After moving to Northshore I found myself needing a larger, higher vehicle! I will say with all honesty I absolutely dread buying new cars! As an older lady I feel that I’m a target for an “easy” sale! My daughter recommended Honda of Covington! In all honesty from the moment I sat down with Mr Beck I felt totally at ease and completely comfortable with all parts of the process and everything he presented to me! He was very genuine and gave no pressure at all !! The dealership itself had a very friendly and relaxed feel ! I decided on a Honda CRV Exl.. It’s perfect!

Overall I'm satisfying with the car I have no issue till now the car is running 55,000 mile over, still I don't have any major problem. The space is huge inside that car that is more satisfying even if you sit in the third row and adult person can sit comfortably.

Amazing experience! Everything was transparent no surprises, was worried about the long drive and having the dealership change things up on me but no everything was perfect. My sales man really is a down to earth gentleman, he went above and beyond for me and really hit a personal level of trust! Purchased new in October 2024. Total miles driven 9,276. Just completed a 4,734.2 mile trip through 9 states. Just a pleasure to drive. My wife and I were on the road 16 days, with only 8 driving days, longest day was 674 miles. Average driving speed was about 72+ miles per hour. Seat comfort was amazing, no discomfort, great considering having 4 back surgeries. Very solid on the road with little or no driving fatigue. Performance was great. Of the total miles, about 500 were in town driving and 300 miles was in 4x4 in a snow storm coming across Northern Texas in April. Average MPG was 26.4 with my best 500mile drive at 33mpg. The diesel engine is very quiet requiring me to check the tach sometimes to be sure I had pressed the off button. Very quiet on the road as well. This is my first diesel and I would highly recommend it. Plenty of power, great fuel economy, quiet and very responsive when you need that quick acceleration. amazingly nimble for a big SUV. The adaptive cruise works great. My previous GMC was a 2009, 6.2L V8 Yukon XL. I drove that one 140K miles over 14 years with nothing but routine maintenance, a great vehicle as well. I wrote a review for this car after I had recently purchased it. I have have had it for two years now and still believe it is one of my favorite vehicles I have ever purchased. So it has 18,000 miles and I have had no problems. Not a single issue and if I thought I had an issue it was because I didn’t read the manual and didn’t realize how to use set the many options in settings. Lol. The interior is really nice and comfortable, the ride is smooth and there is a SPORT drive setting I can use whenever I need to pass a truck or slow car. That mode really makes a difference but I drive in ECON mode mostly because I like to cruise and save fuel mileage. Nice to have choices.

The service at Ray Brandt Toyota in Metairie has been amazing. I began doing business with Toyota in Metairie in 2011. At the time I was 28 and had been through more cars than I can count just out of boredom. So in 2011, I leased a 2011 Camry. I was shocked to know that for 2 years I wouldn't have to pay for oil changes and routine services on my car. My visits for service were nothing less of satisfactory. In 2013, I received a call from the dealership asking if I would be willing to trade in my car since I had less than 12,000 miles in almost 2 years. So I accepted and leased another Camry. Again service was great. Now to the really good part...recently I decided to trade my car in this time to purchase a 2016 pearl white Camry. My salesman was Jason Pastor. He spent the entire day making sure I found the right car. I kept apologizing to him for taking up his time since I couldn't decide on the car. I was torn between leasing and buying. Jason must have shown me 10 cars before I made my decision. At no point did he seem annoyed. He took his time and never pushed me into something I wasn't comfortable in. When I finally decided on the Pearl white Camry with black interior it was not in stock at the dealership but was available in MS. The next day my car was transported to the dealership in Metairie. I also told Jason I wanted the windows tinted, so once the car arrived Jason personally brought my car to the shop for tint. Days later I called Jason about LED's for my headlights. He made a call, had them ordered and a few days later I brought my car to Jason who then brought my car to have them installed while I waited at the dealership for only 30 minutes. Followed with a car wash. I really felt like I was getting the VIP treatment. Jason was amazing and I would recommend him and the entire staff at Ray Brandt to someone looking to purchase/lease.

I've owned this car for at least a year now. And the ride comfort is better than they say. It is on the road I'm impressed with the off-road. Ability of this vehicle. Love the looks and the style. I was actually looking for a truck. When I bought this but I'm glad I made my decision for the forerunner.

Bought this car as a retired couple to travel in. Lots of room for anything you need to carry while traveling or shopping. Also used to do day road trips with two more couples. Easy for us oldies to get in the second and third row seats, or go on outings with up to 7 people. Love the charging ports for everyone in the car. It has been a very dependable vehicle.

I just love everything about my 2021 80th anniversary edition G/C! I purchased new but now has 81000km. So much enjoy all the style comfort with no issues. So much more reliable and better looking than the new body style that was released later in 2021.

If you want a comfortable, stylish, and affordable suv for your family this is the car for you. Makes me feel proud when driving it and holds its own compared to other luxury suvs that cost a lot more. My only complaints are that it’s a gas guzzler and at this price point all models should come with the digital speedometer dashboard and not just the highest trim levels.

