Quiet ride, better fuel economy than on window sticker. Center console controls are mind boggling. More storage nooks would be helpful. Owner's manual in 8 point type not very helpful.

I was very skeptical abt buying car online and that too from Indiana getting shipped to NJ while doing everything via teams or online live chats or videos. But I have to say that I'm so glad and very happy with the purchase of 2024 M4 convertible. I wanted to really Thank knowleageble, honest, trust worthy sales person Josh who not only helped me throughout the buying process but even after the delivery, was still guiding me if I had any questions. Review it thoroughly. They tend to make errors when compared to original proposed or accepted sale(accounting/book keeping). You have to be specific when do u want them to run yr credit, bcos the interest will start accumulating that day. overall good experience will definitely buy another car in near future.

Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

Best buying experience I have had in a long time. Found the car online and hashed out the details via text and phone, so when we picked up the vehicle, we were in and out in under an hour. I read some great reviews for Bentley Indianapolis and some not so good, so I got scared...initially we were going to have the car shipped to our house, so I decided going there in person was best. I found the people working there very nice and not pretentious. Our car was in great condition and was exactly what was described online and in the video/photos.

I came in to purchase a reasonably priced sedan for my son who was going to college in Georgia. After making contact the guys over at NextGear Auto Sales, they showed me to a 2008 Buick Lucerne. The car was just as they advertised it to be. After going on a test drive I decided to purchase the vehicle. When it came down to brass tacks, I needed to get the vehicle for what I could afford and they really worked with me on the price to get the perfect deal for me. From one satisfied dad, I would defianlty go back for my next car.

Large doors and front seats. Easy to get in and out. You have to pull past the protective bollard at the gas pump as to not ding the edge of the door. A lot of safety bells and whistles for an older car. Can tow with the best and high enough to take fishing and hunting. Good power. Feels safe in winter driving with in reason. If it gets icy or the snow gets over 5” I stay home. Operational noise is not annoying even when pulling into traffic or down shifting going up a steep hill. It gets almost 21 miles per gallon. I have no intention of spending thousands more on a vehicle to get better gas mileage. It’s paid off. I’m retired and put about 8000 miles a year on it. It still runs like new. I would love to keep it as long as I can. It also can haul pretty much everything I need.

A couple of reasons I gave it a four rating is that the paint seems to peel at the least nick and one of the recalls gave me pause about the R&D of Infiniti.

I was looking for a used Honda Accord and Fadi had one that was in great condition. We had some minor concerns that he took care of before we came back to purchase the car which included replacing the front grill that had a little cosmetic damage. He and the team offered a low pressure sale and were committed to helping us if any issue should arise. The 2016 Subaru Outback is the first car I'd ever bought brand new, and I haven't been disappointed since it was purchased 7 years ago. It's very reliable, fun to drive, easy on gas, easy on maintenance and easy on the eyes. Will do it all over again when I make my next Subaru purchase!

Was looking for a commuter car for my husband. Found the Honda Fit online and drive down from Lafayette just to look at it. The staff were extremely nice and knowledgeable. They met us at the car with key in hand so we could get in and take a closer look. The entire vehicle was extremely clean- inside, out and under the hood. There are some minor exterior imperfections- all had been noted online with photos. We asked about other vehicles on the lot. They showed us 3 other cars, but after discussion about what we needed from the car- they actually reconfirmed we wanted the Fit. (Which was the cheapest of the car showed). It is greatly appreciated they didn’t just push more costly vehicles on us. Will recommend them to friends and will definitely work with them again when the time comes for our next vehicle.

My dream car since a teenager was a grand Cherokee and when I finally got one in 2021, I’ve loved it the same ever since. They are bold in appearance and look like a strong vehicle. It has always run beautifully and I have had no issues thus far since 2021 and now it’s 2024. Very comfortable interior and attractive to the eye. Love love love my car.

