I initially leased my Grand Cherokee Limited but ended up buying it outright at lease end. It has been an awesome vehicle for the 6 years I've had it. I have only had two minor things that have needed work, one was AC needed more coolant and leaking rear strut which must be a fairly common issue as my mom's Durango has had the same problem. Super comfortable ride and plenty of room. My only beef is the halogen factory lights are horrendous but swapping the bulbs out for LED made a big difference for under $200. I normally don't keep a vehicle for longer than 2 years, but after 6 I love this vehicle just as much today as did the day I ordered it!

I set up an appointment on line then the salesman said he would have it ready outside. Our appointment was 3 days out. When we got there the car handnot been processed yet It needed work done and it was dirty. We test drove it and liked the car and the price. Also when we got there the cost of the car had gone up a couple of hundred dollars. Because I copied what we saw on line and our preapproval they gave up the price we first saw. That was nice. The car needed some work done on it and they did it for no cost to us. It took over a week and a couple of phone calls. We now have the car we expected to bring home the day we got it.

I have an 06. So-called worst year. 172k miles. Absolutely no problems. Had it for 6 years. No leaks. Engine does idle kinda rough but not a problem. Replaced one coil. Misfire. #3. The thing will go anywhere. Been in some deep beach sand. No prob. I don't really like the back door. Would rather it lift up like other SUVs. But ? So what. Got the yellow one ! Cool ! Paint is like brand new. Actually, I have no intention of getting rid of it. Does everything I wanted it to do.

The 2019 Grand Cherokee Limited was the Jeep I had my eye on for a while. I've owned a 2012 Laredo X, and a 2018 Limited Anniversary/Heritage Edition. I was specifically looking for Limited trim without the 20" rims, although, I love the look of the Altitude versions, I just didn't really care/want to deal with less side-wall, nicer-looking rims. I avoided the Overland and Trailhawk because of the air-suspension. Overall the interior is fine, it's comfortable and familiar for me, since I've owned them before, but that's also the only issue/complaint I would have. The interior is updated from the 2012, however, basically it's a very light update, U-Connect, Gauges, Shifter, and possibly a few other items here and there. But essentially, the dashboard is the same dashboard I've seen since 2012. While owning the previous (2) I never experienced any mechanical issues that left me stranded. One had a weird issue with blowing lights in the tailgate, but it would just randomly decide to burn out, replace one it would blow another. No other major issues. The 2019 leather on the steering wheel feels smooth and buttery like they always have. The suspension feels great, still solid and tight. Brakes are strong and grippy, pedal feel is nice and firm. So far I'm super satisfied with this Jeep, I got the perfect combination of all the features I wanted, Memory Seats, Sunroof, power trunk, heated-seats and wheel. Not sure if I'd be willing to sell this one and get a newer model, but, I'd possibly get another WK2.

The countryman is the perfect compromise for those who want a Mini and still want a workable amount of interior space. The gas mileage is insanely good, it's fun to drive, and you will be running laps past everyone at the stoplights because of how zippy it is. Parking is also never an issue, always lots of space, and easy to maneuver. My only two complaints are that maintenance tends to be expensive (when you factor in the gas savings though, I'd say it pays for itself) and the engine is weak. If you load even just a couple hundred pounds of passengers and cargo into it, it can drive for maybe an hour or so before the engine light kicks on and begs for mercy. I've never had this result in an actual issue that caused a breakdown or required us to pull over, and maintenance confirmed that there are no larger issues with my engine in particular. Turns out that it just limits its own engine power whenever it's struggling. But it is a bit annoying, especially on longer trips.

Just be aware that if you buy a white one that Hyundai had a problem with the paint just flaking off. On the roof of my car which is white, I have big strands and strips of paint coming off and the car only has 20,000 miles. They covered it under warranty for 10 years but it's just a hassle.

A few months ago, we purchased a vehicle from Newway Ford. A couple of weeks ago, an issue arose that we felt Newway should be made aware of. I?m not going into specifics here because it would get too lengthy. After explaining the problem, they reviewed some documentation, and took care of the issue. No argument, no raised voices, no excuses. Just took care of it. These people are top notch individuals. Not only was the service was superb, the deal we got was great. Very competitive!

I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

I have a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe 2.5 turbo. I have driven this vehicle for 22500 miles with absolutely no problems rides great and gets 30 plus miles per gallon highway

This 2021 Nissan Rogue SL is a great car. It is very comfortable and loaded with features. I am very pleased with fuel efficiency. There has been no problems to report since I bought this car.

I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.

I just love everything about my 2021 80th anniversary edition G/C! I purchased new but now has 81000km. So much enjoy all the style comfort with no issues. So much more reliable and better looking than the new body style that was released later in 2021.

