Handles good. Wins safety awards, hope we never test that. We do like our 2015 better. My wife's sister's Tribeca kept them alive but was totaled. Can't seem to get the mileage it said on the sticker.

I've owned a 2011 Subaru Forester for years and it has been supremely dependable through northern Michigan weather. Super cold to humid and muggy, it's been a comfortable, reliable ride throughout.

We have had this car for 10 years and put 168,000 miles on it. Uses zero oil, leaks no where, and runs like the day we bought it. The only downfall is the ride. It is a little harsh on rough roads. I do all my own maintenance and the only things (other than the obvious pads, rotors, plugs, ect.), I have replaced are the A/c compressor, brake master cylinder, starter, and a steering pump. We live in Michigan and the body has held up very well considering the salt. The engine and transmission have preformed flawlessly. At this point, I've determined the car will likely live longer than me lol.

The customer service was pretty good, and the prices were fair. They were willing to negotiate. If I wanted to view a car someone would escort me or at least point me in the right direction

My wife purchased a 2005 2.7 V6 Santa Fe new. I do most of the maintenance, brakes, oil and filter. I change oil every 3000 miles and transmission drain and fill once a year. One radiator with antifreeze and hoses. A couple of 02 sensors. She has 257,000 miles and it runs good.

I bought this used 2012 Mitsubishi Outlander SE in 2014 with about 23,000 miles on it. All 8 years that I’ve had it, with the odometer now at just over 100,000 miles, the only things I had done on it is put in a new set of tires twice and and brake pads replacement/service twice. It has never broken down on me, or required any repair whatsoever in all the 8 years and more than 80,000 miles that I have had it. The on-demand 4-wheel drive feature works great in the snow. It does not have the most powerful engine, but is more than adequate for everyday commuting and has proven to be extremely reliable and sturdy. The brand may not rank well against the more acclaimed ones, but I think I got the year model that turned out to be a gem of a pick. I have owned 3 Toyotas, 2 Hondas, 1 Hyundai, 1 Mazda and 1 Chrysler, and I can rank this Mitsubishi along with the Honda as my best ever in reliability, durability and value.

This is a follow up review, I did have to change the head gaskets out on my 2010 forester. I've seen this is common, once again, the work is able to be done by a DIY mechanic. Since 2020 Ive had to change the ignition coil, spark plug wires, head gaskets in February of 2024, and also the crankshaft position sensor. The car had 165,000 miles when the head gaskets needed changed. So far it has 173,000 miles and still runs well. Also changed were the clutch and throwout beairng, and another timing belt change. It still runs very well, the exhaust is getting rusty and have had to fix that, overall its been a good car. I've owned it for 12 years and the ability to work on it yourself is what I really like about it, it isn't fast, but its quite utilitarian and my dog loves it as well. So if you don't mind working on your own stuff its one of the easiest cars to work on with the way the engine is oriented in the longitudinal position. I've always changed the oil every 4-5000 miles since I've had it, the heads and valves were completely clean. I'd say if one keeps up the servicing on these they are good vehicles to own. Not looking forward to when it blows, they don't make plain cars like this now adays.

Bought one for my son for college. Had 108K, now as 190K. Can't complaint. Safe, reliable and very comfortable. Did have to replace the oil cooler assembly, but that's a given on a 3.6. Other than that, tires, brake pads, the usual. It's been a winner.

I have owned my 2009 Rogue since 2011. I love this car, fits my short 4'11" frame so well. Have had minor issues besides the transmission which was covered under their warrantee. Wouldbuy again.

I am 1st owner in my 2008 bmw x3 , I have 110,XXX. This car has been so reliable that I will not get rid of it, I mean why? Besides Wear n tear, ive replaced the alternator and coolant. The key is to buy the bmw brand and a mechanic who knows how to work on it. Before this car I had a 94' 318i in 1998-2007 that finally gave out at 220,xxx. Had I known the mechanic I have now, probably would've lasted longer.

We had our 2013 Ford edge for many years had zero problems with it until a stupid driver parked next to my husband and totaled the car. He wasn’t even in the car but until then it never gave us any trouble. We decided we would buy another ford edge which is a 2018 and beautiful. Hopefully we’ll have the same luck with this one.

I had a great experience at Car City. I received my tax return money and I have been waiting to buy a car with it. I received it the other day and first went to a big dealership. They were not very friendly, that’s all I will say. So I left and went to Car City because of all the great reviews and their selection of cars. I was greeted at the door by Doc and he really gave me the red carpet treatment. Sounds funny to write, but that’s how I felt. Car City did not care about my credit. They were willing to help me no matter what my situation was. Doc found me a Charger that they just got in and was not even online yet. Now have 110,000 miles on vehicle and had to pay out 1800 on some mechanical parts. For the most part my 2014 Jeep Patriot has been pretty good. Great in snow.

I bought my 2011 murano in 2023. It has 134,000 miles on her. I replaced a/c compressor and alternator. About 800 dollars in total. Normal for a car that's older. But other than that smooth ride inside is comfy. Lots of extras. Paint is a,little sensitive. But very reliable.

I still wanted a car because I commute to work sometimes platinum auto made this process so easy and I will recommend my friends to look at the inventory if they are shopping for a great core. 2011 and 179,000 miles still running strong. Main repairs, some under warranty Expect your power steering pump to leak. Fixed 2x. 2nd time had to pay to replace new p. steering pump and rack assembly. $1200. Water pump leaked, needed replacing at 80k. $500 Valve cover gaskets leak. Engine runs strong, up to 21mpg highway. Transmission is smooth. Replaced all struts and shocks myself at 120k. ,$400 for all fr Amazon. Replaced all rotors and pads 2x in 179,000. Did myself at home. Rotors are $50 each doe AC Delco Silver ( Made in China) Pads are $60 for all 4 ceramic pads. YouTube has tons of videos on how to do brakes. Tuned up myself with Iridium plugs. Need a special spark plug wrench. Plugs are deep inside engine. Replaced all 6 spark coils myself for $80. Total tune-up with air & pcv filter less than $200. Interior still looks great. Most comfortable seats I've had. Exterior tricoat white pearl paint still glistening. Cooper tires last 75k on this car. Goodyear Fortrera stock tires noisy after 20k. Blowout at 30k. Auto VSC auto stabilze worked perfect. Keep car straight after blowout at 75moh.

This is probably one of the best vehicles that I ever owned taking it to North Carolina twice from Long Island New York and it was an amazing trip great gas mileage for an SUV quiet comfortable my only complaint is that you can't change the stereo head unit other than that this is a perfect vehicle
