I have always dreaded buying a vehicle from a dealership because of the hours waiting—the back and forth to the manager’s office for approval of an offer, the slow, slow financing process, and then waiting some more for the vehicle to be retrieved and cleaned. But Jay McCallum made sure we didn’t have to experience all that, even with his busy schedule. He made the process efficient, organized and friendly! Prior to my purchasing a 2024 BMW X5 plug in hybrid, I had both an electric and gas powered cars due to a fear of traveling long distances with an electric vehicle. I researched both traditional hybrid and plug in hybrid coming to conclusion that plug in was perfect for my needs. BMW X5 e had the longest range so I decided to purchase one a month ago. I have driven the car approximately 900 miles on one and a half tank of gas and several nightly charges. The quality of the car is exceptional and I love the performance. I would highly recommend this car.

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

I have yet to get this 2024 4runner TRD Pro stuck, and I have tried. Love this thing. Its already made it across the country and back. Ive had it since April of 2024 and about to break 20k miles. Had water to the bumper and mud to the frame and this thing keeps on ticking wheels keep turnin.

Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

Great until the extended warranty ran out And 2023. Cost of replacing a valve and associated work was $5000. Shakes if rear windows open from wind. Aerodynamic so so.

The car is great very fast suv the only problem the wind noise and change the tires the run flat tire for all season noise reduce little bit but besides that so far so good 👍I’m recommend

A2002 4 runner with almost 400,000 miles and I love it still traveling to other states on it and I leave my 2015 at home I only use it for work , had a 96 Camry for 15 yrs sold it with a little mileage like 300,890 miles and my sister still outing more miles on it Toyas last as long as you maintain them

Took in to fix light coming on re: Anti-lock brakes and Traction control. Didn't realize it was still under warranty, but was informed it was. They also identified a problem with the battery and replaced it under warranty as well. Parts were not in stock, so I was given a loaner at no charge. Also had some 30,000 mile maintenance done on the car. Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable.

I just love everything about my 2021 80th anniversary edition G/C! I purchased new but now has 81000km. So much enjoy all the style comfort with no issues. So much more reliable and better looking than the new body style that was released later in 2021.

The ride is amazing! Handles like a dream! Loving the “Hey Mercedes” feature built into the car! No fussing with screens or buttons while in traffic or driving. Just say “Hey Mercedes” and the car will do many things with a voice command. It will even tell you a joke if you ask!
