We wanted to trade in our 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport GT in on something larger, and we already have a 2024 Outlander SEL that we purchased from White Bear Mitsubishi. Even though our car was in great condition, with only 21,000 miles, all of the dealerships gave us a low trade-in offer, (Toyota, Mazda, etc.) Carmax gave us a low offer to purchase. My wife posted the car on Marketplace. Angel Alvarado, (Used Car Manager at White Bear Mitsubishi), reached out to us with an interest to purchase. I was very disappointed to discover that after paying the exorbitant markup of almost $10,000.00, that there is no power button in the car or on the key fob to open the rear hatch. I was also shocked that the front passenger seat does not have power controls, you have to reach under the seat to manually pull it forward or back. While I understand the safety feature to not accidentally lock a child in the car, I was unable to lock my car while trying to sleep in the back while camping. I'm hoping this won't be an issue in the future, but I had to have an alignment after only 12,000 miles and since I'm the only driver, I can assure you that I've never hit a pot hole or anything else that should have caused this. I do find the car comfortable to ride in and I like the safety features that alert you when trying to change lanes or if an object is behind you.

This was my third time working with Polar Mazda. Each visit has been excellent. On this last visit I worked with "Moose" Mustaphe. Last November I drove my 2018 Outback Premium (which I loved) to the local dealer to test drive a 2025 Limited XT and get the complimentary $50 Visa card they were promoting at the time, and ended up driving back in the new XT. Following are my impressions after 10 months of ownership. We're big fans of Subaru's safety tech. My wife's car is a 2023 Forester, and the Reverse Automatic Braking has saved her from at least one accident. Her previous car was a 2021 Hyundai Tucson, and its reverse sensors seemed like they never worked. If safety is a priority, you won't find many manufacturers that beat Subaru (same for their all wheel drive system). The newer generation EyeSight system is superior to the 2018's. I would commonly turn off the Pre-Collision Braking on the 2018 (which was easy with the physical switch unlike the virtual switch accessible only through the head unit on the 2025) since I found it to be oversensitive when I was following someone making a right turn. The 2018 would prematurely brake which I feared could lead to being rear ended. My 2025 does not have the same issue, and while it has given me a blinking/beeping warning in the dash display in similar situations, it has not started actually braking like the 2018. For me, I have found I only get warnings from the car when my driving actually warrants it. The extra power of the 2.4L turbo (XT) was a big selling point, although I feel it's not mated to the CVT as well as the non-turbo 2.5L. There is noticeable throttle lag with the XT which you have to get used to, but man, it really moves after that momentary lag. I never found my 2018 non-turbo to be underpowered, but I definitely love the extra punch of the turbo. One of my biggest hesitancies with the 2025 was all the touchscreen buttons/menus of the head unit, but the joy of driving the car has softened my annoyance. Since I don't feel the need to shut off any safety features, I never have to look for them in the head unit menus. When I start the car, I only turn off the auto start/stop with the dedicated button at the bottom of the screen and wait the usual 20-30 seconds for the head unit to fully boot up giving the turbo/engine time to get lubricated before I put her into drive. I'm a big fan of wireless Android Auto and have found it to be very stable (and much better than the wireless dongles I tried with the 2018). I use the automatic climate control 99% of the time, so I don't miss the physical buttons and knobs in the dash (all I need are temperature up/down which ARE physical buttons). It's a great cruising vehicle with a great ride, and I look forward to packing the family inside for extended road trips. I'm happy we have the last year of the "wagon" generation of Outbacks and plan to keep it for many enjoyable miles.

My wife and I attended the Auto Show a few weeks ago and decided our next vehicle would be the CX9, Walser Mazda had the exterior/interior color and trim level we wanted. We met with Blake Erickson who had excellent knowledge of the CX9 and answered all of my wifes questions about the CX9 and its technology. Blake was a pleasure to work with. Blake and his team were easy to do business with.

Just be aware that if you buy a white one that Hyundai had a problem with the paint just flaking off. On the roof of my car which is white, I have big strands and strips of paint coming off and the car only has 20,000 miles. They covered it under warranty for 10 years but it's just a hassle.