I was a new grad and bought my first car (Toyota Corolla) from here.. The guys actually listened to my wants vs. needs and helped me find the most reliable option since I had a 2-hour daily commute to work. It has ran great for 3+ years and all i did was regular maintanence updates on it.. If you're having problems with a car (from here or anywhere...), there's a good chance it's more about how it's being taken care of than the car itself.. I made sure to do my research, speak with third-party mechanics about it before buying, and stayed true to upkeep with monthly checks. It goes a long way so you don't miss anything 6 months down the line that it was warning you about before. I recently sold it to upgrade to a larger car, but I'll always appreciate the guidance I got when making such an important first purchase. If you're looking for a dealership, that won't purposely sell you a horrible car, this is the place i felt most comfortable with after speaking with 10+ dealers.

White is the color to get. One xxxx of a vehicle. I love the Comfort and the V 8 Engine by GM IS SO SMOOTH AND QUIET. The team loves it cause we can all go together.Never had any Vehicle that is COMFORTABLE as my Hummer. My wife grabs it any time she can (“HAPPY WIFE, HAPPY LIFE).

I brought this truck in 2019. I kept taking it back to the dealership to get tweaked several times. Once it was figured out, never got any problems ever again. A little weak on the power side, but, other than that, its a magnificent vehicle. A total work horse. Great on gas. It is totally worth it.

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! The countryman is the perfect compromise for those who want a Mini and still want a workable amount of interior space. The gas mileage is insanely good, it's fun to drive, and you will be running laps past everyone at the stoplights because of how zippy it is. Parking is also never an issue, always lots of space, and easy to maneuver. My only two complaints are that maintenance tends to be expensive (when you factor in the gas savings though, I'd say it pays for itself) and the engine is weak. If you load even just a couple hundred pounds of passengers and cargo into it, it can drive for maybe an hour or so before the engine light kicks on and begs for mercy. I've never had this result in an actual issue that caused a breakdown or required us to pull over, and maintenance confirmed that there are no larger issues with my engine in particular. Turns out that it just limits its own engine power whenever it's struggling. But it is a bit annoying, especially on longer trips.

So far so good...Still getting to know my new car. Will be driving it around town and can really see the ride. Wish my trunk space was a little bit larger...

Very responsive handling, which makes it fun to drive. You'll get a sport feel in an SUV. The panoramic sunroof is great for summer evening cruising. Seats are a bit stiff, but you almost don't notice because you're too busy enjoying the interior design.

Friendly Service Rep to work with. Although I did not have an appointment, they changed oil and rotated tires in a short period of time.

After a lot of time and research we started our journey with a new Subaru Ascent. We then test drove 4 other vehicles and I didn't have the same feeling as I did in the Ascent. We originally were looking at a 2025; however, there was a beautiful new 2024 Subaru Ascent and that was the one! There is more room, I like the head space since we have some taller people in the family. We don't really use the third row, but it has come in handy and I am pleased with that. We keep it down a lot. As far as driving this vehicle, I am very comfortable and happy with this. You get a smooth ride with it and the engine has pick up when needed. This is my first keyless car; however, we had to have the remote start, we got spoiled. With that we needed to subscribe to Subaru and it was a small fee for 5 years, but there is a lot you can do on your phone. I like the screen and how well you can see while in reverse. I like the placement of the screen. I'm 5'2" and I can handle this vehicle and I am confident. Being short I liked that I can almost "kiss" the front and I am not tight and I can see clearly. My husband is taller and you have 2 presets for the driver's seat. One thing is that they offer a "refresher" type appointment and we went. It was one person who took us through our vehicle and the features and any questions that we had were answered. Had the questions been more important, I would have called his number ahead of time.

I bought my 2019 Hyundai Tucson in 2021 from the Dealership as the second owner. It has not given me any issues. I get it serviced when required. It has never had any issues. I feel the interiors are comfortable. I love the butt warmers. I love the vibrant blue exterior. SUV has so much space. When I put my foot down it it definitely not my old 300CC Hemi Chrysler V6 engine but it eventually goes. It feels sporty and stylish. 26mpg on the freeway.
