I've bought two cars from Autonation MOG and have been happy with both. There is still a Bluelink Issue with my '21 Hyundai Elantra but barring that, I've had nothing but positive experiences.

So much fun to drive. Great gas mileage. Sporty exterior. Reliable. All around fantastic vehicle. Probably the best I have ever owned. You will not be disappointed.

I LOVE my 2022 Toyota Corolla Cross. I don’t think I’ve ever enjoyed a car more. It’s the perfect size for me. It has great visibility and I love the amenities like having parking sensors and navigation. It has mood lighting inside, auto brights which my previous car did not have. There are so many little things I love about this car. Also, Toyota came out with many “Easter eggs” with the Corolla Cross logo, which are always fun to find! The ride is comfortable. I’ve done a 14 hour drive to Colorado within the first year of owning the vehicle and it handled perfectly. It also snowed while we were there and we had no challenges navigating the mountains while in my FWD Corolla Cross. This was my first new car and I’m so impressed! Toyota has great reliability and I’m glad I chose the Corolla Cross as my first new car!

Bought used with 16k miles. 2 years later 52k miles. Only issue was transmission shutter. A fluid exchange service solved issues. Fluid was black. Strongly recommend transmission service every 39-50k miles. I get 32mpg on highway

Love this vehicle!! Went from 2013 Chevy Malibu to this 2019 fully loaded Ford Explorer. Love the navigation, hands free phone, auto bright lights and Windsheild washer, remote start, sun roofs, back up camera, luggage racks, hitch andtowing capabilities, 3rd row seating and stowing, the Ford app, the Ford warranty, leather heated seats and steering wheel, and all the safety and other luxury accessories.

Dwayne was very helpful and did a tremendous job. Very nice personality and kept the excitement up the whole time.

We bought this car for my wife in 2020 at the edge of the pandemic. It had 55K km at the time and we now have 190K km. We have done the usual necessary maintenance services and it has been excellent and still is a great car for the value. I love it and particularly enjoy the diesel economical driving. Too bad Mercedes stopped making it.

Beautifully made vehicle. Drives very smooth, very spacious and comfortable. Leg room in backseat is great for tall passengers and seats recline for best comfort.

I have a 2018 Edge Titiaum with just over 15,000 miles. Could not get the cruise control to work. Dealer just informed me it is going to need a module costing over 17,000 , plus 300.00 labor. Seems this part should last longer than 15.000 miles.

Whoever designed my 2919 Buick Encore was the best of the best. My wife and I love this car so much. I’v had a lot of cars over the years this one is the best. It is a great car and I love driving it.

The battery finally crapped out and turned out the alternator was the cause. Despite them having a full schedule, they managed to work me in without notice. The part had to be ordered and my car will not be ready until tomorrow. They were unable to provide me with a loaner car or rental as they had none left. But that did not stop them from making sure me and my family were taken care of. I had to pick my bonus daughter up from daycare in Sugar Hill and I live here in Flowery Branch. They had their shuttle service take me all the way to the daycare-scoop up my little one and then drive us both all the way home in FB. Because of their above and beyond customer service I never felt stranded-even though I could have very much been totally SOL. They could have left my travel arrangements up to me and picking up a child from daycare in another area could have been a “me” problem that they could have left me to deal with myself. But no, they made sure me and my family was taken care of. I know dealerships charge more and maybe get some extra profit in comparison. But without a doubt, I have experienced ‘out of this world’ customer service with that particular dealership If you have a Honda, I would absolutely recommend them. All that said… I have also been to the Milton Martin Honda in Gainesville and had a polar opposite experience. Not gonna trash talk them. But just WOW and kudos to Mall of Ga Honda!! 💜 — at Honda Mall of Georgia. Jim Clizbe has been so helpful! Providing patience and exceptional customer service! I bought it used in February 2024.In the time that I have owned it I have had no issues whatsoever and it has had all the required maintenance. It currently has between 77000 and 78000 miles. I am the 3rd owner and as long as the proper maintenance is done it is a very reliable vehicle.

Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Nimble handling even in the mountains and plenty of power! 5 Stars Ford!!

Service was on time and I discussed service needs with advisor,he was helpful and got my car done quickly. I requested nitrogen fill in tires but I noticed the tire caps were not changed when I got home. I sent email asking about green caps but no response.