I just helped a very dear senior friend of mine buy a car here, Subaru Outback Limited and explained to the salesman (Dan) that this transaction had to go very smooth without stress as I was out of state so my help was coming both to my friend and the dealership via phone and e-mail. I have to say that not only did they have the perfect car for my friend Cathy, but we were able to do 90% of the transaction prior to Cathy ever getting to the dealership. When Cathy arrived, her new car was all ready, they took in her trade, she signed docks and she was out the door and on her way back home in only about an hour! Cathy said she was treated extremely well by everyone involved at White Bear Lake Subaru and just loves her new car! My review is all positive. Particularly we LOVE the Sound proofing inside the car. Only negative is it is GAS HOG! It is BIG and sometimes I feel bulky. All the features are sometimes difficult to remember how to do what. Navigation system is "goofy" at times claiming it does not have such listing..

Bought it used in May 2022. It's a 2016 Buick Enclave awd Tucson Edition (displayed as leather). It's a nice car, was around $28,000 from carmax with 70k miles. It's first problem occurred in June 2025 when the ac stopped working, it got fixed. Only major problem was at 105k miles when the transmission had trouble. Reason why was because the dealer said it had the 4,500 lb tow package, but it was missing a crucial part needed to tow. Transmission was fixed, and car still runs fine to this day at 108k miles. 3.6L V6 288 horsepower.

I have purchased three different vehicles from this dealer, and each experience has been great. I never felt pressured to purchase something I did not want. Good selection of vehicles. Robby was great. He is new to this work, he did follow up to make sure eveything is going great with the purchase. I would like to see this dealership work on the service department more, as I had multiple issues getting my vehicles serviced at this location.

I have a 2019 Atlas. This car is amazing and mind you I can't kill it. My car has 188,000 miles on it. The drive is smooth and very reliable. It has the room to fit all 5 of my kiddos perfectly and enough room in the trunk to even fit a wonderfold wagon with all the seats up. I highly recommend if you want a good SUV with a lot of room in it

I have driven my 2025 Buick Enclave Sport Touring almost 9k miles and I am beyond happy with the car. The car is very smooth, comfortable, beautiful and economical. I do both city and freeway driving and so far, my MPG average is over 29 miles, getting about 580+ miles to a tank of gas! My 2025 Enclave drives so much better than the SUV I used to drive that had a V-6 engine and gets over 10 miles more per gallon of gas, on average. I have more than enough room when transporting family members and/or my (3) dogs. Everyone enjoys being a passenger in my Enclave.

I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

If you want a comfortable, stylish, and affordable suv for your family this is the car for you. Makes me feel proud when driving it and holds its own compared to other luxury suvs that cost a lot more. My only complaints are that it’s a gas guzzler and at this price point all models should come with the digital speedometer dashboard and not just the highest trim levels.

So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

Christopher was an excellent sales consultant during a busy year-end with a more complicated sale that required shipping the vehicle out of state to a rather picky buyer (me). Compared to another dealer I contacted this experience was “night and day”. I’d definitely recommend others to consider working with this dealership at least for the sales experience. I particularly enjoyed the fact that Chris found another RSX driver amongst the White Bear employees to perform a brief road test of my eventual car to set my mind at some ease for a real-world experience. They also were fairly cooperative about most of my requests to “seal the deal” (minor touch-up/clean up items). My only suggestions would be to see about hastening the shipping experience if that’s even possible and put a bit more effort into detail of the car before listing for sale - the car had been in their hands for a couple of months and just needed a couple small detail items to make it close to perfect for selling a 20+ year old vehicle (these were the items I had to request at time of negotiation). Nice work overall - just looking forward to the shipper to arrive that will be a great day!

Overall I'm satisfying with the car I have no issue till now the car is running 55,000 mile over, still I don't have any major problem. The space is huge inside that car that is more satisfying even if you sit in the third row and adult person can sit comfortably.

Bought this car as a retired couple to travel in. Lots of room for anything you need to carry while traveling or shopping. Also used to do day road trips with two more couples. Easy for us oldies to get in the second and third row seats, or go on outings with up to 7 people. Love the charging ports for everyone in the car. It has been a very dependable vehicle.
