This was hands down the most fun I have ever had buying a car, the nicest salesperson I have ever dealt with, the fairest price I have ever paid, and the nicest car I have ever owned -- a win-win-win-win!!!! My beloved 2011 BMW X3 was one of Boston Feb. 8 black ice casualties. I wanted a CPO deep blue X3 with a beige interior and all the bells and whistles, just like the car I lost. BMW's exquisite Deep Sea Blue is not a popular color (what is WRONG with you people ???) I started with my Boston area dealerships, expanded my search to NH and RI, and finally went online and looked at 100's of cars within 200 miles of Boston. I finally found my dream car at Keeler BMW -- for 5k less than the runner up! So I called Keeler, and Augie (August Prager), the kindest, most helpful, most fun salesperson imaginable, answered the phone. We went over the specifics, and his car was indeed perfect, as was the price. We were able to do the deal easily from a distance, and, within a week, I was hopping an Amtrack for Pittsfield MA. Augie drove 1hr from Latham NY to Pittsfield, where he met me on the Amtrack station plateform. We put my old plates on my new car, I signed a few papers, and I was off to Boston -- with the Stewart's cookies, English muffin, and adorable BMW teddy bear Augie had waiting for me in the back seat. My car is PERFECT, as was this entire experience. I will be hopping trains for Pittsfield from now on whenever I need a new car. Augie and Keeler BMW, you have earned a customer for life! Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

Prior to my purchasing a 2024 BMW X5 plug in hybrid, I had both an electric and gas powered cars due to a fear of traveling long distances with an electric vehicle. I researched both traditional hybrid and plug in hybrid coming to conclusion that plug in was perfect for my needs. BMW X5 e had the longest range so I decided to purchase one a month ago. I have driven the car approximately 900 miles on one and a half tank of gas and several nightly charges. The quality of the car is exceptional and I love the performance. I would highly recommend this car.

I bought this vehicle in December of 2023, and I have been pleased with the performance and the room inside the car. The boot (trunk) has lots of space. The silver paint with the black wheels looks really sharp. The best appeal for me to purchase this vehicle is that it's reported to rarely need to be in the shop for repairs. It's always been my experience that if you take care of your vehicle then it will perform well.

I just love everything about my 2021 80th anniversary edition G/C! I purchased new but now has 81000km. So much enjoy all the style comfort with no issues. So much more reliable and better looking than the new body style that was released later in 2021.

Bought my 2024 used with 13k miles on it. Maybe I'm old school due to prior life with a 97 TJ and and 01 XJ but this car is fantastic to drive and very luxurious. Perhaps not as tech heavy as other SUVs, but it does everything I could hope for, and has been fun for road driving and light off roading.

Very happy with our purchase! It's got lots of power & very comfortable. With 2nd row folded down we can get 24 bags of groceries in it. Seats are comfortable & my husband who's 6'6" has plenty of leg room. Now I understand why I see so many Kias on the road!!! It's a joy to drive!

We looked at a used 2015 Camry with 42,000 miles, found on the website. When we test drove we smelled smoke and the salesman said he would eliminate the smoke overnite and he did!! They let us take the car to our mechanic who pronounced in excellent shape. (A local giant dealer would not permit us.) The physical plant looked its age, the place is 100 years old. But I learned from the nearby giant dealership that looks are just looks. Our salesman and manager were just real people and trustworthy. For example we were shown 2 separate service agreements and the less expensive one was suggested. This is a home town place and we will come back for our next car.

We just traded our 2020 for a 2024 Murano. We particularly like the exterior looks, design and chrome. Interior is stylish, comfortable and functional. Our 2020 did not require anything other than oil changes and tire rotation. Murano is the only model we have bought twice. Crown Nissan is a fantastic dealership. Our Sales Consultant was Cathy Voogd, best buying experience ever.

This is my first time going through a dealership, and this place, by far, is the BEST experience I have ever had. I wanted a Jeep Wrangler, and when I got there, I was walking the lot. Within 30-45 seconds, a golf cart pulled up with Carl "Wheels" Harris. He was genuinely kind and professional and asked how we were. We stated what we were doing and what we were looking for, and he offered us some water and some test drives. He was so personable and genuine, I felt such a calm around him. We didn't find what we wanted and went to 4 other dealerships and were not met with a smidge of the customer service Carl gave us. SO, we went back, and Carl shopped for us for a month until he found the car for us. We test-drove cars every weekend, and he had them gas'd up, keys ready, and a smile on his face. Just the peek of kindness. We finalized the deal with our jeep with him of course, and it was a breeze. We had to bring the car in for service, and Matt in the service center has been extremely transparent as well as empathetic. I have truly appreciated him reaching out frequently as well as informing me of every little thing. Wonderful dealership all around!!!!!

I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

Best car I've ever owned! I've driven multiple luxury vehicles, and nothing handles better than my Stelvio. It's zippy, yet smooth. The A/C is the best I've ever experienced in a vehicle, the CarPlay is never finicky, and it is always such a relaxing drive (even in Houston traffic). I test drove a couple before I purchased, and I've never seen a model that was so consistent across all of their vehicles. I have had no major issues with this car, and it is severely underrated!

This was our first visit to this dealership! We bought a used truck from another one and discovered that it had an exhaust leak! We called Matt and he got us right in. It was covered under the warranty. We dropped it off on Tuesday night and picked it up the following afternoon! Everyone we ran into was kind, helpful and efficient! This will be our new place to bring our truck if we need service! Matt gets a 10+ in our view! That’s the way a dealership should be!

The JL exceeded my expectations. In the past Wranglers were clunky and didn't really feel like they were put together too well. My son had a JK and it was a huge advance forward. So I decided to buy the JL and I think it was another huge leap forward. I have fully loaded Ram 2500 but I find myself taking the Jeep most of the time. Okay part of that is trying to park a long bed crew cab, But I do enjoy driving the Jeep and have taken it across country a couple of times. After a 122,000 miles I still love it.

On this visit concern was diagnosed right away and part ordered. When the part came in, it was installed that day. Very thankful Tony resolved this issue quickly!

i recently had a 2023 for explorer it was a good truck never a problem but not a comfortable as the jeep grand Cherokee l front seating is amazing no issues at all i did my research and made sure i bought one with the German transmission its a good idea to check that only thing i can say on the down side seam to be a little under powered but i can live with it decent milage 20 around town.

Brought my vehicle in to have a recall completed. The staff was friendly, attentive and I was in and out in no time.

Slower than molasses in January if you don't get the turbo. But a reliable wagon that's absolutely awesome for parents. Plus, you can make up for the lack of speed by just running over stuff thanks to the ground clearance.

Have owned this 2019 Subaru ascent touring model for just over 2 years. Eye site feature is my fav. Car responds to changing traffic speeds automatically. great in heavy highway traffic. The Subaru service department at my dealership keeps it in tp top shape. I highly highly recommend this car. I'm sure the newer models are even better.
