I cannot say enough about this place! I walked in, needed to get an idea of what could be done on my car since it's through another dealership and they were more than happy to accommodate and help with the problems. I had two things that were wrong with the car(or so I was told from the other dealership) and Butler came back with all these other problems wrong with the car. They called me and let me know what all was wrong with the car. A few things will be completed today and the others in the future. This is the first time I've gone to Butlers and I can simply say, they are a lot better than what I had. I can see why so many people love coming here. Everyone I have spoken to through here is genuinely polite and care to help their customers. I'll continuously come here and have work done on my car. Service department is fantastic. I have to thank a certain person, Brandon Collins. He's the one that got the ball moving with all of this and the kindness just flows through that building. Thank you butler for being so great!

Great value considering the superior safety features, low maintenance and reliability. Rear wheel bearings have been replaced twice and just had the AC compressor and serpentine belt replaced. Albeit expensive repairs, all cars need something after the first 3 years. It's been 8 years and the car still run and drives like new.

When you invest the kind of money one does now days in a vehicle, you want a competent sales person who is patient and professional. You especially want one who goes above and beyond to satisfy the customer. I had to make a 5 1/2 hour drive recently and loved how smoothly my car drove, especially using cruise control with “eyesight” so it slowed when I was too close to the car in front of me. I couldn’t even feel it; I watched the speedometer. Love the safety features and extras like seat warmers and large sunroof.

I have a 2021 blazer 2LT V6 AWD. I bought it new and I have 62000 miles on it. I have driven it through 8 states with it. This is the most comfortable anx fun SUV I've ever drove. I does feel like the rear-end slippes a little in the winter but it when through the snow with no issues and recently an ice storm. The Continental tires that came with it were not that great. They road rough and a lot of noise on country roads. They didn't seem to last very long either. A set of Firestone tires and the ride was better and less road noise. Better on snow and ice. I really like this blazer. I think the price is a little hight with just a few options.

This review is for a 2.0 turbo AWD Equinox Premier that I bought new six years ago and put 95,000 miles on. Sadly, this 252 HP engine was discontinued shortly after I bought it. Only maintenance in its life were infrequent car washes, twelve oil changes, twelve tire rotations, four new tires at 66,000 miles, rear brakes at 72,000 miles, air and cabin filters replaced twice. I’m still on my original battery and original front brakes. It should be noted that I only use 5W-30 Mobil 1 oil and I change the oil myself religiously as the car tells me to, and rotate tires the same week. For disposal, I pour the oil back into the same container that it was purchased in, so I can say without a doubt that the car has never burned (or leaked) a single shot glass of oil in its entire life. I have never reset the odometer since the car left the factory, so I can say that it has averaged 26.2 miles per gallon over its life, terrific given the power that it has, though I will say that almost all of its miles are highway. That also explains why my mileage on my tires and brakes are so good. And I should add a comment on the auto stop/start that so many in here don’t seem to like. I love it.

traded my 2021 for a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport limited edition last month. I'm very happy with it. Mitsubishi has made some improvements. bigger screen, leather steering wheel and shifter. I like that I have heated seats and telescoping steering wheel now! and it's 4 wheel drive. helps when I go fishing. 😂 great gas mileage! just needs a little more power under the hood. but for the price and reliability it's very worth it. plus an amazing warranty!

While I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle due to a last minute deal, the operations manager Brandan Collins who was assisting me was informative, easy to work with, and super friendly. Overall Butler Auto was a great, even if brief, experience.

Before I bought this I was driving a BMW 330i xdrive great car. But I wanted something which much more room and reliable. I had this car about 10 years ago and loved it. It’s great on gas drive smooth wish the engine would have a little more power. The interior is super comfy but feels a bit outdated. I feel like for a 28k car called sport it should be a little more sporty. Like electric seats fr example. But other than that interior is great heated seat are great ! Driving is alright and overall all I’ll give it a 4 out of 5 !

Good on gas and a comfortable ride. Drive it to West Virginia and back home no problem. I like it a lot definitely recommend it for people who travel for work and schoool

I totaled by car in March of 2018. I had $4000 to put down on a new vehicle. I was looking at replacing my 2012 Ford Edge with a newer model, but what I wanted would have cost me $43,000. My rental had been a 2018 Nissan Rogue, and I LOVED it, so I knew that was an option. I went to Serafini in Binghamton and had a bad experience with one of the salesman, who basically told me that if my father co-signed for me, he would have to be there in person to sign the papers. Since he lives in Florida, that was an issue. So, I went to Country Club. I met with Bill Reeves, and it was an awesome experience. He overnighted the papers to my father that he needed to sign, and paid for return shipping. I got everything I wanted (panoramic sunroof, back up camera, etc) for $38,000, with a payment under $300. I love my Nissan Rogue! My husband is now looking into a Titan through Bill, my experience went so well. Y’all have a permanent customer with me and my family!

Good quality car. After so many long trips I enjoyed any time with my family, ex. Medellín to Guajira more or less 1000 KMS ~ 600 miles. It is an Mt Advance version and does not have as many technical assistants. But it is a city car, don't expect too much. it doesn't have much strength

We just purchased a new 2019 NIssan Murano, a holdover from last year, and got a really great deal. This is the 5th vehicle we have purchased from them. Sean Slawson was our salesperson and he was absolutely wonderful to deal with. I can't compliment or recommend him enough. Josh and Tammi were so helpful regarding the financing. We received a much better interest rate on our loan than we would have if we shopped around ourselves. Sean, Josh, and Tammi were all very patient and helpful in answering all of our questions. A lot of pros to this vehicle. The only thing I wished Nissan would make better is, the pickup when ya hit the gas pedal. It is sluggish for a split second, and boggs down some... however, it runs great and after the sluggishness, it goes. Great passing gear and so easy to drive. All the bells & whistles on it alert you of every and anything you can think of. I appreciate those features. Comfort is top tier for me, the seats hug you and easy to adjust. The sound system, Bose, is amazing. Just too many features to speak about. Does great in gas in the city, haven't had it on any road trips yet. The kicks rides well also. Plenty of room and can haul a lot of things in it, as the back seats fold down. Only thing I can say negative about the vehicle is how it's sluggish/boggs down some for a minute when ya press gas to go. Hopefully Nissan fixes that in their new models here in out.

One of the best vehicle purchases I have made. I was recently transferred which changed my commute to over 200 miles a day. I needed to find a car with good MPG, but also reliable and in good condition. I found a late model Nissan Altima at Country Club Nissan. I contacted the dealership which is over 2 hours away. I was immediately contacted by the internet team and had all of my questions answered. Shannah patiently worked with me on the deal which included trading in my 2019 Ram 1500. We found a fair deal that worked for me and I worked with Shannon in finance to close out the final details. I drove the 2 hours to the dealership and found the Nissan in better condition than the pictures and video that Shannah sent to me. Although I hated trading in my truck, the Altima exceeded my expectations. The long ride home was great, the car was in phenomenal shape, and the dealership experience was second to none. This is an honest dealership with quality vehicles. I would highly recommend.

I am very pleased with my Rogue. It is a 2019 that I purchased with 13K. I think the styling is very good and the interior is roomy. I'm 6' and my brother is 6-2 and we both have plenty of headroom in the front or the back. The turning radius is very good. Only downside (which I don't care about) is the acceleration is only mediocre. Overall, highly recommended.
