Wow! Everybody here was so friendly and helpful! As soon as we pulled up we were greeted by Owen and he listened to everything we were needing. We had just left another dealership (Napleton Autowerks and their reaction to what we needed was “that’s hard to do.”) Well, Owen and Jamie’s (the mgr) attitude was let’s try! We had negative equity in our Acura and we were looking for a smaller car payment. They took the time to listen and made it happen! I left with a gorgeous Ford Fusion and a great feeling knowing there are still people in the car business that care!!!

I contacted the dealer about a truck I was interested in on cars.Com. A Mr. Lipscomb answered and informed me that the truck had sold but that he did have other trucks in that category. He also told me he could have some work done if I needed it. He was very polite and helpful, I will be going up there to look in person in a couple days. I expect to have another good review to post then.

I had just moved to Branson and needed to buy a car. Jamie Hathcock Auto Group had the one I was looking for. I reached out online to see if it was still available. Noah contacted me and told me it was. He wasn’t pushy, but answered all my questions for a couple of days before I could make it to Springfield for a test drive. First things first, talk to James when you go there. I told him that I was looking to add a third vehicle to our household, and had a budget in mind of less than $10k. I didn't expect they'd have much, if anything. James gave me about a half dozen options, and all of them were pretty good quality, considering the budget I set. No pressure, easy negotiation, fast paperwork, and they even threw in a new battery for me. Next time I need another vehicle, I will definitely go back! My advice: go to other used car dealers, and to new car dealers too, but I'm betting you'll end up buying here. Good selection, fair prices, easy to work with staff. Could not be more pleased!
