I was referred to Edmund from Deals on Wheels a few months ago. Our family has or had at one time or another 7 Subaru’s in the last several years and always look for someone that understands the Outback since they are excellent cars however need service as they age. I asked a salvage yard in Wind Gap where to have my Subaru serviced even though I live about 20 miles away. In my experience Edmund is one of the most competent, honest and reliable mechanics I have ever dealt with. I have already sent customers to him, and never had a negative comment made to me. That said, cars are mechanical and they have problems. Because Edmund will attempt the most affordable repair possible there will be times when that repair uncovers other problems. The real test for me is: then what? It has been my experience that this family owned business stands behind their work. After I purchased my 2006 Outback a few problems needed attention and Edmund stood behind his warranty and most importantly his word that if there were problems he would work with me, which he did. I am very satisfied with this father and son team; they have a strong work ethic and are very honest men! This business gets my absolute unqualified "yes" vote for honesty, competency, and integrity.

I've owned a 2011 Subaru Forester for years and it has been supremely dependable through northern Michigan weather. Super cold to humid and muggy, it's been a comfortable, reliable ride throughout.

I bought my Subaru in 2023 because it only had 60,000 miles on the OD. It's the minimal 2.5X model, but I couldn't pass up the car at such a low price. After driving it for over a year, I put only 6000 miles on it. I took it to the Subaru dealer for NY state inspection, and had the brakes replaced, and paid for the 60000 mi Subaru recommended service. I love this car, especially since I can connect my iPod to the blue tooth and play my music library. It is a bit noisy on the highway, but it's not the luxury model, so that's expected. The Subaru dealer said everything on the car was real solid. So far it has been very dependable, and easy to drive in the snow. It has no leaks, no dents, no squeaks, no problems. I've owned and driven 8 Subaru's over the past 40 years, and I'm hoping to keep my 2013 model and drive it for at least another 10 years.

Great experience. Brought a F-150 at a very fair price with a no pressure sales team. Worked with David primarily and found him to be genuine and honest. He was very up front on issues with the truck. DND Auto will be my first stop when shopping for cars in the future.

Bought new in 2017, then learned Mitsu as a company was not doing well, thought I made a mistake, now, 5 years later have had zero problems, (I kept up on all maintenance), it is THE best value car I have ever owned. (Hondas, Nissans, Subi, Chevy's). 110k and engine is like new. Roomy, simple, enough clearance for dirt roads here, good on gas, and smooth on hwy. I laugh at the bad reviews. They are flat wrong.

Dennis is not only a professional at DND but a co-owner as well. I dealt with him specifically and give him total respect, he went well above and beyond professional when purchasing a really nice 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 with a low mile 5.7L engine from his dealership at DND Auto group. This is my 4th Subaru! I love it. Never any problems. But it only has 24,000 ACTUAL miles on it! Well, its a good car! I'm eyeing a Subaru Ascent. It can pull a small camper and carry 7 passengers!

Michele, and the whole service team, are just great people. Service is not just about 'taking care of' a customer's vehicle. Sometimes that runs over into 'taking care of' the customer. Difficult situations need patience and empathy and people skills. Not everyone has that ability. I know Michele does. And she's so appreciated for it. My husband and I learned the hard way you should always buy and get service from a reputable dealership when purchasing a used vehicle. We got burned, but Kelly Nissan was able to turn a bad situation into a positive one. Thank goodness we choose Kelly Nissan to be our vehicle service provider. Problem Solvers, yes. Nice people, yes. I had a head-on collision with my 2013 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum going 60-65 mph. The entire engine compartment is gnarly; the engine is upside down and backwards, but nothing from under the front hood entered the vehicle. A law enforcement officer told me how surprised he was and said that if I plan to buy another vehicle, I should buy a Nissan Pathfinder because he had never seen so much damage to a vehicle without the driver un-injured.

The guys at WOW Auto really went out of their way to make this deal happen. I came up from King of Prussia area to check out an Audi A3 Etron, which there was a tax rebate of $4k for. Other dealerships would either raise the price of the car by $4k and take the rebate themselves, or just wouldn't deal with it, saying I could get it. But I didn't have enough tax liability to absorb it. Their response was typically just shrugging their shoulders and letting me walk. Josh was awesome in getting this part done. Not only that, but the car had a transmission issue, and a taillight problem, that they were determined to fix before letting me see the car. It took a while to work out, but again, other dealerships would just try and cover things up and pass the buck on to me. Not these guys. So refreshing! After wading through the slime of the used car market for months, and paying $500 to have other cars inspected (2 different cars!) just to have them fail, I can't tell you how much I appreciate the level of trust they helped build with me, and how they were determined to sell me a good car that we'd both be happy with. They also shipped the car down to me, which was a huge help. I would 100% shop for another car with them again!

Now have 110,000 miles on vehicle and had to pay out 1800 on some mechanical parts. For the most part my 2014 Jeep Patriot has been pretty good. Great in snow.

Just a great allround vehicle at an affordable price. Better than the Porsche, cheaper than the porsche. The family love it and the bills are cheap

So far I can’t complain about my car definitely an upgrade from my Acura, enough leg room to be comfortable and the kids fit perfectly without being on each other’s throat on who’s squishing who. I purchased the Compass Latitude and would not look back at another small car.

Great car mines a 2012 and has around 149k miles and is running great barley any issues and it is also the v6 model which is good

10 yrs 142K miles and nothing but pleasure for the money. We bought the 2.4 ltr with the six speed automatic. The two was not and option due to the CVT transmission. Nothing but normal maintenance. Great value at the time and still happy🏁

My only issue is it uses a lot of oil they had a 2008 recall on oil consumption they did not do anything for the 2009 with the same. Uses a quart every 500 miles. Bad lower rings, Toyota knew that in 08.

I am on my 2nd Trail Blazer. 1st was a 2006, now. Loaded 2009 with a cream pearl air factory paint. Also had a 2002 sister Envoy loaded. My only contest fuel and brake lines corroded and had to be replaced. But it came from the north east coast. I wish I could get the same thing newer in the XL long wheelbase and V8. I’d buy one if it existed.

Found main issue and resolved kept vehicle extra day to verify that was the problem but didn?t check the key fobs to make sure they both worked

This is the 2nd XTERA I have owned I wish Nissian still made them. This is by far the best 4wheel drive vehicle in the snow. I have driven thru snow up to the bottom of the doors and handles great all year round

This is the type of place that honestly has good sticker prices…no real need for negotiation. Super helpful, informative and patient. I have a 06 BMW X3 with 204,000 miles and she runs like brand new. Zero issues, no check engine light and I have drove from Erie, PA to Delaware to visit family and around the state of PA in this car and I have to say it's the most reliable vehicle I have ever driven. I got mine financed through a Buy Here, Pay Here. Of course it's expensive to fix because it's a BMW but I have had only 1 issue and that's the muffler which the car lot has taken care of for me. This vehicle is comfortable, beautiful inside and out, spacious, and very reliable. It's a great family car and I have recommended the X3 to many of the friends and family I have. I am so glad I chose this vehicle.
