I purchase my car brand new. Considering the brands history and parts the car is reliable. I get about 300 miles on a fuel tank. The fuel mpg js reasonable for the size of the vehicle. The speed is a plus. I’m able to transport and carry cargo items. One disadvantage is the rear cargo area (smaller) because of the extra battery or engine. However, you can place the seats down to make the space. Transporting people at the full capacity (7) and luggage will not work. It’s quiet and the technology is superb. It’s very spacious in the inside and I’m excited. My local commutes have been well. I’ll have to see how it works on the road with the smaller fuel capacity but the pros outweigh because you get better gas mileage.

It’s really a pretty great car. For the price, the car is quite luxurious and well-made. I had a glitch or two when I first got it, but they were quickly resolved and have had no further problems over my first year of ownership. The car is smooth, quiet, very powerful and quick. I’ve been getting close to 3 miles per kilowatt hour over the long haul using the regenerative braking system. There is a little adjustment to drive an EV over a gas engine car, but the advantages are easily stated such as the smooth power and low maintenance required. The lower range is an issue for long trips, but if you’re not in a real hurry, the stops to charge can be quite pleasant. That said, my wife and I usually use her hybrid Lexus when we go road tripping as it is just more comfortable as it is what we are used to. Kudos to Cadillac for a job well done.

My first Cadillac purchase was a pleasure in 2020 with salesperson Dave Robinson. I have been having my oil changed a few times since then. Renata in the service dept was great and the waiting area is comfortable with workstations, water, coffee, and snacks. They even washed my car. I highly recommend this dealership.

I sat and watched all the YouTube Videos I could find on the Lyriq. I decided on the 2024 Lyriq Luxury 2 because of the select features that It came with or I could add to the vehicle. With a personal check to place an order, I went to my favorite Dealership " Plaza Cadilac in Leesburg, FL. When I arrived to place my order I could see several Lyriq's lined up. The one main Item that I wanted was the 19.2 on-board charging system rather than the 11.5 system. My salesman scoured their inventory and found one with the equipment I wanted but not the color. He found a 2024 Lyriq Luxury 3 with a 19.2 charging system and a whole lot more. One of the main items this time around was the all-glass roof with the power shade. They brought up an all-white vehicle with a beautiful real leather interior and all the bells & whistles that Cadillac is known for. The car is a stunning showpiece in gleaming white paint and just enough chrome to make it stand out without being gaudy. A Vehicle that folks stop and look at in the Church parking lot, The Post Office, or the Grocery Store. At night the vehicle lights up the way around it as it glides along. When you see it, you know it's a Cadillac lyric.

I purchased my car here and only bring it here for service. Its become a second family. You can really tell they care about their employees as everyone you encounter is very pleasant. I will always recommend this dealer to anyone who asks

2018 2.0T AWD with 172k miles on it and it is going STRONG. Bought it used with 31k miles. Zero major issues but I've maintained it religiously, oil and transmission oil changed regularly. Spark plugs and coils had to be switched out at 130k miles but that's expected. Transmission is running strong and still sounds as great as the day I bought it.

They contacted me immediately for an appointment for a test drive. Very polite and professional. I had to cancel due to a snowstorm but rescheduled easily and politely. Two days later I received a call that the car sold. So my experience was strictly with phone calls but Was a very positive impression.

Having owned 1 srx and 2 xt5. Now an xt4, I think it is the most appealing. My loaded sport has all the luxury and safety features. I drive it in sport for kicks, and 2wd for economy. If you don't need cargo space but like the xt5, go for it! Enjoy!

I have a 2021 SEL. No problems thus far with 18,000 miles. The seats are the most comfy of any vehicle I’ve had. It has the fake leather ones. It’s all I need. I average 29 mpg but mostly drive in town.

Have owned a 2021 Rogue Sport for 6 months. I’ve noticed a lot of people commenting on acceleration issues while merging on HWY. unless mine is in eco mode I have no problem merging at HWY speeds.

This Escalade is much better and refined more than the five previous we have owned. We would recommend this as high quality luxury car above others in the price range

Like the look and has plenty of power we have the v6 option The interior is very comfortable with all the bells and whistles you can appreciate. We traded in a Liberty and the ride is so much smoother.

Love this car! This is our 2nd Traverse. My wife loves it. I have 180,000 miles on it and still going strong. We will definitely be looking for our 3rd one. It has the most room of all SUV in its classs. The v-6 has very good power with lots of pickup.

I wanted to purchase a new Hyundai Ioniq Hybrid Plugin Limited. Could not find one in my state of GA. I used Cars.com to look out of state and found the exact car I wanted at Mirak for a good price. Never purchased a car online or out of state and was very nervous and skeptical. All that changed as soon as I talked to Doug and Michael over at Mirak. I was worried that it would take a long time to get the car, but from start to finish it took a little over 3 weeks to get my car. This is pretty fast because from what I've read online the process usualy takes 1 to 3 months. Even more impressive all this was taking place during a big snow storm and of course the pandemic. In my past experience of buying a car it was all so confrontational and drawn out with lots of hidden fees. I always left having buyer remorse. Not this time. I saved $7,000 off MSRP and get a $4,500 federal tax credit. All this while averaging almost 70 mpg in my new 2020 Hyundai Ioniq Hybrid Plugin. As you can tell by my lengthy review I am super satisfied with my car buying experience. Mirak is a car buyers dream. One year and 37,000 miles later, my 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L, purchased from Bill Kay Honda, has exceeded all expectations! I bought this gem with 50,000 miles on the clock, and it's been nothing short of a dream. Dependability is the name of the game here – this car hasn't skipped a beat. Gas mileage has been consistently impressive, making both city commutes and long road trips a breeze. I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. IMO it’s the best bang for the buck on the market. It is loaded with options and is still very affordable. I love this VW and , of course, I highly recommend it.
