Comfort, power, space, looks - the Infiniti GX80 has it all for my family. We needed space and we got it. Infiniti added style and comfort. I'm very happy with this vehicle - both on the highway and around town.

Practical. We love our 2020 Ascent Limited and we live in the south. We have a large family and this is great while the kids are small. Once more than three are teenagers, we'll definitely need a larger vehicle that provides more leg room if you're sitting on the back row. Love the convenience and ease of how the rear seats fold forward when I'm shopping and/or loading up from the back. The 10 year 100k mile warranty was reasonably priced at less than $2.5k. Haven't had to use it yet (knock on wood). Again, it's practical so the seats aren't as plush as premium vehicles but they're nice and comfortable. This pretty much describes the interior. The electronics are comparable to most vehicles. It has everything you need but nothing over the top. (Again, practical.) Greatly appreciate the cabin air filter and ease of changing it. I like smelling a fresh interior all the time. We're in the south where it's high in pollen, so the HEPA cabin filter is perfect. In my opinion the Ascent is a great mid-size SUV option that looks nice, is practical and has that Subaru reliability.

I am not a fan of sitting for hours in a car showroom when buying a car BUT I have to say that it was not too terrible this time around. Everyone was friendly, the facility is bright and clean and I was excited to be getting a new car!

Our 2016 works flawlessly! We are so pleased we just purchased a very low mileage one with $15,000 in options which should make this one even more pleasurable,

I am very pleased with my Rogue. It is a 2019 that I purchased with 13K. I think the styling is very good and the interior is roomy. I'm 6' and my brother is 6-2 and we both have plenty of headroom in the front or the back. The turning radius is very good. Only downside (which I don't care about) is the acceleration is only mediocre. Overall, highly recommended.

I truly love driving this car. Tons of space of the inside, great on gas, and good acceleration for a crossover SUV when you put your foot down.

I have owned a 2013 Rogue for 10 years. It has traveled north, south, east and west multiple times with no issues until just now. Catalytic Converter and a run in with a deer. Would i get another one? Absolutely.

When I first visited the dealership, It was not a positive experience. I wasn't going to go back, but decided to try a different salesman. Travis Hoover was quick to greet me and very considerate when I explained I had been there before but wanted a different salesman if I could. He was wonderful. He listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle. Asked pertinent questions but was not pushy at all. he truly wanted me to have a great experience and hopefully a new vehicle. I did buy a Kona that day. Travis walked me though the process. Listened to my concerns and was quick to act on them. I had a great experience. I now have a great new Kona. I am happy I went back.

Purchased the car a month ago and it does not disappoint. Has got a kick to it. Brakes are a little choppy but reliable. Inside is comfortable. Enough room and yet compact.

Did not buy the car as I had a couple things to sort with old car. Sales people were great, answered all my Qurans were patient. Not a fan of the AI email replies pretending to be a Human, feels disingenuous.

2017 GC Limited 4WD. Bought it 3 years ago with 53k miles and now approaching 108k miles. When we bought it, we went to fill the tank for the first time and the gas pump kept shutting off. Turns out there was a known issue with the fuel filler neck assembly. The selling dealer replaced it under warranty and we literally didn't have another issue until 100k miles. At 100k miles took it in for new spark plugs, which is normal maintenance, and found the radiator leaking. The new radiator was not cheap. Have not had any other issues, just replaced the factory original brakes, they made it almost to 108k! We live in Minnesota and this vehicle is an absolute beast in the snow. Put it in snow mode and it is very stable and feels unstoppable. It is a comfortable long distance cruiser and gets decent mileage on the highway, between 24-27mpg. The UConnect system is very easy to use, and the nav is pretty good, but the whole system operates quite slowly. That's a minor complaint I think. Overall we are pretty happy with our WK2.

From my initial communication per e-mail through the final deal everything went well. Josh and Ryan were very helpful, no pressure to buy, answered all my questions and were very professional. Bought my 2017 Overland 2WD preowned with 74k miles. It’s now Feb of 2024 my Jeep’s got 135k on the odometer and I’ve never once had an issue. I occasionally get car fever, start looking at cars online, but the second I jump behind the wheel of my Grand Cherokee I smile and decide to keep it for a little longer. I still love the look, it’s super comfortable, has plenty of power, all the bells and whistles I want (and beyond), and I love the fact not every single thing is touch screen as most modern vehicles. I love I can turn up the volume, operate the AC and many features with good ‘ole KNOBS without taking my eyes off the road.

I had a great experience at Bob Thomas Ford. I found the staff to be curtious and helpful. At no point did I feel any pressure. They let my wife and I check out the vehicle we were interested in with nothing more than a "let me know if you have any questions" and "what did you think?" at the end. I found the entire experience pretty laid back and easy.

My husband had been thinking about a new Ranger to replace his 2016 Ford F150 which was still in great condition. We stopped by Bob Thomas North last week to look at a new 2024 Ranger XLT. It's longer than most SUVs. I've been able to haul both drywall and plywood still closing the rear door. It's been great to travel with, the back seats fold all the way down.

The staff here was wonderful and they had reasonable prices on their cars. Pointe Auto is definitely somewhere we will be returning when we are in the hunt for another vehicle! I was looking across the states for a "vintage" car that was hard to find. I found it at Point Auto. Josh and Logan were excellent in answering all of my questions and concerns long distance. They were very timely in their response to emails, texts, and phone calls. They provided excellent customer service! Once it came to negotiating a price, Josh was very willing and helpful; the purchase transaction was seamless. The next step was getting the car to Oregon. They assured me that they could work with any car carrier and make it happen. I basically bought the car sight unseen with the exception of photos. (I did hire a mobile mechanic to check the car out for me.) I had to trust Point Auto that they would be good on their word. Upon arrival, I found the car was exactly as they presented it to be and was just what I expected! Josh even followed up it's arrival by checking in with me as to how it was going with the car. I highly recommend Point Auto for your next used car purchase!

I actually love it! I bought it second hand and it runs really well. The car is well isolated, the AC works great. It is very comfy and the gas is not running low as fast as I was expecting to (based on online reviews). So, I am actually positively surprised. It looks great with a retro flair, provides good visibility which speaks for a good design. All in all, for the current price market is a good deal. A straightforward and simple car that works great.

I have never felt so heard and understood when looking for a car or trying to trade in a current vehicle before. I purchased my 2013 Kia Sorento LX fwd (3.5L V6 engine non GDI) used with 36,000mi. It now has 167,000mi. (mix of city and 1000+mi road trips). It's had very few issues, and it's still running strong. The 3.5 engine seems very durable. I change the oil and use only high quality full synthetic oil and filter. The few minor issues include limited life for front turn signal/head light bulbs, slightly stiff suspension, and easily stained fabric seats. The suspension and steering seem pretty durable as well. I only use Michelin Defender tires, and I've gotten 95,000mi out of them. It's never needed an alignment.

I have had this 2019 Cadillac xt4 for 6 years… during the 4th year someone hit me… the 5 years someone hit me… then I started having issues… I argued with the people at Larson Cadillac about my warranty and the didn’t one to honor it because I had 1 oil change somewhere else besides Cadillac… but I put my attorney on them and got my warranty granted…now it been about 8 months later now my check engine light is back on saying engine speed reduced… so I don’t know what’s the problem…
