I have done several long trips, 2 cross-country trips and in town commuting. It is a smooth comfortable ride, easy layout for gauges and controls, roomy, holds tons of cargo, and has great fuel economy (I have gotten up to 38 mpg on the highway going 70mph). All of these were listed in the "bad"- and this has not been my experience. Furthermore, my dad was side-swiped hit and run on the 210 freeway at 80 mph in his equinox and it took it like a champ. It is an easy smooth ride, I feel safe. I strongly recommend this vehicle- really the best bang for the buck- you get way more than you pay for.

I owned a 2017 Fusion Platinum and did not want to get a SUV. Knowing the Edge was based on the same platform, I gave the 2024 a spin. I was impressed. It drove, handled, braked, and steered very well. I drove many cars, and even though Ford had not redesigned in a while, it was more enjoyable to drive than the Audi Q5 and Lexus RX. I rated the value a 3 because it is expensive. The Titanium Elite price is in the Lexus/Audi ballpark. I really wanted the Audi because I have owned some in the past, but the Edge was more sporty and more comfortable. I drove the ST and I was surprised that it did not feel a lot faster. This wqas the same with the Fusion. You can tell the ST was faster, but it did not jump off the line like I was expecting. I was disappointed the edge lost some equipment from the past as it is being phased out. So I added it. I added the hood insulation, the engine cover, the cargo cover, LED lighted sill plates, and the laminated acoustic glass on the front doors, all purchased from FORD dealers to make sure they were the real deal. I also added the keyless entry keypad (securicode). I was really disappointed they deleted securicode. The interior is not flashy like an Audi, but I like that it is understated. The carmello seat and door inserts make the car very audi-ish and special. It is too bad this is the last year. The Lincoln Nautilus lives on as the next generation in the USA. I can tell it has roots from the Fusion. That is also gone.

Bought used with 16k miles. 2 years later 52k miles. Only issue was transmission shutter. A fluid exchange service solved issues. Fluid was black. Strongly recommend transmission service every 39-50k miles. I get 32mpg on highway

Had an oil change and some warranty work done today. As always a great experience. My service writer Audry was polite, friendly and efficient. Very good communicator. Never a bad experiance at City Ford!

No issues and it is much better than electric cars. Safer and much less expensive to own. Also much more convenient for normal driving .Not weekly range anxiety as I had when I owned an electric car. Never buy electric again.

I bought a 2014 VW Passat Sel Premium from this dealer ship in 2018. There was a small dent on the hood, but a tech fixed it perfectly. Sales Rep. Caril Bernard helped me find just the right Passat since I am in NC and had to have it shipped. Caril made sure everything was right. The car had 24K miles but looked new when delivered.

This is by far the best subcompact suv for the money. I absolutely love the 2024 taos se. It's loaded with awesome tech and has great acceleration.

I’ve had my 2019 trax 52k miles for almost 3 years, absolutely love the car no problems so far(knock on wood) only small minor inconvenience a ground wire got a little dusty and was cleaned. I have done the pcv fix as Chevy did not make it good for these engines in the long run. Not a lot of power for my liking so I modified some components. Not very friendly for tall people im 6’3 and have my seat set almost all the way back.

I was looking across the states for a "vintage" car that was hard to find. I found it at Point Auto. Josh and Logan were excellent in answering all of my questions and concerns long distance. They were very timely in their response to emails, texts, and phone calls. They provided excellent customer service! Once it came to negotiating a price, Josh was very willing and helpful; the purchase transaction was seamless. The next step was getting the car to Oregon. They assured me that they could work with any car carrier and make it happen. I basically bought the car sight unseen with the exception of photos. (I did hire a mobile mechanic to check the car out for me.) I had to trust Point Auto that they would be good on their word. Upon arrival, I found the car was exactly as they presented it to be and was just what I expected! Josh even followed up it's arrival by checking in with me as to how it was going with the car. I highly recommend Point Auto for your next used car purchase!

