue of where to store this big thing. It’s not like NYC houses have big garages. We’ll see how often I take it off once the summer comes around.

This 2021 Nissan Rogue SL is a great car. It is very comfortable and loaded with features. I am very pleased with fuel efficiency. There has been no problems to report since I bought this car.

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

I bought my 2009 forester with 200k on the click. She was well locked after but has a few scratches here and there but paint work is still beautiful. Performance is great but she is heavy on fuel. This is expected from an AWD as the engine is pulling all 4 wheels continuously at the same time. No oil leaks, aircon works well. The only major issue I have had was the thermostat falling. I caused my radiator to crack due to pressure building up. I removed it and she is running perfectly. I live at the coast in South africa so our winter temp never drop below 10° and our summer average at 30°. Overall, I'll will be buying another forester with it's great space and power....love it

I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

Last Week, we stopped at GAA Auto Sales. just to look at what they had. We were not planning on buying just wanted to look. A salesman came out and ask what we were looking for and we told him what we wanted, but was not planning on buying until we did a lot of looking around. He took us to this 2012 Mercedes-Benz E-class. We went for a ride and we both really liked it and ended up buying it that day. The salesman was David. He explained everything about the car, was very polite and not pushy at all. We were very happy with his service. Also the man that wrote our contract was also very nice. We are very happy with our purchase. It looks like a brand new car.

We purchased this auto new - have never had a problem with the car. We keep it maintained on a regular basis and the only items we have replaced IN 8 YEARS have been wipers, tires and filters. PERIOD. Exceptional value, I usually replace cars ever 4 to 6 years. Simply no reason at this time to consider replacement. Had actually considered writing the CEO about the quality of their cars. Only wear is on my seat due to getting in and out of the vehicle.

I was in need for a title as per the original one got lost in shipping, I called the business office and spoke to Bessie, I explained to her the situation and she said she will help me, but need more time to process it. Weeks later she called me to let me know that she got the title and she is sending it to me via FEDEX and gave me the tracking number, WOW thats a great service there. The only problems I’ve had were computer issues and battery problems. Hyundai took care of my concerns and replaced my battery and updated my computer. I have 30,000 miles on my car and I LOVE IT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HYUNDAI PALISADES to anyone looking for a luxury and a dependable car.

We are in our 70's and wanted a car that had blind spot protection with great window visability, a good sized GPS map, keyless entry, and good fuel economy. Also, it has good space in trunk with fold down rear seats. At 51,000 miles we have had no issues.