Recently purchased the 2020 Macan GTS, so still in 'honeymoon' phase. That said, no issues to report. Pretty amazing how the vehicle can change personalities. Can be Dr. Jeckyl - smooth, quiet, refined touring car. Click a few buttons and its Mr. Hyde - growling, fast, quick steering tall hatchback that is ready for twisting roads or highway blast. Not encountered a vehicle that does this touring/sport change as well. Another standout for the 2020 is ability to go 'old school' buttons/analog - or modern digital interfaces. Like all the buttons, once you get to know them. Quick and less distraction from road. Rear seat is snug for anyone over 6 foot. Chose this over the Audi SQ5 - but it was a close contest. GTS wins on driving dynamics, but SQ5 is a wonderful luxury experience. Hard to resist the Porsche once you drive it. Does the luxury part pretty darn well too. Wow.

Drove this '22 Rav4 throughout the US SW for over 3000 miles in 2 weeks without any problems and averaged 30+ mpg. Went through CO, UT, NV, CA, AZ, NM. Pleasant to drive and certainly comfortable enough. I have no complaints at the moment, and it doesn't have the CVT!

I drove a durango GT for 300 miles its not bad the 3.6 V6 is plenty powerful and 30mpg but no hemi theatre. Interior is xxxx near luxurious and the ride is very good. A lot of reliability issues seem to stem from going long on oil changes and driving the car like it's a rental car aka the average dodge driver. If you keep up on the maintenance, this is a genuinely enjoyable car that does almost everything decently well.

I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

I was looking for a Mustang Mach-E and found the one I wanted at Loganville. I took my checkbook and title of my trade-in and drove the one hour trip to Loganville Ford. The niceness of the facility was exceeded only by everyone who was ready to assist me. After a brief negotiation we reached a level agreeable to both of us. I am pleased with the result, and the Mustang Mach-E GT I drove home....my first electric vehicle. I am very pleased with such an exceptional car, a pleasure to drive. Good handling/riding and whisper quiet with WOW acceleration. With all wheel drive, I think it will take my Mustang Shelby GT500 just off the line. I've had this vehicle limited fwd edition over a year now and it's still awesome as the first day I bought it. Smoother ride and quieter ride than the Honda CRV or the Toyota RAV4. I love that it has GDI and multiport injection which the competition does not. I also love that it has a regular transmission and not a CVT. This vehicle comes with all the luxuries my old Cadillacs had plus a lot more features. This car has plenty of pick up and go. You just have to learn to push down on the accelerator not punch it. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the small SUV class. Cause believe me I test drove them all, and this was by far the quietest smoothest ride and most comfortable car that I test drove.

Lance and Nathan absolutely nothing but first class and professional. I had only spoken with them over the phone and hadn't even seen or driven the truck nor they my trade. When I arrived, my new truck was detailed, they had already installed a spray-in bedliner, tinted the windows, and filled the gas tank. It was sitting in front of the showroom under the awning waiting for me. Lance had his Used Car Manager drive my trade and I was out of there with the price we had agreed to on the phone days earlier. It took all of 45 minutes, if it took that. First class and professional. BTW...My sister is purchasing a vehicle from Lance and Nathan on Saturday. Thanks guys!

After almost 180,000 trouble-free miles with our 2015 Pilot and an excellent Honda dealer near by, we really didn’t look hard at anything but another Pilot when it was time for a new car. Our EXL, purchased in March 2024, just turned 20,000 miles. We have had no issues with it, and the trip computer says we have averaged 27.1 mpg over the last 5500 miles. That is about 4.5 mpg better than the 2015. The good: It is extremely roomy and comfortable, even the third-row seats. We are very pleased with the fuel economy for a vehicle of this size. The headlights are the best we’ve had on any vehicle. I really like the rugged looks, especially compared the the previous generation. It’s great on snowy and slippery surfaces. The not-as-good: This is my first vehicle with all the modern safety aids. I find the lane-departure system annoying, especially in construction zones. The first time I backed out of the garage with bikes on a hitch-mounted carrier, the car automatically slammed on the brakes so hard I thought I ran into something. (Pro tip: Use tow mode when hauling bikes.) I don’t use the adaptive cruise control because it starts matching the speed of the vehicle ahead long before I would normally change lanes to pass, even with the system adjusted accordingly. However, I can’t see that future vehicles will have FEWER of these features, so I suppose I will just have to get used to them.
