Bought this car as a retired couple to travel in. Lots of room for anything you need to carry while traveling or shopping. Also used to do day road trips with two more couples. Easy for us oldies to get in the second and third row seats, or go on outings with up to 7 people. Love the charging ports for everyone in the car. It has been a very dependable vehicle.

They provided us with an accurate cost estimate for the work, conducted the work in a timely manner, treated us in a professional manner and provided us with a loaner car. We were provided with a useful report of future maintenance issues we should expect. Finally, our Lexus service representative, Todd Smith, was outstanding.

This was a replacement vehicle for a Toyota Camry that was totaled. Bought it, it was 3 years old with 36,032 miles on it. Been rear ended $14,000 in Damages to the rear, there’s only 2 things I would complain about. One getting a replacement Drivers seat has been a problem, I’ve even looked in Auto salvage yards to get a replacement seat, it’s been a headache, and if you do find one you got to give the first 2 numbers of the VIN # so the wiring Harness will work.. if you have the American built version , the Japanese or Korean Version Wiring Harnesses will not work, they will bolt in, but the Harnesses won’t work. Been looking for 3 years for a seat , still can’t find one. I’ve looked in both North & South Carolina for a replacement seat.

Our family of 5 has traveled across US, Canada, & many many daily city miles, in our Tiguan (almost 200k) with solid performance. General maintenance, & a loose nut on window regulator. Acceleration slowed but spray clean of mass air flow (MAF) sensor solved issue. Seats are comfy enough but maybe less engineered for 1,000-mile trips. 2018 infotech was quirky, but good enough. Folding 3rd row, full sun & added hitch for bikes etc. make this smallish SUV super convenient for city as well as long trips.

I bought my 2020 QX60 June 2023 with 12K miles on it. Wanted something a comfortable ride and plenty of seating since I now have custody of my two grandchildren. This vehicle has been great with no repair issues at all. Gives the kids plenty of room in the back seat. Love the leg room up front along with the heated seats. Would highly recommend

We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

Owned this car for over 10 years and had 0 issues. Great family car that will fit 3 car seats across the middle seat. So much leg room for older kids as well and was a top selling feature. Numerous bells and whistles that are similar to newer cars like lane departure, blind spot and 360 camera view.

I think for the most part, I like my car. I have had a couple issues, one of them is probably not the cars fault, (but seeing other people have the same issue, it makes me wonder) I now have 50k miles on it and in that time I have only had to replace the battery and tires, to be expected on a 6 year old car. (and windshield) The windshield is the questionable item. It seemed to crack out of nowhere and I thought I must have gotten a small rock chip while driving down the highway and just didn't see it until it started to crack. So I replaced it at a cost of almost $1000. However, I am on an Outback form and it seems to be a common complaint with outback owners of this year, having the windshield crack out of nowhere. Could it be the frame design? Maybe, but it does seem suspicious that others have had the same issue. One other problem I have had is if I let my car sit unused for like 5 days, the battery goes completely dead. There seems to be a parasitic drain somewhere on the car. It doesn't happen if I drive it every day, but if it sits for about 5 days unused, the battery goes completely dead. I have read it has something to do with the DCS system in the car, but you have to pay the dealer a diagnostic fee to verify. I drive it enough I have not gotten it checked, but next time I am at the dealer I am going to ask them about it.

Shawn McMahan is an awesome person. I came into the dealership twice looking for a car. My first visit was unsuccessful because I did not have the down payment. Shawn was incredibly understanding with my situation and tried very hard to get the lowest down payment possible. Once I found the car, I told him that I would be back in a few weeks with the down payment. He touched base with me once, but wasn't pushy and seemed genuinely concerned about my situation. On my second stop in, again, it seemed that the odds were against me. He went above and beyond to insure that I left with a car. I would HIGHLY recommend him to any of my family members and friends. I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

I got preapproved foubs the vehicle I wanted online and had it shipped to the Morse Road location. I have had absolutely no priblem qith my car since I bought it last year. It was clean inside and out and the service was awesome. When i go to buy another vehicle I will return. I will recommend them also. GREAR JOB!!!

