Single owner serviced regularly. 118,000 miles. Does great in winter snow, and for long rides in the summer. Mine is a 2005 EX 4WD Automatic with a Bose stereo system. I suspect I will keep this car until 2030, at the 25 year mark in age. Enjoy this reliable car, my kids say I am never allowed to sell it. To many memories, from their first ride home from the hospital to graduation.

As I read, don't buy unless you can work on it. Plenty of things broke, but the parts are cheap if you can work on it. All four interior door handles broken, but all four replacements were $40, I put them in. Starter motor bad, $160 and very difficult to install, but did it. Exhaust manifold to engine gasket bad. $20 and very difficult to install. Rubber gators over CV joints, cheap, but very hard to install. Advice: watch Youtube video's, take your time, and don't get aggravated, I told you its difficult...Plus all the plastic fasteners and parts are dry and brittle after 17 years.

Bought one for my son for college. Had 108K, now as 190K. Can't complaint. Safe, reliable and very comfortable. Did have to replace the oil cooler assembly, but that's a given on a 3.6. Other than that, tires, brake pads, the usual. It's been a winner.

We had our 2013 Ford edge for many years had zero problems with it until a stupid driver parked next to my husband and totaled the car. He wasn’t even in the car but until then it never gave us any trouble. We decided we would buy another ford edge which is a 2018 and beautiful. Hopefully we’ll have the same luck with this one.

Amazing SUV! I love it... 285K miles and going strong. 2 teenagers have learned to drive on it and it's now 20 years old. Bought it new off the let and never regretted it. Only the paint is starting to fail on the hood. Even took it to the Middle East for two years on a move there. Still gets decent mileage if I drive it carefully. Truly awesome and looking to buy an older 4runner like it for my kids as they head off to college.

Super nice staff. And they seem to care and not trying to rip you off. Mr. Starr the owner sold me my truck. He trusted me to take it out out for a test drive by myself; that was impressive. Bought my 2013 edge limited in 2014 new. Have replaced the catilitic converter but no problems at all. Has 106k miles. Everything works perfectly. Thought about getting a new car but it runs so well. Get 21 mph average. Put Lucas gas treatment in both of my Fords and all well and good. Have 3.5 liter. It’s very fast when needed.

I own a 2000 ZR2 Blazer 4.3 auto w/auto 4x4. So far, it's been a great rig. Solid. Nice to look at. A bit underpowered, but fine for me. Mine has 119k original miles and has been very well cared for. Gas mileage isn't great compared to newer rigs, but fine for me as I don't put a ton of miles on. It's very comfortable in the front and rear. The original Bose stereo system is surprisingly loud and clear with all the factory speakers still working fine. If you are looking for a fun, comfortable, solid rig, you can't beat it!

Reviewed in 2025. I bought this 2010 in 2013 and mileage is now almost 250k with only a few wear and tear issues AFTER 200k miles! (starter, master cylinder and TPMS sensors, all lasted much longer than they are predicted to last). I read several issues about acceleration, but this is a limited therefor it has a V6 and I never have issues with acceleration (0-60 in a little over 7 seconds). The backup camera is in the mirror which is small but I like that hidden feature... I also like the proximity sensor beeping. This SUV has been great for commuting or long trips, always reliable and fun to drive.

In 2019, I rode my bicycle to a dealer with A '09 Sportage LX, 5-speed stick for sale. I hadn't owned a vehicle in the ten years prior. I'm a decent shade-tree mechanic, and all I hoped for, was to be driving it when it was paid for. At this writing, it is mine, and riding on a new set of Goodyears. The repairs needed were typical, and I will enjoy it until it falls apart.

You don't take the car with you, the car brings you, you sit in the chair, not on it. First two gears are short, which confuse people behind you, expecting to be faster away at traffic lights. But from 3rd gear on it just goes. Its like sailing a ship, tiny bit waggly but smooooooth. I own a D5, it's my second home.

I bought my Subaru in 2023 because it only had 60,000 miles on the OD. It's the minimal 2.5X model, but I couldn't pass up the car at such a low price. After driving it for over a year, I put only 6000 miles on it. I took it to the Subaru dealer for NY state inspection, and had the brakes replaced, and paid for the 60000 mi Subaru recommended service. I love this car, especially since I can connect my iPod to the blue tooth and play my music library. It is a bit noisy on the highway, but it's not the luxury model, so that's expected. The Subaru dealer said everything on the car was real solid. So far it has been very dependable, and easy to drive in the snow. It has no leaks, no dents, no squeaks, no problems. I've owned and driven 8 Subaru's over the past 40 years, and I'm hoping to keep my 2013 model and drive it for at least another 10 years.

I looked at alot of suv's! As a mechanic they needed to meet a higher standard. In the price bracket there were only two suv's that I would consider. So I own a Mazda cx-9 Grand touring,it was the best bang for the buck in my opinion for price reliability and comfort. Bought it with .6 miles on it ,it now has 51247 So yes I've had a few issues since new the pass side window motor broke, the blower motor broke and the alt broke 3 times ! So the first two problems I understand and we're cheap to fix the alt was replaced under warranty twice and once by me out of warranty. Living in fl. There's runs of deep puddles and alt is low . I now have a life time warranty on the alt and haven't had a issue since! So I've talked with a few of the mechanic s at the dealership and the main company to start a recall /service bulletin witch would make the dealership install a splash shield by alt so maybe if your reading this the problem has been fix there 2016 models have a splash shield already so if your looking at a newer one your good to go ! I would suggest this suv to everyone . One downfall is the technology in it is older it works great but primitive compared to other suv's of the year I myself preferred this stuff it's easier to us compared to the complected newer ones .

It is a luxurious and stylish car and very sturdy and safe, one feels safe and proud in it, a very powerful engine and good acceleration

I purchased my 2013 Kia Sorento LX fwd (3.5L V6 engine non GDI) used with 36,000mi. It now has 167,000mi. (mix of city and 1000+mi road trips). It's had very few issues, and it's still running strong. The 3.5 engine seems very durable. I change the oil and use only high quality full synthetic oil and filter. The few minor issues include limited life for front turn signal/head light bulbs, slightly stiff suspension, and easily stained fabric seats. The suspension and steering seem pretty durable as well. I only use Michelin Defender tires, and I've gotten 95,000mi out of them. It's never needed an alignment.

I bought a 2023 Hyundai Sante Fe. I had it delivered to me in North Carolina. I took the car on the road to Virginia 2 hours after I received it. Beautiful car! Excellent handling on the road. We traded our 2012Optima because of a brake issue the dealership couldn't find. I could've scanned the ABS myself but it was under warranty, so after MANY times to that dealership we switched to another and decided to trade it in and get a 2012 Sorento. The salesman assured us the CARFAX said the car was seviced including all the major components and specifically said,Engine, Transmission and complete driveline,within the 1st month we had oil consumption issues which was diagnosed as a bad engine after being stranded with it,we also had complained about the transmission having issues with it on a few occasions to the dealership now we're getting close to our 10 year warranty period and I'm worried that we'll be stuck with the bill. Our dealership now are awesome they do whatever they can to do right by us. So maybe I'm being paranoid but a couple thousand $$$ isn't something we can afford. We want to keep it if all is good,and might buy a used Kia again in a couple of months it all depends on what happens here.
