My experience buying a new car from Kendall Ford of Meridian was outstanding! I was initially trying to buy a new Ford Bronco for my 16 year old daughter's first car here locally in Virginia Beach. My local dealers tried to help me but just did not have the inventory or any good deals on a particular Bronco my daughter wanted. Instead of having to wait for up to 2 months on building out a Bronco my neighbor Bobby Doub recommended looking at Kendall Ford to buy a Bronco. I was introduced to Justin Ramsey at Kendall Ford and that was the best thing my friend Bobby ever did! Justin took great care of me and made my buying experience pleasurable and stress free. He was very professional and quick to find me a specific Bronco that was built to my daughters specifications. He answered all my questions in a timely manner and also helped me with adding a tow hitch to my Bronco that I wanted installed. Justin is a residential expert and definitely knowledgeable when it comes to answering any technical question about a Bronco! In addition he negotiated and saved me over $4000 with the overall price compared to the same vehicle if I purchased in my local city. Generally the styling is nice, you really can see where the older Escape was used as the basis for this vehicle. The interior is nice and comfortable. Ford missed the mark on storage. The dead space behind the screen, as one example. You can buy a bin that will fit very nicely in that spot. Mileage has been good. Road noise can be a little much as times, and the ride can get a little jittery at speed. There is an odd shudder between 35 and 40mph, that the service tech said is from "cylinder deactivation". Ford and other manufacturers have had this technology for a long time. Seems hard to believe that Ford would screw it up. Was told that it happens in Eco or Normal mode. In Sport mode it's less noticeable, and doesn't really effect the mileage that much. Tried it, didn't see much of a difference. Other issue is legroom in the back seat. I'm 6'4" (and it's surprisingly easy for me to get in and out), but I need to have the seat back a bit. Leaves very little room for a back seat passenger. Overall, pretty good vehicle. Hopefully in the next gen, they'll correct some of these issues.

We had a unique situation as we were driving across country to leave our current suv for our granddaughters ( health and safety reasons ) and needed to purchase something we loved ( to keep for the next ten years ) nearby their remote location. Time was growing short when we found the perfect car located at Kendall Ford. We texted them and were able to ask all the questions, see extra pictures and put a deposit down to hold the car until we could get there. When we finally drove through Boise, dropped by to test drive, and purchase , the aviator was detailed, looking like new and ready to continue the drive back across the country. Everything was easy, trustworthy and friendly. They went above and beyond. Our experience could not have been better and we are very much enjoying our new to us, Lincoln.

I recently traded in my 2022 Ascent for a similar 2023 model. The 2022 model had brakes issues/noises right from the beginning of ownership. Subaru gave me a great deal on the 2023 model. A number of improvement were found on the 2023 model. Obvious one is the exterior styling with new front grille, headlights and taillights. Interior improvements include updated Eyesight, quieter ride, better steering and brakes, larger multimedia screen including front and backup camera screens, driver profile system. A few other tweaks here and there, making the 2023 Ascent Touring a decent and very safe SUV. Not necessarily sporty or thrilling but perfect vehicle for commuting in town and long road trips.

From the time we took our test drive to the time we made our purchase two days later Keith Jensen was professional yet personable, honest and accommodating. It was one of our best car purchasing experiences.

Best old truck for the buck. I bought my 2000 suburban in 2020 with 337,000 miles on it and I've only replaced a fuel and water pump along with an alternator and a few window regulators. Not bad at all for a 22 year old truck ! It truly is like a Rock !

