Roomy , great gas mileage. Only problem is loud road noise, sometimes problem connecting phone to radio. Heat and air work really good. Nice interior, window fogs a lot.

Love the look and features, hate the 4 cylinder. Has no power. Very comfortable, smooth ride, handles nice, easy to park. Just don't try to pass unless you have plenty of room.

Had my first oil change on my new car. Was used to having oil changes on my old CRV. When I asked how long it would take now with synthic oil they told me figure an hour to hour and half. Very comfortable waiting, but happily surprised when it was less than an hour. This was oil change, rotate tires, complete check over and car wash! More than satisfied!

I recently got a 2020 Equinox and there's a reason you see them everywhere. It's a great car that gets (somewhat) decent gas mileage. There's just a few issues I have with it. I've had to ride in the backseat of my Equinox a few times, whether I went out with friends and got slightly drunk or accidentally let my wallet go through the laundry. The point is… every time I have ever ridden in the backseat of the car, I always hit my head on the part where the roof meets the door. I'm 5' 10", which is an average male height, and yet, literally every single time I've ever been in the back seat of my car or in the back seat of an Uber ride that also drove a new-ish Chevy Equinox or similar car, I've hit my head on the headliner when the car turns. I also frequently use this car to transport my younger siblings who don't have a license or are in the process of getting one, and some of them have the same complaint. There's also not a lot of leg room in the back of the car, and again, I am about average male height. Two of my siblings are also around the same height as me. Also, this car is only five years old and the ABS light is already on. Now, this is not a huge deal, but my mom had an older GMC Acadia that she drove for about a decade before any warning lights appeared on her dashboard. Her car's ABS sensor never failed. Anyway, all in all, the newer Chevy Equinox is a really good car and I can see why it's the #1 choice for soccer moms.

We have been here a lot in the past few months. There are some decent people here that helped through some issues we had. It seems as if we dealt with everyone in the building and each of the managers. Simply put, they were there for us and made sure we were happy. Roy was my dealer (and middleman). He was very nice to work with.

Drove 70 miles to look at a very specific Toyota Camry. It turned out to be worth the trip. Worked with Todd Salazar and GM- Dave Brooker. After listening to my buying concerns, Todd recommended a different Camry. I am glad he did and ended up buying the car he recommended. Throughout the process they listened and were very helpful. We had a 2020 Murano and we loved the zero gravity seats. We traded it in for a 2025 Honda Pilot EXL. The Honda was a very nice car but we found it a little bit too big for us. We traded in the Honda for a 2025 Nissan Murano SL. It is the brand new re-design and we love it a lot. I wish the engine had a little bit more pick up but all in all everything else is exceptional.

Recently purchased the Chevrolet Blazer 2LT Midnight Sport Edition SUV and absolutely love this vehicle. The Blazer has a very nice, sporty, and unique design. The 2.0 Turbo 4 cylinder engine delivers plenty of horsepower at 228 HP. I'm used to driving a V6 engine and was concerned about the performance and I can honestly say it delivers a solid performance. It drives very smooth and has great gas mileage, 29 mpg highway and 22 mpg city. The interior is designed well, the cloth seats are comfortable and this Blazer is very spacious. The technology is easy to use and has Wi-Fi connectivity. I highly recommend this Chevrolet Blazer to anyone looking for an affordable SUV that looks great and has solid performance.

I live in FL and was searching all over the Southeast and Midwest for a very specific spec of truck that only a few dealers had. After talking to at least seven other dealers I ended up purchasing from Riverside. Jeff and Chase were both exceptional to work with! From providing pictures, FaceTime walk around of the vehicle, handling all the DMV paperwork (I was shocked that several dealers wanted me to do it once delivered), and the logistics of getting the vehicle delivered (extra kudos to the delivery driver for getting it to me at 8pm on a Sunday), they truly made the process so easy I couldn't say no AND the deal itself was still inline or better than the other dealers I was working with! In all my years of buying vehicles and dealing with dreaded dealers, this is the first time I'm genuinely happy with the service that was provided! Honestly I cannot say enough good things about my experience!

I love my Chevy Trax I bought it in 2023 its a 2024 it drives good get awesome gas mileage drove from Oregon to Oklahoma and back and one more time to Oklahoma no brake dows yes its lower to the crowd but for me its perfect to get in and out It has a lot of room in back seat and back of car for shopping It only hat one problem the Moniterscreen whent out but the Recall fixt it

I recently bought a preowned Tahoe. I knowingly bought the vehicle in as is condition. The day after I bought it, I took it to my mechanic who found a couple of things that need to be repaired. I called Jordan the sales mgr. and he simply said get them fixed and mail a copy of the bill to him. I received a check back in less than a week. Robert my salesman was not pushy and made the buying experience pleasurable. Outstanding over all experience. I would and will recommend Bill Walsh to anybody. BTW. I purchased a used car from Sierra Mazda sight unseen, a six-hour drive from my home. I described my trade-in and they provided me a valuation contingent on it passing their inspection. I was worried that after I'd invested the time of the drive that the dealership would take advantage of its sunk-cost-customer and make amendments to the verbally agreed upon deal. E.g., "your trade-in is less pristine than we accounted for and we'll need to de-value your trade-in." To my delight and surprise, this did not happen. Robert (salesman) and Annie (paperwork specialist) processed the trade-in and purchase with utmost integrity and efficiency, getting me in and out of the dealership, on the road again back home, within an hour. I was so very pleasantly surprised to find a car dealership that was true to its word and not out to squeeze every last dollar from a vulnerable customer. I heartily recommend them for their demonstrated business ethic.

I bought a 2016 Yukon XL and after just a few weeks, a vehicle ran a stop sign and totaled the vehicle. However, the vehicle was so sturdy that even though it was a huge crash, I was not injured more than bruises. I replaced it with a 2018 Yukon XL because I know it is reliable and safe.

I've owned this car since 2015, the first year it was on the market. I still enjoy driving it. There were a few minor problems while it was still under warranty. However, the dealer processed all.

I've had my 2020 rav4 le for several months & bought it used with 1 owner. Absolutely love it. Only complaint is 2 tiny copper clips fell out of drivers side mirror & now whenever I go to the carwash, the mirror buckles all the way fwd, then all the way backwards. It's a common problem. Other than that, beautiful car inside/out.

I was shopping online Black Friday week and the big cities had all kinds of specials with fine print and ‘select vehicles’ . I wasn’t sure I wanted to deal with a fast paced dealer where I was just a number. I saw a 2017 Lincoln online in Chillicothe so I sent a request for information. Jeff responded right away and provided me with the service information, Carfax, and brochure. I made the 45 miles drive and was the best decision I could have made. It was a great experience. I was very comfortable with Jeff and Chase. I would highly recommend shopping here for a new or used car. Honest and trustworthy people. I will buy my next vehicle from Riverside Chevrolet.

Have had our 2023 Highlander XLE AWD since April 2023. Live in Chicago area and have driven to Arizona and Maine. Zero problems with the car. We put a large Thule box on the roof, multiple mountain bikes on a bike carrier and a kayak. Lots of luggage, got 27 miles per gallon on both trips. Plenty of power in the Rocky Mountains. Would recommend the car to others. We have a great Toyota dealership but all we have needed is schedule maintenance.