So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

I'm not someone who writes a lot of reviews. However, I recently bought a Lincoln MKZ from Willis at the Waukee location and the experience was incredible. The sales team, including Brian and Matt helped provide me with a great price including everything I was looking for. They were upfront and honest about everything and went way out of their way to make sure all of my needs were met. At no time did I feel pressured to make a deal but rather Brian and Matt found a way to make the deal work in my favor and I could not ask for much more than that. So I bought a ‘21 Outback premium with 30k miles and have already put 6K more on it. Here is my honest review: if you want a fast car don’t get the 2.5 non turbo- that being said it is adequate for myself and get great gas mileage. The interior is good- I have the spec with cloth heated seats and they are comfortable and the cabin feels nice- has some cheap parts but I knew what I was buying. The infotainment is frustrating at times- auto start stop is a pain in the butt- but the infotainment itself isn’t bad with good sound and good responsiveness. The apple CarPlay will lag and be finicky at times but nothing terrible. As for drive quality it is a smooth ride and I don’t have any real complaints yet. Like I had mentioned if you want a car that is going to be fast- this engine and transmission will not do that for you. Overall I am happy so far with my purchase and feel as though I made a sensible decision when choosing this over some of its competition (I was looking at the VW Tiguan and and Mazda cx5)

This was my first time buying a vehicle from a dealership. I went in to look at a truck that had a recall so it could not be purchased at that time. After discussing my requirements for a new/used vehicle with Brad Harrison (sales man) we found a truck that had just come in that I liked. When shopping for our Santa Fe, we looked at many different models brands and sizes some smaller some larger and felt very comfortable with the size of this vehicle. The interior is beautiful and lacks the big TV screen that many of the SUVs have that I didn’t care for. After driving it, I was impressed with its cornering handling breaking an overall driving position. I now have 15,000 miles on it and I’m totally impressed with its comfort and all of the safety features. Some of the smaller SUVs we drove were noisy, and I felt every bump on the road, some of the larger SUVs were just too big. I was impressed with how quiet this car was and how it smoothed out lot of the rough roads that we have here in California. We have the SEL model with a 2.5 L turbo charged engine that has plenty of power and decent fuel economy. I get over 30 miles per gallon on the highway and 25 miles per gallon in town. This is an amazing vehicle that drove nicer both in town and freeway than many other SUVs costing thousand more.

Dan Beneventi, Great Salesman, he listened to me and helped me with my questions and made sure I got what I wanted. No pressure tactics. That alone had me sold on buying a vehicle from him. Dan also was great with communicating with me as I didn't leave with the vehicle that day. I had to go back the following Saturday to get it. 2017 GC Limited 4WD. Bought it 3 years ago with 53k miles and now approaching 108k miles. When we bought it, we went to fill the tank for the first time and the gas pump kept shutting off. Turns out there was a known issue with the fuel filler neck assembly. The selling dealer replaced it under warranty and we literally didn't have another issue until 100k miles. At 100k miles took it in for new spark plugs, which is normal maintenance, and found the radiator leaking. The new radiator was not cheap. Have not had any other issues, just replaced the factory original brakes, they made it almost to 108k! We live in Minnesota and this vehicle is an absolute beast in the snow. Put it in snow mode and it is very stable and feels unstoppable. It is a comfortable long distance cruiser and gets decent mileage on the highway, between 24-27mpg. The UConnect system is very easy to use, and the nav is pretty good, but the whole system operates quite slowly. That's a minor complaint I think. Overall we are pretty happy with our WK2.

I want to thank the service department for their help on Saturday 8/11. I was traveling from Ames to Council Bluffs with 2 dogs and started having car problems. The service staff worked me in and were able to get my car back on the road. They didn’t charge me anything for their time and let my dogs stay with me in the waiting area. I’m very grateful for their help.

I have a 2018 Edge Titiaum with just over 15,000 miles. Could not get the cruise control to work. Dealer just informed me it is going to need a module costing over 17,000 , plus 300.00 labor. Seems this part should last longer than 15.000 miles.

The facilities are beautiful and clean. Everyone was very friendly. They had complimentary drinks and snacks. Quick and seamless delivery. I would definitely do business again with Toyota of Des Moines!

All I’ve owned are Corollas. I love the safety sense in the vehicle, and they also offer a 20 year warranty on newer vehicles. I’ve gotten tire rotations and oil changes through their service department. They are fast, efficient, and don’t give you the run around. They even send you live updates of your car while it’s being maintenanced. Brandon McClatchey filled out all of my paperwork, and it was ready for me when I picked up my new car. Very friendly, and was happy to answer any questions I had. Overall, I will not buy from any other place besides Toyota of Des Moines. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Do your homework and research the vehicle of your choice. I bought the escape used in 2024. So far, no recalls and it was a great buy, and I love it. I have the 2.0 turbo 240 horsepower. I use premium gas, full synthetic oil and change the transmission fluid every 30 thousand miles. I also read that once you get to your destination, let the car idle for 10 seconds so the turbo has time to rid any excess output.

Overall I appreciate the service given when I take my car in for maintenance .The waiting room is fairly comfortable with a vending machine nearby.