Compared to other 3 row SUV's, this girl is handling beautifully. The V6 roars on the highway (it's also used in the Mustang '11), the handling is straight out of a large coupé, and the styling is beautiful. The cruise control is also very smooth in curves and in the up and downs. She always performs well in the snow, the AWD doesn't disappoint, and for towing she's not the best, but can still carry most small campers, if that's your jam. The interior doesn't disappoint either. The seats are so good they haven't changed them in 11 years (so far!). Best part is, all the 7 seats are comfy! The very back row however can get cramped for the legs for the taller individual, but still an overall great place to be. The sound is great, but expect issues with the Bluetooth. You still have a 6 CD reader, so there's that, and an AUX jack. The boot also has decent space with seats up, and great space with all seats down. It's not without problems, however. She is always thirsty. You will spend a lot on gas. Expect about 500km on a city/highway usecase, 400km in the winter. For parking, it can get cramped, especially in some smaller underground spots. Overall, great car, fun to use, but will cost an arm in gas.

After a lot of time and research we started our journey with a new Subaru Ascent. We then test drove 4 other vehicles and I didn't have the same feeling as I did in the Ascent. We originally were looking at a 2025; however, there was a beautiful new 2024 Subaru Ascent and that was the one! There is more room, I like the head space since we have some taller people in the family. We don't really use the third row, but it has come in handy and I am pleased with that. We keep it down a lot. As far as driving this vehicle, I am very comfortable and happy with this. You get a smooth ride with it and the engine has pick up when needed. This is my first keyless car; however, we had to have the remote start, we got spoiled. With that we needed to subscribe to Subaru and it was a small fee for 5 years, but there is a lot you can do on your phone. I like the screen and how well you can see while in reverse. I like the placement of the screen. I'm 5'2" and I can handle this vehicle and I am confident. Being short I liked that I can almost "kiss" the front and I am not tight and I can see clearly. My husband is taller and you have 2 presets for the driver's seat. One thing is that they offer a "refresher" type appointment and we went. It was one person who took us through our vehicle and the features and any questions that we had were answered. Had the questions been more important, I would have called his number ahead of time.

Very comfortable ride and seats, reliable, and great visibility. Love the Mark Levinson sound system, it is excellent! We bought it 10 months ago with 53,000 miles on it and still looks and drives like brand new. I love how whisper quiet it is, no road noise, and there is not a squeak or rattle anywhere in the vehicle. Lexus is definitely in a class of it's own. It is so easy to keep it showroom clean, which makes it still look brand new. When seeing it, no one believes it is 9yrs old.

I went from owning a 2003 Monte Carlo SS to a 2017 Subaru Outback. It was worth every penny. My Subaru is not only reliable, functional, and cute; it also saved me from being injured in a bad crash. This past fall a six point buck hit my car head on and I never saw it coming. It was a fatal crash for the deer, but not for me. As heartbroken as I was to see my car crumpled on the front, I was so glad it wasn't me. It was a repairable fix and made me really appreciate my car.

Everything was easy and enjoyable. I was not looking forward to buying a car because previously I have had very unpleasant experiences with car dealers. Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

I have taken two of my cars to them. They have gone above and beyond to get the best deal for me. Besides that, they communicated throughout the process and made sure all the paperwork was done properly without taking time away from my schedule. Being able to hand this task over and trusting the process made this worth $ by itself.

Only gripe is no adjustable visors and side mirrors. I am short and the visors do not adjust in length. The side mirrors swing in and out but not up and down so there is interference for me. I have the seat adjusted to the max and use a cushion but still have a problem.

We purchased our new 2026 F350 here and the experience was great. No pressure at all. Even the add-on warranty stuff had no pressure. We asked lots of questions and he just simply supplied answers for us, printed out everything and gave us days-weeks to think about it. No pressure to buy anything. Our salesman, Michal "Meehow" Swiercz, was great as well. Always responded to phone calls or texts (even on his days off) and always got us the information we needed. I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.

I’ve owned this car for about 18 months. It has I bought it new and it now has about 17,000 miles on it. I love driving it. The safety features are excellent! The performance is good. I’m getting around 32 MPG for all around driving. I have the car maintained at the dealership and haven’t had any mechanical issues. I would definitely recommend this car.

Great overall small SUV. Good styling, and a more truck feel than most small SUV's. Nice road feel. And good color selection. Definitely recommend this one.
