I recently bought a Lexus after crashing mine. My salesman was so nice he was able to navigate me through it all. I felt take care of & made to feel comfortable in my purchase.

My door handle on my hatchback has been repaired and replaced two times and now is gone again. It is a 2017 Wolfsburg and I am not pleased with the cost of 1200. I wouldn’t mind but they are only lasting two years. Ridiculous. Can’ use my hatchback.

Agree with the other reviewers. Great car all around. Best bang for your buck. Until my wife's car I was not familiar with Hyundai. She has a 2015 sonata sport and it was so dependable and nicely equipped that I was sold on the brand when my wife's car hit 130k and she never did anything to it except brakes, new tires, and oil changes.. not to mention that one is still going strong today as well. So anyway... Bought the 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe limited ultimate awd used a year ago with 50k miles on it for similar reasons others seem to have bought one. Dependability, comparable or better features than competitors in its class, not bad on gas mpg, tons of cargo space, great tow capacity, pano sunroof, heated and cooling seats, standard plug in trunk, second row captains seats that recline and move forward and back oh not to mention are heated, heated steering wheel, great v6 power house, privacy shades in second row, nice touch screen, awesome 10 speaker audio system with subwoofer, high intensity headlights, oh and a limited slip rear locking differential that is on vehicles like the new genesis suv or my ram 1500, both are around $50kish new with those options. The only thing I wish it had which my one year older 2015 ram 1500 Laramie longhorn has is front sensors for parking and led lit side door storage areas but that truck was $10-15k more brand new than the Santa Fe was new... So moral of the story, pretty impressive Hyundai.

We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

Bought my 2015 last fall looks great drives great alot of fun . Faster than it looks . Not a extreme cold weather car . Handles great on snowy roads . I'm a bigger guy plenty of room . Would not want to sit behind me . I'd buy another

Ibe had my car for almost 4 years I got it in highschool it is my first was got 2011 BMW X3 228i x-drive had 120k on it when I got it and now was 193k. I had no major issues besides replacing the coolant tank which was a quick fix and one of the gasket covers regular maintenance is just expensive but you know that before you buy. Great first car and super safe and reliable.

Although I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle from STA, I'm happy to have discovered them. Jonathan took care of me right away, and allowed me to fully test the Cayenne GTS that drew me to the dealer. Things to note - This 3rd party dealer specializes in Porsche sales and repairs, that means they have a great inventory of older to newer Porsche's for sale and a full mechanic shop on site. So why not 5 stars overall? Well, unfortunately the GTS they had wasn't in the best shape and clearly needed some TLC before being shown for sale (car parts in the trunk, battery dead, ash tray stuck open). Now this could have been due to bad timing on my part but still - if you are going to specialize in Porsche sales and charge at the higher end of the cars value then the cars on the lot need to exude the German values the brand is known for. That being said I have my eyes on future offerings from this dealer and hope something wows me into a sale next time.

I purchased it used in 2022, it had 76k and now has 96 in 2025. It's 4wd with the 5.7 Hemi in the Overland trim. It hasn't given me any trouble.

I can’t say enough good things about this car!I bought it in 2020 with 45k miles and it was used for two and a half years to get me to school in another town 45-70 miles away, and it kept me safe and performed as good as I could ever ask for. The safety features are the cherry on top and saved me multiple times when merging into other lanes. It has all the bells and whistles- under glow lights, led lights in the front row, Bluetooth connection, and so much more. The car is spacious and has allowed me to drive with multiple people In the car comfortably. The back trunk contains so much space even with the third row seats up. The only issue I have ever had with this vehicle is around 100k miles, the gear shift locked. However, this never affected me and this is something that never needs to be fixed if it doesn’t drive you crazy, and the solution of depressing the gear lock to unlock it while you drive is a simple fix. Overall, this car has been very reliable even at over 110k miles and gives a luxury feel in an affordable vehicle. My favorite car. STOP THE KIA SLANDER!!

2015 Countryman S.Very reliable; bought from Bergstrom. Steering problem when turning on bumpy roads.New models (after 2017) are better; but I don’t know about reliability.Have fun!

Bought this model in 2014 brand new, it's 10 years later, at 100K miles, still runs like new , only items done are maintenance so far.Tires, brakes, battery, wipers, etc. Has never been in the shop for anything else. Period.

Such an amazing dealership! Found the car I wanted on Car.com and went to go check it out. Made a 2pm appointment with Zora for inspection and test drive. Upon pulling up to the dealership we noticed that there was no lot. All the cars are kept inside. I thought that was great because it keeps the cars clean and protected. We saw the Audi A4 that we were interested in and man was it clean. It was a 2008 with only 70k miles on and it was immaculate. We inspected the car and Zora just let us do our thing. He didn't hover over us like some other dealers. He left is alone and just popped in every now and again to see how we're doing. Zora let my wife and I take the car for a test drive while he stayed at the dealership. After the test drive we fell in love with the car. We worked out an amazing deal!!! Zora was willing to listen to our offer and we came up with the right numbers. This entire time we felt absolutely no pressure. Zora was attentive, patient and professional. A day later an oil sensor warning light came on. I called Zora and even though the car was sold as is with no warranty he told us to bring the car back and he would take care of it. He brought it to a certified mechanic and replaced the part with a genuine OEM Audi sensor free of charge. Problem solved. I mean who does that. Soooo fun to drive a vehicle this size with all wheel drive and over 500hp. 0-60 in 4.0 sec. Super luxury and comfort. Great cornering for such a tall vehicle. Comfortable for families. Can tow more than most full size trucks and xlarge suvs.

I have owned my 2017 Forester since late 2016. Except for normal maintenance I've had no problems with thr vehicle. All of the warning systems work very well,they have saved me from accidents numerous times. The automatic seat repositioning when some one else has used my is really handy eliminates all the adjusting needed to get the position back to my needs. Traction and controll during winter and bad weather are excellent. My forrester get used like a truck at times. Great overall car.

Bought 2016 used with 55k on it 3 years ago. When first purchased had transmission torque converter issue but got transmission replaced under warranty through dealer and has been amazing car since with no issues. Pretty sharp looking inside and out wish wasn’t so mini van shaped but honestly that’s how we use it. Kids love the DVD player. Definitely happy overall.

Love our gently used 2015 Volvo XC60 T6 Turbo wagon. 130k miles on it and we have only had to replace the alternator and battery. Does not burn oil, does not leak oil. Has been a very reliable car. If you do the maintenance and change the oil every 5 thousand miles it will last a long time. Regular oil changes are very important as with any car. Most people don’t do this. The 6 cylinder is one the best engines they have made. Timing chain will last a long time as long as you put new clean oil in the engine every 5k miles. No transmission problems and no differential problems for us. No one likes to spend $2,000 for the 90k service but it’s a big one. Important preventative maintenance will take this car to 200,000 miles. Read the owners manual and follow the service schedule.

I just bought a car from Phat's Auto Group about a month ago, it was my first time buying a car. I was looking for a used Toyota SUV and found a Highlander there. Bought the RX with 130,000 miles on it and put on only 11,000 miles in the year. It's the, 'wife's' car. We use it a lot on the weekends. Had to replace the rear shocks which really improved an already smooth ride. A spouse complaint is that there is no where to put your sunglasses like you can on the ES. My RX is a 2012 so we do not have a heated steering wheel. Wish we did. Overall, we love the car, and will probably look for another used Lexus!! Smooth ride!
