I bought a 2022 Taos and drove it for 3 1/2 years. I liked the car so much that I bought a 2025 Taos. My wife is now driving the 2022 and I am driving the 2025. Both cars are pure joy to sit in and to drive. The interior and legroom are spacious. The only negatives are the VW does not offer a power, passenger seat and a power hatch closer. Other than that, it is the perfect vehicle for us.

David Venditti processed the financing of my lease quickly and efficiently. He was ready to answer any questions I might have but I had none because everything was explained clearly at the start.

I have owned my HR-V for about a month. Did have to tint my windows was no big deal. I think it had great power has alot on get up and go. Just the right size for me. Still learning what all the buttons do. Overall I am very pleased. First Honda owned.

Only had my 2025 kicks sv a few months , 4k miles but I like it a lot , look , style, drives well and it very comfortable. Love all the included safety features that other car companies charge extra for . Gas mileage is incredible. Gave it a 5 across the board, as my last 3 new cars have been a Colorado , for maverick and jeep wrangler. Cost , value of the redesign kicks is much better imop . Dash layout and how easy everything is to use .

Our 2024 Ford Escape has been excellent. We bought the ST Line package and its performance has been flawless in the 1st 5 months. Really like the heated steering wheel included with the Cold Weather Package and the safety features of Tech Package 1.

West Herr Subaru was very good and awesome too deal with and get my new used Toyota not to mention taking it back and making it very easy to get brand new wipers all the way around the vehicle

I leased this car in March after 12 years of being a Prius owner. My Prius was involved in a head-on crash, and although it performed amazingly, I wanted something a little more solid. This car fits the bill for a robust crossover option that also reduces the carbon footprint. The Crosstrek Hybrid is the perfect car for me. I live in an urban environment where I drive short distances for errands or to work. If I go further then the hybrid kicks in. Granted, we have been driving less during stay at home, but I have had this car 4 months and have only used 1/2 a tank of gas which is incredible. I charge it when I get home and at work also. The fact it can charge from a regular plug is amazing. I have not noticed my electric bills go up particularly, despite driving this car almost exclusively on the electric battery. If you do short drives close to home then this car is a great bet. If you drive longer distances routinely then this car might not be worth the extra money over the regular Crosstrek. The interior is roomy and comfortable. My only gripe is there's no wireless charging point, which is offered on Toyota's. You have to connect with a wire which is okay, but in this day and age you'd hope for more. The car handles very smoothly and has a nice 4 wheel drive capacity for mountains, hikes etc. There isn't tons of trunk space as the battery takes up a lot of room, but sufficient I'd say unless you need to frequently carry large loads. The car feels solid and safe, and my insurance premiums went down from my Prius as Subaru has such a great safety record. Finally, this car qualifies for the orange Access OK sticker, which enables you to use the HOV lane and park for free at meters in certain towns (such as Santa Monica.) Overall I am really thrilled with this car!

Purchased new Taos SE AWD end of April. Only have about 1,700 miles on it so far but I am very impressed. Fit and finish are great; rides smoothly and quietly. Many features on the vehicle for the money. 8 speed trans is seamless in its operation. Engine idles so quietly that my wife asked me why I had shut off engine when it was idling in a parking spot. Only concern (and it’s a very minor one) is need for more horsepower. I know that the’25 Taos has 17 more horsepower than the’22-‘24 models, but vehicle still feels like it needs more on inclines with four people in the car and when driving into high winds. But that is the only concern; made a great decision when I bought this car.

Had problems w/ battery draining at 17 months 22,000 miles. Then at 19 months 25000 miles, the audio unit needed replaced. While mine was In the shop, my service consultant had the same problem. Tow truck service told me they've had numerous calls on Passpotrs w/ dead batteries being dead more than once on the same vehicle. Hopefully we've got it fixed.

I couldn't be more happier with my transactions with Towne Hyundai. I Bought a Santa Fe from them in July 2019 and no fault of theirs I had some problems with the car. each time I brought it in, the service department (especially Mike) went above and beyond to make the repairs seamless and get me a rental and explain what happened. Between Bill Kuhn and Steve Davis they worked diligently to find me a different car I would be happier with. I must say that I had high demands and was somewhat borderline annoying with all the questions and demands and tearful calls and yet in the end Steve contacted ME when a car came in he thought I'd like. So, that tells me that Towne (especially Bill and Steve) care about their customers even after the sale. Steve could have just waited for me to contact him when I saw a car online but he didn't. I have a '22 Base. My wife and I love it. We needed a 4x4 when we move to a more rural state and although we're generally happy with the vehicle, we can't help roll our eyes of the number of recalls and reliability questions surrounding the model. Had I known about the difference in the 1.5L to 2L engines, I'd have opted for the 2L engines, but that's only available at the top trimmed Badlands. This is almost the perfect vehicle for a two person household who has a dog, likes to take day trips and it pretty good on fuel economy (32mpg over 15k miles). The interior is pretty cheap, however. I would recommend the vehicle, however, but only with the 2L engine and only with a warranty. There are just too many concerns with this vehicle to own it without a warranty

I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

Rob and kim helped get me into a used 2008 Passat with an extended warranty, which I've used, and the service was great getting me into a loaner during the extended repairs. The sale price was unbeatable anywhere around, but I went here because my parents and brother have had cars from here and we've all had a great experience overall.

I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. IMO it’s the best bang for the buck on the market. It is loaded with options and is still very affordable. I love this VW and , of course, I highly recommend it.

A big contributing factor in choosing the Hyundai brand was my previous experience with two different Elantra that I had a 2007 and a 2015. Both my mom and sister have driven only the Hyundai brand for the last 20 years or so with good results. My interest in the hybrid vehicle has been around since the Ford Escape came out. In 2021 I finally had the right circumstances to purchase one a Ford Escape. Last year a major recall occurred there was no way to solve the issue. So I traded it in for a 2024 Tucson Hybrid the NLine Trim. Both vehicles are similarly equipped. My only two dislike about the Tucson it lacks a place to store your eye glasses in. The other item is the shift arrangement it’s a push button type thing I prefer a wheel type selector that was in the Escape or the old fashion way. I still have under 2000 miles on the Tucson. Before purchasing it I did some read some of the reviews. Some mention the gasoline mileage as a concern. Comparing the two hybrid vehicles I still fill up once a month and probably get the same amount of gas. My commute is about 20 minutes one way. There seems to be more storage capacity in the Tucson. Both vehicles do not have a spare tire and have that fix a flat type of deal. The back up camera works great both during the day and night. Over all it’s a great vehicle. I would recommend it.

Drove all the way in in from Rochester area to VW of Orchard Park to purchase my Volkswagen Golf from Volkswagen of Orchard Park. Jay Williams, my salesperson, was friendly and not pushy at all. What a great car. Very smooth in accelaration. Cannot feel the auto change. Great accelaeration and very comfatable and tight to drive. My insurance went down because of all the safety features on the car. Have to read the manual to understand them all. My only beef is that the diplay feature for sporty as in the manual does not come up. If its in the manual then VW should have it avalaible

Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

Had an appt with West Herr Nissan to replace 4 tires. Service manager was polite, kept me up to date on progress, and overall experience was fine. Had to wait in waiting room while work was done.. between the TV in the room along with some reading and coffee bar the time sailed by.

I have been driving my car since 11-20-2025, it's a great car. It's realiable and has great features. The only down side is thst the stereo could be better but, nonetheless it's an overall well-rounded car. Plenty of space and just enough bells and whistles to not want anything else.