2017 GC Limited 4WD. Bought it 3 years ago with 53k miles and now approaching 108k miles. When we bought it, we went to fill the tank for the first time and the gas pump kept shutting off. Turns out there was a known issue with the fuel filler neck assembly. The selling dealer replaced it under warranty and we literally didn't have another issue until 100k miles. At 100k miles took it in for new spark plugs, which is normal maintenance, and found the radiator leaking. The new radiator was not cheap. Have not had any other issues, just replaced the factory original brakes, they made it almost to 108k! We live in Minnesota and this vehicle is an absolute beast in the snow. Put it in snow mode and it is very stable and feels unstoppable. It is a comfortable long distance cruiser and gets decent mileage on the highway, between 24-27mpg. The UConnect system is very easy to use, and the nav is pretty good, but the whole system operates quite slowly. That's a minor complaint I think. Overall we are pretty happy with our WK2.

I wrote a bad review on Paretti dealer on the purchase of my Infiniti G37 because as reported by Infiniti of Baton Rouge , the 122000 miles service was performed , but Paretti got the car from Infiniti as completed ;they were under the impression as i was the required service was done , Paretti called me and they were more than willing to work with me even thou it wasn't their fault . They went the extra mile to help me correct the issues and performed the maintenance for me on my Infiniti . I am more than pleased on the response from Paretti , they were professional, courteous and concerned . The service we received from Bill Hood was above expectations. We were driving from Texas to Georgia, towing our camper when our trailer break controller failed. The first local dealer we went too couldn’t help us but when we took it to Bill Hood, they took in our F150, spent time diagnosing the problem, and found the issue. We were fortunate that they had a replacement brake controller on hand and replaced it right away to get us back on the road. Thank you to the service department for saving the day!

30mpg avg with the longest and widest roof rail base for outdoor gear at a price that made sense. 2nd row middle seat folds down individually for skis and paddles. Remote start on the vw app is great for cooling the interior down on a 100 degree day from a distance. Rear seat door opening and leg room is huge great for elders to enter easily and for parents loading car seats.

I was traveling through the area and had issues with the car overheating (auxiliary fan was not coming on [faulty relay]). The issue was diagnosed and fixed in a timely manner. I could not be pleased with the empathy which was shown knowing we were stranded and needing to get back on the road. Staci, Mike and David went over and beyond to see that we were fixed and ready for our 12+ hour trip. I am/was so pleased with the work that was performed on the vehicle. I am always looking for individuals like these, who want to make sure they do/did everything they can to make sure the customer is take care of.

Great first brand new car. I have seen these with 300k+ miles 2022 and 2023 miles. I got max loaded 2024 SEL or GT Premium Model. All wheel control is awesome in snow, I have seen people saying its better or even up to par with Subaru's symmetric AWD.

To whomever this concerns: There’s a salesman at the Bill Hood Bargain dealership whose actual name I’m not exactly sure of his actual name ..might be Dionte..but to me his name is Saginaw. I went to his dealership interested in a 2013 Lincoln but left a week later with a 2019 Ford Fusion!! I’ve never been given a reason to praise a car salesman I’ve dealt with EVER. However,Saginaw is thee exception. I truly had the best car buying experience that I never thought could exist!! He was extremely attentive and pleasant with phenomenal communication skills. He responded promptly to all my calls & texts and that’s a rare find when dealing with car buying. Also the financing magician Jerrod also deserves a round of applause!! I sure hope both Saginaw and Jarrod get the recognition from their bosses that they deserve. They went above and beyond when they didn’t have to for one customer and spent an extreme amount of time just on me ..that was amazing. Great job guys and yes, when I’m ready years from now to buy another car, I will return to Bill Hood and hope yall are still there to offer yet again your greatly appreciated service!!

This is my second Infiniti. I still own my 1st one which presently has 312,500 plus mile. It was very reliable. I wanted a vehicle that had everything I wanted in it. So, I purchased it. I love it is all I can say.

I'm so thankful to our salesman, Joe Grego, in helping my wife and I purchase a vehicle. We went in looking to purchase a new GMC Terrain, but it was above our budget. Joe made us feel comfortable and was patient with us in finding a 2023 Terrain in great condition and at our price point. I also want to thank the other Joe in the finance department. This was the first 'new' car purchase both me and my wife, so we had a bunch of questions. He was also patient and kind in answering all our questions. He helped us to be able to drive off in a beautiful vehicle that we could truly afford. We drove two states over to McKenzie Buick GMC in Milton, FL to meet with Nick and make a purchase on our new Yukon Denali. Customer service was top notch. We were going for their 2019 Yukon Denali to replace a 2008 Tahoe LTZ. We are very pleased with the vehicle. The upgrades are wonderful. Love the cooling seats, the wifi, the HUD and even days after our purchase they have reached out to check on how we were and mailed us a small gift that meant so much.