Best car I’ve ever owned. I bought it used with 10k miles for $17.5k in 2018. I’ve drove for Lyft for 2 years and recently drove it from California to South Carolina. It’s has never broke down, had to replace the tires a few times but nothing but basic maintenance. I’m at 112k miles and going strong. One small accident the other 2 cars were totaled mine had minor damage on the front driver side. I love my VW.

Great experience from start to finish! During the test drive, I noticed a noise in one of the front wheels. My salesman (Mike Khurshid) noticed it too. He said he would have their service dept look at it the next day. He called back to say that the tires were mismatched, so they put 4 brand new tires on the car (no additional charge). When he drove it again, the noise was gone. I was just going to pick up the car, but he insisted I drive it again myself to make sure the noise was gone. This was a small sale for CarMax, but everyone there made me feel I was the most important customer they had that day. I left with my new car, and a handful of Mike's business cards to give to friends!

I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. IMO it’s the best bang for the buck on the market. It is loaded with options and is still very affordable. I love this VW and , of course, I highly recommend it.

I made a long drive to look at a specific car. Lo and behold they actually did hold it for me! They were transparent about everything, no high pressure sales tactics, it was by far the best car buying experience I've had. The price was fair, and the finance team didn't pressure-upsell either. I can’t say enough good things about this car!I bought it in 2020 with 45k miles and it was used for two and a half years to get me to school in another town 45-70 miles away, and it kept me safe and performed as good as I could ever ask for. The safety features are the cherry on top and saved me multiple times when merging into other lanes. It has all the bells and whistles- under glow lights, led lights in the front row, Bluetooth connection, and so much more. The car is spacious and has allowed me to drive with multiple people In the car comfortably. The back trunk contains so much space even with the third row seats up. The only issue I have ever had with this vehicle is around 100k miles, the gear shift locked. However, this never affected me and this is something that never needs to be fixed if it doesn’t drive you crazy, and the solution of depressing the gear lock to unlock it while you drive is a simple fix. Overall, this car has been very reliable even at over 110k miles and gives a luxury feel in an affordable vehicle. My favorite car. STOP THE KIA SLANDER!!

I was very satisfied with Zaid and the rest of the staff at Twins Auto of Dublin. They have a great selection of used cars that tend be "higher end". Zaid was extremely knowledgeable about every brand and model. He wasn't overly pushy, which I appreciate. They were quick, painless, and fair when it came to negotiation and the financials.

I just bought this car and it has met and surpassed my expectations. The interior upholstery is pristine and so is the exterior. The drive is very smooth and I can feel the power of the car when I step on the gas. I'm loving this car.

I purchased a used 2018 Acura MDX Feburary 2025.I have owned it for just over a month. Driving and handling are very solid. The interior is great--especially the seats. You will read several folks discussing the entertainment system and other controls. Really nice features, just learn how to use them correctly. The only issue I did not like was the "lane assistance" feature--so I turned it off. If you are in the market for a luxury SUV go test drive one yourself. Price, quality, and reliability are hard to beat.

I just love everything about my 2021 80th anniversary edition G/C! I purchased new but now has 81000km. So much enjoy all the style comfort with no issues. So much more reliable and better looking than the new body style that was released later in 2021.

Great car! Overpaid a bit; but, bought top of the line with only 23k miles. Loved it and didn't want to dicker over price. Rudes well. Acceleration is good. Roomy, spacious passenger cabin and cargo bay. Amazing technology. I recommend this vehicle highly. Take a serious look at this one. You wont be disappointed.

Purchased the 2022 GV80 this past October and just completed a trip from Florida to Maine and back and couldn't be happier with the vehicle. Totally comfortable and smooth riding whether in the City or the Open Road.

The service department went above and beyond to help us, even after our Infiniti had just come out of warranty. Zach in the service department was so incredibly helpful. I can’t say enough good things about how good he was in getting our car fixed.

It’s a great car however I do not feel like “things are conveniently “ located. When driving, I struggle with finding the defroster, or adjusting the entertainment system. Perhaps with more time, I will get used to it.

3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.