Just the right size for 2 adults, a child, two large dogs and two large ice chests to head to the boat with all our equipment and food. Hated to see them downsize it in '17. It has had few maintenance issues and they have been reasonable in cost. It has kept it's value over the years.

I have never felt so heard and understood when looking for a car or trying to trade in a current vehicle before. Josh went above and beyond to understand my circumstances and find the path for me that is better for my present and future. Bought our 2017 on New Year’s Eve 2016. Choose an SV model with optional premium package. Heated seats,heated steering wheel,remote start, pwr tailgate and upgraded info screen with many cameras and nav. As of November 2024, it has been absolutely bulletproof. We bought the car for our 16-year-old daughter and it has carried her through high school and now college with only one issue. I have had to replace the battery three times only oil changes. A set of brakes and a set of tires and service the CVT transmission. I learned this is highly important for the CVT to get the maximum life out of it, since it is a weak spot. Dealer charges about $200 to do it. Do it every 30k. Ours has performed flawlessly! Negatives- At 6 foot two I find a hard driving position. The power seat does not go back far enough but if I lower the seat all the way to the floor it gives me the room I need but then I feel like I’m sitting in a bathtub, but hey, it’s not my car so I rarely drive it Performance around town is very good! You can find yourself getting a speeding ticket on city Street if you’re not careful. Highway power is just OK I find it if you’re trying to cruise 80 miles an hour with other people in the car the CVT is constantly revving the engine out to get maximum performance and hold the Cruise control. I also find there’s quite a bit of road noise at freeway speeds especially if you’re sitting in the backseat. The cloth upholstery on the zero gravity seats stains way too easily especially if you have a tan colored interior I have to steam clean them at least every six months, my daughter is an athlete and she sometimes gets in the car sweaty with a water bottle between her legs and just the moisture stains the heck out of the seat. Overall, though for about $26,000 it’s hard to beat. It’s been reliable it’s safe and I have felt extremely comfortable putting my child in it and sending her off to college. I imagine she will keep it for many more years after graduation.

I found them to be folks who were determined for me as an out of state potential truck costumer to have all the facts before deciding on a purchase. Reviewed in 2025. I bought this 2010 in 2013 and mileage is now almost 250k with only a few wear and tear issues AFTER 200k miles! (starter, master cylinder and TPMS sensors, all lasted much longer than they are predicted to last). I read several issues about acceleration, but this is a limited therefor it has a V6 and I never have issues with acceleration (0-60 in a little over 7 seconds). The backup camera is in the mirror which is small but I like that hidden feature... I also like the proximity sensor beeping. This SUV has been great for commuting or long trips, always reliable and fun to drive.

I bought my LTZ as a Certified Pre Owned, already 5 Years old. I have driven it for 3.5 years and just had to pay for my first Repair - a broken motor mount. It is quiet, smooth and comfortable. I am 6' 4" and go 250 lbs so space and comfort are paramount for me, and I could not be happier.

Everything was planned and went well. They fixed it in one day which was really important to me since I did not have another mode of transportation.

I just purchased a 2024 Yukon Denali XL. This is my 3rd Yukon. So needless to say I am sold on this style of vehicle. The style and comfort are impeccable. Had a 2009, 2019 and now a 2024 XL. Never had any problems.

I called the service department to get an oil change as soon as they could get me in. They had me bring our Jeep in within the hour and had it back within an hour so I could get to work on time. Thank you all for helping us out and making sure I got to work on time.

I purchased recently a used 2020 Cherokee Limited and it has turned out excellent, I have no problems or issues. The only minor issue that I have is the location of the cup holderss.

I drove a durango GT for 300 miles its not bad the 3.6 V6 is plenty powerful and 30mpg but no hemi theatre. Interior is xxxx near luxurious and the ride is very good. A lot of reliability issues seem to stem from going long on oil changes and driving the car like it's a rental car aka the average dodge driver. If you keep up on the maintenance, this is a genuinely enjoyable car that does almost everything decently well.
